Arrowwood has been a great experience. The people here make all the difference. Jamie is EXCELLENT at what he does as an alumni coordinator. He does amazing peer support work. Keegan, Jess, Ms. T, and Ajai are phenomenal group facilitators. Uschell, Joel, Suge, Quan, Claud, Crystal, and Tracy are amazing BHT's. Everyone is so supportive. Since my son receives therapy and medication management here, I m here on a weekly basis. The main entrance is on the right side of the buildings. When you walk in, there is the main waiting room with the receptionist area to check in. There are a few books and magazines to dad while waiting. Children s artwork decorate the walls in addition to the required documents that need to be posted. There is an additional waiting room in another straight to the back when you walk in. That is the best waiting room if you re there for medication management, which is virtual. The receptionist, Jill, is super friendly! Wait times for scheduled appointments can vary. Overall, not bad.

This hospital appears to be a great hospital it was our first time visiting we had a family friend that was at the emergency room so we went to make sure she was okay and ran into another family friend who works there and he is a janitor and he's doing a very good job his name is Mike Lyons. And we hope that his boss/manager/supervisor sers the post & recognizes Mr Lyons with a bonus, a gift card, cash, a raise, &/or even a small paid for vacation.
