Great speakers and info! Learning the different perspectives and how the RPs, Directors, IT, and HR, and even finance works together was great. Lovingoood was the high point! I have been a patient for many years and I really like Crossroads. I have a good counselor, the nurses are great and you can get in and out pretty fast since they started having three nurses every day. There are some things I dont like about it, but all in all, I have worked my program and have a very stable life, thanks to the methadone program. If you come in and quit using, do what you are asked to do and follow the rules, you will get takehomes in no time and actually not have to have everything revolve around the clinic. It works if you work it!!

I was voluntary and quickly DTO’d due to not being able to articulate I was uncomfortable with the room I was in.
Due to COVID no visitors were allowed, however, hopefully if not ideal patients can at least FaceTime/messenger family
The one time the third floor went outside I don’t recalling grass, I believe it was all pebbles. When I transitioned to the second floor, there was a window in the room and we were able to go to the gym for group. I would hope that on the weekends, the third floor gets to visit the gym, I did not during my stay in 2023. The staff on the third floor, for the exact people, I need in my life to get help at that time. Essentially angels to me.

Amazingly providing me with the assistance I need ; Let me explain I had to call and search around for a OB to get appointments for me being pregnant. Pearce took me by surprise when she suggested that she would help me with 1 or 2 calls (realizing I did not have a phone). When she seen that those calls did not come through, she continued on her search for me a OB SURE ENOUGH * PEARCE FOUND ME ONE * located near me . She has always been very determined to help when I and others come into the office.

Fortunately, my 91 years young aunt came to Linden Place after 11 days in an ICU. She quickly regained a level of strength and mobility in her right arm and legs. Her left arm was badly broken and in a cast and her pelvis had a slight fracture from a fall, leaving her with very little strength in her legs.
Taya, Admissions and Marketing Director, and the staff warmly welcomed my aunt. LPN Leslie is amazing as are CNAs Nannette, Nicky, Taylor, Cathy, Flo, Kendra, Valerie, Octavia and so many others. They took wonderful care of my aunt and helped her progress. My aunt grew physically stronger and I observed her working out with talented physical and occupational therapists, Ashley, Diane, Ankita and others.
She enjoyed the food and I often brought my lunch to eat with her on my daily visits. We appreciated that her room and the facility were kept so clean. The freshly painted walls and new floors added a brightness in this classic red brick building located near Cone Hospital.
So many people at Linden Place helped my aunt improve to be ready for assisted living. Her family and friends are deeply grateful to the Linden Place staff.

The Admissions Director (Taya) was very helpful in helping my family find placement for my uncle. The facility is very lively, with staff and patients moving around and engaging with one another quite frequently, which is great because it very closely simulates my uncle’s home life. I have been going to the Freedom House Durham for about 7 years. The Freedom House has always been my comfort zone with battling life issues and struggles. Dr Julie Mutua has been the best doctor I’ve had for my mental health concerns. She is always available welcoming and she not only understands but she has a compassionate heart. The receptionist Ms Linda always is available for all my scheduling needs and I am so thankful and grateful for the services they have and will continue to provide me. U guys should definitely give Freedom House a chance they have a good name because Freedom is what they provide when u need comfort.
