I Wouldn’t Recommend sending your children there but staff are caring sometimes they may curse at you or do illegal things but they do care for your well being it may not seem like it at first but sometimes tough love is needed and I highly recommend having your child talk to MS.Karima for advice she is the best and strives to keep the building a safe place , (Only if you proceed with admitting your child) Highly recommend not sending your child there with anything that’s Sharp ,Croptops,Ripped Jeans ,Bra’s with underwire or things with strings,Because it will be confiscated no doubt about that ,Last but not least if your child is trans start them on HRT before sending them there because they cannot prescribe HRT in this facility, PS:There will be fights and suicide attempts there Every month!!!

I started 4 months ago, I was so skeptical about a program period. I've been on some type of substance for more than 20 years now. This program is one of the best decisions I've ever made. They are all professional and so friendly. They don't treat you like addicts. I love this facility. I will be completely clean, by the time they finish with me! I love it, and HIGHLY recommend them! Trust me, you won't regret it!!!

They saved my life. Although, They can only save those that want to be saved. The program didn’t work for me until I started working it. I was in the clinic for a year and a half the first time around. I was still using, missed days, I didn’t really care about the program. I just showed up for my dose on the days I couldn’t get straight and that was it. However, When I went back six months ago, I was still using but I was tired of living that life. So, I got up to a stable dose, Stopped using, Started working the program, And I’ve been clean 122 days as of today. The staff here has been amazing from the very first day I went two years ago. They aren’t judgmental, they’re supportive, and caring. The director is awesome and I love my counselor this time around, Ms. Jewel. If you’re ready to get sober, this is the place to go. Thank you so much for my second chance at life, Crossroads Treatment Center. I love yall and I’m forever grateful to you.

This place is actually quite good, but I'm not sure if I would recommend it to anyone new if you have other options. At least not right now. I've been going for months and everything was fine and now it's like I see different counselors every time I go. So I have to keep reiterating my story, specific issues, the supplements I take, etc. over and over again it makes things a little messy. Things have to be a little more consistent for proper assistance. The turnover rate is bad over there right now which is usually not a good sign. But I don't know what's going on or why. I've probably seen like 7 different counselors now. The people at the front desk are awesome though and the counselors I have seen numerous times are great, understanding and helpful. I will update my review in a month or two, hopefully things get better there and stay like that for them.

I just started here at this clinic for substance abuse recovery. They do all different types of MAT treatment here. I am very impressed by the level of care and respect that they give to patients here. I am so glad I chose this place and they are very convenient and the hours are very convenient as well. They take almost every insurance which is awesome. Not having to worry financially about getting treatment was a big part of why I chose to come here. Everyone from the doctors to the nurses to the front office staff have been wonderful to me. I was so worried about being judged but no one has done that and it takes a big burden off of me. I was so afraid I was going to be looked down upon because of my addiction. The eased all of my worries/anxiety and I feel extremely positive towards my recovery. Thank you to everyone here for having my start to recovery be a wonderful one.

I am 50 years old. I used to be in this group home back in my teens. I stayed here from 15 to 18. I promise you back then life was different and if it wasn't for the staff there I wouldn't be here now. When I was there we had Ms. Kilgore, Ms. Mitchell and Ms. Westbrook was in Tucker cottage where I was. Rogers, Marshall and Darden cottages were there then. I still use "easily mislead" or "my inconsideration to others and self" I always have to remind myself of my "easily angered" I use these words today. There is a flowerbed at the very edge of the main house yard. I started that flowerbed. If the flowerbed is still there I can honestly say that was my flowerbed. Mr. Kocab and Mr. Tate let me do the flowerbed to keep my mind from wandering and getting myself in more trouble. I am not sure what life is like there nowadays but when I was there it was okay. Nobody wants to be away from their families and it is hard to be there when you look at it that way. Yes, I still got in trouble when I got home for a bit. But I was able to understand what was getting me in those situations. I just wanted to share my story about Jackson-Field Group Home. And a lot of us that were together are still friends to this day. It was a helpful back then.

This place saved my life. I was there during the summer of 2024 for meth addiction, I came in and hated being there from the start and I complained a lot. Rehab isnt a pleasant place to be, it sucks having your freedoms restricted and watched constantly but there's no other way. I might not agree with everything there but the staff were amazing to me. This place kept me safe from myself while I was withdrawing from 10 years of using. Now I am approaching 2 years clean and employed full time as a forklift operator living alone and has the best family support structure. You have to want to get clean for the program to work, sometimes it's not everyone's time but I hit my rock bottom and was knocking on death's door. I am confident ill never go back to that life. Our family is so very thankful to Gateway and staff. They treated my daughter like family. Instilled independence and also much needed support. Mental health is very hard but they made it just a little bit easier. Much of the staff that is here spend more time with these residents than they do their own families. They are extremely dedicated and love them beyond judgment. Being an adult with some of these problems can be extremely debilitating, but they give them the opportunity to still be independent and supported. I cannot say enough about the staffs commitment to our daughter and the way they treated her like their own family. Thank you so much for giving her some independence and the support she needed. Our family will always be extremely thankful to each and everyone of you. RIP Frankie.❤️
