I recommend that if you have an addiction with alcohol and drugs that's the place to go to, they care about their clients, what I love about it, you can be honest. With yourself and the opportunity to sit back and see myself.Do others without me judging and then I seen them.And I see me.I want to change my life for the better and here I am a year later.Still clean and sober

I was at Concept 90 after getting out of Prison in May of 2002. I have been in recovery ever since. The help and support of the staff there has been a big help to me in maintaining my recovery. All that you need to do to recover is to listen to the staff and apply what they tell you to do and you will recover. Thanks to everyone at Concept 90 for helping me to get my life and family back. Daystar saved my life. 9/20/10 - was my last indulgment!! I was bent and broken. My life as I knew it was was coming to the end. Daystar changed my life. I spent 7 years at daystar!!! God helped save alone with daystar and staff.

Evergreen saved my life! I was hopeless at this time in my life. I am so grateful that this place was available for me.

well I am going to give it a five star because if it wasn't for the evergreen program itself I would have never made it in society. I spent the majority of my adult life in prison, I needed a program to help me learn how to life outside of the walls. This program did that for me. 99% of the staff were amazing. That 1% were power hungry. I did notice that over the yrs the comments left went from great to really bad. Maybe that is something that should be addressed. Please don't just blame it on the client who wrote the survey. Like really look into it... Also I would like to give a major shout out to MS.MADDY , MS.LIZ, Ms.DANA , MS.SOPHIE, MS.BRITTNEY, MS.EBANY, MS.L (sat morning shift) and MS.TEE they really took the ti,e out to help me change my life.

I completed evergreen about 4 months ago. It was rough on some days. The rules (so I thought) were there as a punishment, WRONG, they were in place to teach me responsibility, accountability, routine and much more. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to gone there. Most staff helped me. Some not so much but to be honest that’s going to happen no matter where I would have went. My counselor was absolutely AMAZING. Ms. Maddy really to the time out to help me in any way she could. I am now in the willow way recovery house right out back. I want to thank Ms.Maddy , Ms.Tee, Ms.Liz , Ms. Brittney, Ms. Lorece , Ms, Ebany, Ms.Dana and Ms.Sophie. Because of ya’lls help, encouragement, and belief in me I am thriving and truly living,.

I went here in 2005 from august to Jan 06 it was a great place then I was 15 then I wish I woulda listened to the stuff they were trying to say I’m good now but took a min and alot of jail and wasted time. Mrs Felicia, Mr Emneko, Mr Tyson, Mrs Misty, Tone, Mrs Kija, Mrs Gene that was the team back then and the they was all good even the teachers

I have been going here for a month now. I genuinely enjoy my therapist and the people at the front check-in have been friendly and professional to me. I would recommend my therapist and this place to others that need it.

Been taking my daughter here for a while now. Most of the staff are kind and caring. Only met one bad apple in our time there. Thanks for all you do!

I went there for 9 years and am considering going back. My therapist really listened to me and would even go a few minutes longer in sessions if that meant she could help me more. I really felt the sessions helped me throughout daily life.

I must say im at the right place.the people are cordial, friendly and they go above and beyond to meet your needs..im grateful for my therapist ms.serina brown who gently and kindly guide you to reach your full potential..yes you have to really want it.

I will say, in the beginning, approximately 5 or so years ago, I was not happy with the service. But, I did like my psychologist at the time and not wanting to find something new, I reluctantly decided to stay. I’m glad I did. I now have gotten to know my therapist better and have found a healthy, better trust in this organization. Things seem better in the last year or so, I’m able to get my needed meds on time and am happy with the service I receive. I don’t know if management changed or I did. It’s scary to trust someone with one’s mental health. It takes time and a willingness of both parties to empathize, the giver and the receiver both. My advice, if you are unhappy, voice your grievance and give them time to correct your concerns.

They are great and yes I’m a real person I recommend them I only said I’m a real person cause some site have templates that has perfect reviews I’m livin proof they grrreat

People are friendly and the pharpists are agreeable and smart.

Friendly staff who seem to genuinely care about your recovery. Has staff that have been through their own difficulties as mentors to prove sober living is achievable and guide you toward your goals. My only issue is if you're over 5 minutes late, you can't participate, and this can be an issue for people with transportation difficulties.

I will start of by saying that I am so happy I decided to go to this clinic .I called about 10 places know one had any appointments available and also they were so rude . I was going to give up then I saw TRUENORTH WELLNESS and also read the reviews but I still decided to try it. I called left a message they called me less then 15 minutes she was so polite and friendly. I did all the forms then they scheduled me I am extremely grateful to the entire staff for making me feel comfortable. So if anyone is looking for therapy this is the place don’t have to look further you won’t regret it .

Been taking 2 kids here for several months. The therapists were different and how good it is really depends on the therapist. We were lucky.

My wife was transported from the hospital to River's Bend Health and Rehab Center's dementia unit in June. When I got to her room, I found that the bed had no remote controls and was flat. My wife had neck surgery years ago and could no longer lie flat in a bed. I brought this to the attention of her caretaker as well as having no TV remote. Within an hour, Bill the maintenance man was in the room checking the bed. Bill was very polite & excused himself as he looked under the bed to see what was needed to control the bed. He returned with various controls & found they would not work. In a few minutes he was back with the foot board control that operated the bed. He then brought the remote for the TV. He apologized for the inconvenience. I found the care staff to be comforting & caring. Every time I come in to visit my wife, the staff is smiling & interacting with the patients. When I visit my wife, she is clean as well as her cloths. After taking care of my wife in her condition for over a year, I know how difficult it is to care for her. These girls are doing an awesome job caring for her and the other patients. I have been visiting my wife at lunch & supper time and observed that they are getting plenty to eat and getting properly balanced meals. I received a phone call from the River's Bend doctor & nurse practitioner that he the doctor would be seeing her twice per week and the nurse practitioner would be there 5 days per week. This was very comforting for me. Lauren, the Director of Admissions was very nice and comforting when I met with her. She helped me through the paperwork and assured me that my wife would get good care. I met with the other administration officials and found them to be helpful and comforting as well. I know that my wife is getting good care here. I thank all of you for your hard work and caring.
