I am 50 years old. I used to be in this group home back in my teens. I stayed here from 15 to 18. I promise you back then life was different and if it wasn't for the staff there I wouldn't be here now. When I was there we had Ms. Kilgore, Ms. Mitchell and Ms. Westbrook was in Tucker cottage where I was. Rogers, Marshall and Darden cottages were there then. I still use "easily mislead" or "my inconsideration to others and self" I always have to remind myself of my "easily angered" I use these words today. There is a flowerbed at the very edge of the main house yard. I started that flowerbed. If the flowerbed is still there I can honestly say that was my flowerbed. Mr. Kocab and Mr. Tate let me do the flowerbed to keep my mind from wandering and getting myself in more trouble. I am not sure what life is like there nowadays but when I was there it was okay. Nobody wants to be away from their families and it is hard to be there when you look at it that way. Yes, I still got in trouble when I got home for a bit. But I was able to understand what was getting me in those situations. I just wanted to share my story about Jackson-Field Group Home. And a lot of us that were together are still friends to this day. It was a helpful back then.

I was placed here when I was almost 15 years old I was scared I can’t remember all my counselors name but Ms Morpheus not sure the spelling went above and beyond to make me comfortable I just wanna think all of the staff new and old Continue to do yall best to help young ladies sent there

This place is excellent for children with behavioral problems, the staff cares a lot about the children and they love their work. In this center they have done so much for my son that I don't have enough words to say thank you.

I'll probably be going here soon to say the least It's the closest one they've selected for me. This is probably my last message a life I'm used to living with My grandparents it's definitely my fault for running my mouth.... I'm so sorry i couldn't learn my lesson...but it's already far to late.

The dosing nurses especially Ms Pam are exceptional women! They not only give you your meds but they will talk to you if you need to vent etc....they get to know you so well they know when you're not yourself. I appreciate the love and concern the staff gives and would not change clinics if a new one opened next door to it! By the way Ms Pam goes over and above her job description to show her love and concern for her patients

I’ve had a long journey at New Seasons and through thick and thin, good or bad, they’ve never given up on me. I can honestly say they feel more like family than a center and every morning I look forward to seeing the people who support me most in my recovery. I want to say thank you to nurse Pam for her encouraging words and putting a smile on my face every morning along with a laugh, and another thank you to Dr. P for his unwavering commitment to my care… New Seasons wouldn’t be the same without y’all! ✨

My husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FACILITY, they were caring while we got clean and sober!!! Hallelujah WE ARE!!!! Our individual counselors Ivana and Kathy are so helpful and supportive!!! I just recently started here, the people are the nicest I have seen i have been clean since March 12th of last year and just transfered here from greenville. I was kinda scared to transfer to a diff clinic but so far so good!

Crossroads was my truly life savior....if it wasn't for them I don't think I would be here today....it is a very nice clean place to go....there has been a lot of change over so far as counselors but it hasn't hurt me...I'm very please with Crossroads....I have even brought several people in for help....I don't know how they are doing now tho because I get take homes of 27 now so I stay to myself...Great place to go for help.....

I came to Crossroads in October 2017. I was lost and needed a strong foundation on which to plant my feet in recovery. I found that at Crossroads. I have always felt respected and hopeful with my treatment here. Crossroads has stood by me in my recovery through many trials and tribulations and I’m very thankful! There are some wonderful people here, my counselor Antionette is awesome and checks on me periodically throughout the time I’m not at the Clinic. The nurse’s are great about with helping me in any way that they can! Crossroads is a great place if you’re ready to start the path to recovery!!!! Thanks to all of you guys for helping me in this journey :))

Mrs. Zeno and Sergio are wonderful and are always on point with how they make things work for any and everyone. I’ve been getting treatment here for going on a year (give or take) and they have been understanding , professional and helpful in every which way. 5 stars for ZENO! This would be a 5 star review if one of the pharmacy workers didn't consistently have a bad attitude with patients. An African American woman typically at window 4, with long braided hair seems to have a habit of being sour, mean and just unprofessional. After talking to FIVE other patients, it's generally agreed that she's the dosing nurse everyone dreads getting - "rude", "mean", "judgemental", "takes 5 minute breaks between calling people" these are some of the comments other patients made for when she bothers to call anyone at all. Usually only 2 of the 6 windows are staffed, and the workload definitely by and large gets pushed onto the other dosing nurse, when there is a huge influx of patients. Originally I thought she just didn't like me, but it seems she gets personal gratification out of not medicating patients in a timely manner, making them wait while she chats with people, etc., meanwhile the patients are in active withdrawal, have to go to work, have things to do, and can't sit around at a methadone clinic all morning. The program director is an absolute gem, and the counselors are super thoughtful and helpful. All in all everyone there seems to have a positive energy and outlook, and the staff is lovely-- except for this dosing nurse who sits around chit chatting and forwarding patients to the program director (who I assume already has a lot on her plate) or their respective counselors, when she bothers calling anyone at all. I had to bother the program director multiple times because of a mishap with the app, and when she came by and personally told the dosing nurse that she was fine to dose me, she snapped back with "so we're just going to ignore that she lied about paying?" - the program director dismissed her comment and I responded with "I didn't lie, the program director has already confirmed this", to which she thought the professional thing to do as an employee was to argue it further with "Yes you did", to which I, again, told her I did not. She then put me on hold so she could "call me later". No reason given. (I assume this is her "punishment"- making someone with active cardiac issues wait for a dose, thereby increasing my risk of cardiac arrest when the admin already okayed me), I waited an hour as she kept calling other patients and eventually I went up to the program director for the third time- bless her heart, and just told her that I felt that the woman at the 4th window didn't like me and was purposely refusing to dose me. She took me off of hold and even though window 4 was empty, she just kept calling everyone EXCEPT me. I ended up dosing with someone else. After dosing I watched her consistently call patients maybe once every 7 ish minutes, and a lot of them she would turn away to go bother the program director. It shouldn't be up to the program director to resolve issues as absurd as a dosing nurse .... refusing to do her job "because she doesn't like someone". Genuinely no idea what someone with such a terrible attitude is doing working at a clinic that serves a demographic that she's clearly judgemental towards and resentful of. She's just making everyone's lives harder; the patients with her attitude, the staff because she doesn't seem to pull her weight, the company because she's being paid to basically not really do her job, and her hassling of patients and withholding medication can literally lead to someone one day suing the clinic, should god forbid something happen due to a pre-existing medical condition (like me having a heart attack when it's noted that my dose only lasts about 12 hours, not 24, due to a medical condition called malabsorption and my preexisting serious heart condition when withdrawal is known to exacerbate tachycardia.) Sitting around with a 150+ heart rate, visibly shaking because the dosing nurse thinks it's her place to "teach you a lesson" by withholding medication and refusing to do her job for personal reasons is completely unacceptable. The entire time I was waiting she was sparsely calling other patients and laughing around with her colleagues.

My name is Christie Cassidy and the new center is so much better , I love my counselor azha she is amazing she is non judgemental, treats me as a equal always makes time for me even when I just need to vent and rant about personal issues. I am lucky to have her. When I am frustrated with how things are going at the clinic and feel like I am going to loose My cool she notices and is able to calm me down she is truly their for the right reasons and makes a difference in her patience lives.

Attending this program saved my life, it created a safe atmosphere to heal with clinical and holistic settings. Combing the healing power of Christ with modern psychology helping to not only understand the source of your addiction but how to heal in depth from it. If you feel like you’ve tried everything or if this is the first place you’re looking at for healing I highly recommending committing to the healing journey they offer. It’s Life changing

To be honest I could probably try and take a shot at this place and even maybe have reasons to but my life and my choices lead me to have to go to this place and in doing so I came out the other side clean and still am clean so for that I owe them forever can't blame a place for the actions they take when your own actions got you in that situation it gives you a chance what you do with that chance is on you not them it's about love and forgiveness and trying to do right sometimes people and places fall short thank you new life for everything love nate

I went thought he program in 2008 and I am still sober, almost 13 years. Thanks to God and the men of the ranch!!!!!

Having an intervention for my brother was not going to be an easy thing to do. We knew we couldn’t do it alone. Someone put us in touch with Sam. Sam not only helped us through the process but encouraged our parents to speak. Sam said it like it was! An hour after the intervention my brother was on his way to rehab! If Sam wasn’t there to help us all I know we wouldn’t have been successful on our own! Thank you Sam for saving my brothers life!

This past week, we had scheduled an intervention for one of our family members. While I was not the one who coordinated it, Sam still showed what a true professional is and guided everyone in the right direction. Not only did he educate us on how to interact, but he advised us to use certain words/phrases which was a tremendous amount of help. He stays with you through the entire process and is always there if you need. Even though the family member was tough on Sam, he kept his professionalism and was able to guide him to treatment. When we arrived to the facility, the family member actually thanked and gave Sam a hug for what he had done. 10/5 I highly highly encourage you to hire Sam for the help of your loved one.

Sam saved my uncles life, who was given a year to live and refused to get help until we had an intervention. Sam’s 93% success rate is no joke. If you have a family member struggling with addiction don’t look anywhere else, bring Sam in to help. We got in touch with Sam and he was willing to come hold an intervention the next day. As a family, we decided to wait a week so that we could coordinate everything and find a bed. Sam, let us know the process, met with our family the night before the intervention and had my uncle into rehab the same day. Sam took the time to understand the situation, provide empathy to our family but most importantly told us and my uncle the truth even if it was hard for us to hear. He will also support the family and addict until the treatment program is completed in full. With Sam’s help, my uncle has taken the first step to get healthy and there is now hope for his future.

This program saved my sisters life!!! This rehabilitation stays with you for life it’s not just a 30-90 day program, they assist you in helping you get your life back on track, getting a job, and most importantly gives you and your family HOPE!!!

New Life for Adults and Youth has not only changed my life, but saved it. Once battling with a crippling heroin addiction, I am now set free and am able to be the daughter & sister I was meant to be. This program is well-rounded with vocational training, relapse prevention classes, and mentorship programs and focuses on the root of your addiction, not just the addiction itself. Everyone here embraces you with love, never judgement. I will forever be grateful to this program for healing me and restoring my family when I had lost all hope.

I am almost 3 years, three months sober. It all started in Ahoskie went through the detox center three times finally got it forever. Grateful for the gift I have received. Of course it took some work on my end also but that’s life. Just a thank you to the husky staff.

There are some very special people working there. Keven and Karen amung all the other staff are truly the greatest people to meet. A little respect going in the door get you a long ways. I've been sober 3 years and owe it all to very many people god put in my journey starting here. I miss y'all and would love to come see y'all. Thank you for every blessed day I have.
