Waterford Wisconsin, the physical therapy is on point, they got me up off my butt I was up and walking within 2 weeks, they also have great CNAs they also have great nurses, case managers will work with you but you have to want it for yourself, and this is the first facility that I have never ever ever ever walked out on because they believed in me they made me believe in me and that's why I'm still here if you want a good place to come come here if you want to get real rehabilitated, and if you want to leave out of here with some knowledge come here they'll help you I guarantee you that I put my life on it you have to want it for yourself though good luck and God bless

Having been through the WisHope Step-Down Housing Program and Wis Hope Treatment Program, I can tell you first hand, that this is a program that can change your entire life, if getting sober and improving your life is truly what you are ready for and willing to do. I struggled with the use of heroin/fentanyl/pain pills for 20 years. It wasn't WisHope that made me stop using. It was "Me" that made "Me" stop using. And it is Wis Hope that co-signed every single step I took to NOT get high every day or give in to the cravings that made me doubt everything that I was doing. Wis Hope offered me the support I needed from day to day to make sure I reached the only goal I wanted to achieve. And that was to make sure I hit my pillow every single night sober! I didn't give a damn if I didn't get one thing done on my "To-do-Lists". And then when I was ready to take the next step, Wis Hope was ALWAYS and still is right there behind me supporting me and giving me the strength I need to realize that I am worth way more than I ever gave myself credit for. They helped me find my purpose again. I have so much to be grateful and thankful for every single day. Instead of chasing that next high and wasting my time degrading and de-facing myself, I amhappy and eager in accomplishing my goals to become the best version of myself. So much that because of my determination and focus, I am now an employee for WisHope helping other people reach their goals and helping them to get past the pain and suffering I once knew all to well. Great experience and staff. The only thing I had a problem with was using the phone. We were allowed to use our cell phones 2 times per week for half an hour each time. Other than that it was a great facility and beautiful area. You won't be disappointed.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They saved my lyfe for sure and are currently saving my girlfriends lyfe. I can not say enough good things about this place and trust me if it was wack I'd put them on blast. First the nursing staff is more then amazing. I went there to detox from the typical West Side of Chicago herion-fetinol-xylazine-morphine bullshit and knew I was in for a rough couple weeks. Shout out to all the nurses but especially Linda in detox. This lady held my hand and I completely give her all the credit in the world for getting me through that. After detox I went to the men's unit. I can only speak on the councilors I've had cause I've been there twice but John and Tera are amazing in every way. The staff is awesome with special shout outs to D, Sammy, Kurt and Chase for sure. If you've never witnessed one of Chases groups this man will change your lyfe. The rehab itself is like a resort and I called it the Passeges Malibu of Illinois. It's right on the lake and everything is gorgeous. Id recommend this place 100 times over. The only negative thing I have to say is I came with 2 brand new scripts of Alprazalam and Adderall that was destroyed without my consent even though they belonged to me and everyone said I'd get them back but I guess thats rehab for you. If your struggling with anything this is the best possible place for you. They truly save lives.

This was not my first treatment, but it was definitely the best! WisHope offered me a different type of treatment using DBT that taught me skills to use in everyday life and on my sober journey. The staff members were compassionate, empathetic and also knowledgeable. Most are in recovery themselves which made their experiences more valuable to the program that helped nurture clients’ recovery process. The one on one therapy was like none I ever had, getting to the root of some of the contributors to my substance abuse. The recovery community is amazing here! I always felt heard, supported and encouraged every step of the way!

Some of the classes were great! The art therapy was amazing. Some of the staff was great. Juliana deserves a raise!! That girl handled some very difficult people over the weekend. Some of the aids were so kind and fun and helpful. Definitely some not so nice or invested staff. They did great with my food allergies. Overall was a helpful stay for mental health but a few employees that may need to be let go.

Dr. Sheedy is seriously one of those doctors I wish there were more of. He is so down to earth, so easy to talk to, and just one of those people who makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in. My daughter is almost 13 and absolutely adores him, and my son is 8 and loves him too.And honestly it is crazy to me that we have been with him for EIGHT YEARS now. He literally came into our lives when my son was born. Hendrix was considered high risk because of the Rh factor issue and there was concern he could possibly need a blood transfusion. Our pediatrician at the time took a last-minute vacation, and Dr. Sheedy was the doctor who came to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and took care of him.That was pretty much it for me. We left our old pediatrician after that and have been with Dr. Sheedy ever since.He has watched my son grow from a tiny high-risk newborn into this wild 8-year-old boy, and he has watched my daughter grow into almost a teenager. He knows my kids, he talks TO them and not just over them, and he makes them feel safe. As a mom, that means everything to me. He is family friendly, honest, kind, funny, and just real. He never makes you feel dumb for asking questions and never makes you feel rushed. I truly trust him with my kids, and after 8 years I can say that with my whole heart. I really wish they made more doctors like Dr. Sheedy. We are so lucky he walked into our lives when he did!

Came in with alot of pain, but was greeted by many friendly faces. Good bed-side manner by all employees. Kept me informed frequently on my progress, and kept comfortable as best that they could. I left with the medications I needed and full instructions what to do when I get home. Follow up appt was scheduled the next day. Great care here if you need help when you to see a doctor.

I was very hesitant for years to start methadone maintenance because of the stygma- none of which were true. This place saved my life. I’ve been coming to Waukesha comprehensive treatment center for more than 2 years. I love coming here . The staff are amazing and they care immensely about their patients. Jeff the director is awesome and goes above and beyond for everyone to help them succeed. Heidi is caring ,smart n funny and always making others feel welcome Jen and Kelly are very wonderful nurses who care and are always are incredibly helpful. I came in broken from PTSD and alcohol and wasn't sure this place could help. They surprised me. Had real therapy that went deep, not just surface stuff. EMDR hit hard but helped me sleep again. Talkin with other vets made me feel less alone. Docs knew what they were doing too. Only thing I’d change is more group time. Still, I walked out stronger than I came in. Real thankful for that.

Came here after struggling with pain meds from a work injury. WCS got me set up on Suboxone, which made a big difference. I appreciated being able to stay in touch with my wife and kids throughout, that really kept me grounded. They also helped me start thinking about getting back to work. Not everything was perfect (wait times could be better) but the staff truly care. It’s a solid place if you're serious about getting clean.
