Since my son receives therapy and medication management here, I’m here on a weekly basis. The main entrance is on the right side of the buildings. When you walk in, there is the main waiting room with the receptionist area to check in. There are a few books and magazines to dad while waiting. Children’s artwork decorate the walls in addition to the required documents that need to be posted. There is an additional waiting room in another straight to the back when you walk in. That is the best waiting room if you’re there for medication management, which is virtual. The receptionist, Jill, is super friendly! Wait times for scheduled appointments can vary. Overall, not bad.

If you're looking for a place where you can fose and still go get high and no one call you out for it than this is absolutely not the place for you!! If your looking to get clean and actually put in the hard work needed to get and stay clean and sober than this is the place for you. Your not just treated like a number or lost cause here. The staff get to know you and they care about you. But they aren't going pat your butt and say it's everyone else's fault your here. I've been to other clinics where you nothing but a number and no one really and truly cares. Insight is not one of those places. If your truly serious about getting clean and staying clean then please do yourself a favor and come to Insight. I've been clean for 7 years now and it is bc of the staff at Insight.

So I arrived at Mt.Regis like most others do,tired and confused,angry and feeling guilty, shameful and unworthy. I was seriously damaged inside, and out. All I knew for sure is that I wanted and needed to be, and do better with and for myself and my life. I suffer from PTSD, and I have been through some horrible ordeals in my lifetime. I had been neglectful, and neglected. My thoughts were all scrambled and my thought process was dangerously out of order. While I was in treatment I was treated with so much respect, and understanding that it almost felt surreal to me, especially because of the life I had been living, and the treatment I was being given by all those fake friends, and even some of my family members over the years. The staff at Mt.Regis made me feel welcome,and appreciated. They taught me how to find and collect myself. They gave me all the tools I needed to make a full recovery,and also how to use them. I applied those tools which were coping skills, trigger recognition, accountability, honesty,self recognition,goal setting, boundary setting, changes to my environment and appreciation for my peers who were facing and dealing with the same challenges as myself. By doing so, I found my true self, one known as a nurturer. I was assisted with every aspect of my recovery and treated like a person worthy of a second chance and the respect and understanding that can only be given by true friends, "Family". I say family because that's exactly what I gained during my treatment. I have formed true friendships and bonds that will stand the test of time, and a family that has been supportive of me from day one. I owe My.Regis all the respect and appreciation in the world. They truly saved my life, and I will never be able to repay them for that. I'm now in a step down program,and upon completion of it,and after a few more months of clean and sober living, I hope to return to Mt.Regis as a Recovery Coach.I see that as my way of paying this gift of life forward. I want more than most other things to be able to be for someone else exactly what Mt.Regis was to me,a Lifesaver. To anyone in need of help obtaining a clean and sober life, I highly recommend My.Regis for your support and recovery team. If you are serious about getting your life back in order,and rebuilding it from the bottom up there is no better place to do so and achieve greatness. New Season has been phenomenal. I have been going since Feb 9th 2026 and I’ve started tapering down to eventually be off the MAT program. It truly saved my life. Aiesha is a wonderful, caring nurse. Reggie is my most favorite window doser and Preston runs the facility properly and always has a warm smile when you see him. I tell them all the time I wish I would have made the decision sooner to go to New Season. Thank you to the New Season team for all their care and compassion in this journey.💚

I honestly cannot say enough good things about New Season and the amazing people who work there. This facility has played such an important role in my recovery journey and has helped me not only get sober, but stay sober. From the very beginning, I was treated with compassion, respect, and understanding. The staff truly care about the people they serve, and they never made me feel judged for my past or the struggles I was facing. They helped me see that recovery was possible and gave me the support, guidance, and tools I needed to begin building a better life. I am so grateful for the role New Season has played in my recovery. I have now been sober since November 29, 2022, and I honestly don’t know where I would be today without the help and support I received there. New Season gave me hope when I needed it most, and I will always be grateful for that. If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about getting help, please know that recovery is possible. Amazing experience im 17 but I've been there 4 times since 16 and I enjoyed it everytime the socialization with people having similar issues was amazing you didn't have to be afraid to socialize because we all were there for similar things I love having my own ac and bathroom and room and the gym was super fun. I lowkey felt like I met my soulmate (IN A FRIEND WAY) and she was amazing!! People only hate it because they cant do what they want but to be honest when you get there you forget about your phone and all the games and everything. I do think they should invest in better snacks for snack time like better chips!
