OMA – Outreach Ministries of Alabama welcomes men from all walks of life and backgrounds. | Treatments Programs Payment Options | At the end of Caleb’s review he is basically says that outreach ministries of Alabama only relies on FAITH. From Caleb’s viewpoint it is negative. But from my viewpoint this has been the ONLY thing that has sustained me from the power of addiction. I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients.
I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.

Describing her as a blessing to both students and staff only begins to capture the impact she has made. Her joy and passion for her work are evident in every interaction, and her presence brings a sense of calm and warmth that resonates throughout the entire school community.
Ms. NeQuaisha has a unique ability to uplift those around her. She enters a room with a peaceful energy that instantly puts others at ease—a rare and invaluable quality when working with children. I’ve witnessed firsthand how a difficult day for a student can be transformed simply by spending a few moments with her. The smiles they leave with speak volumes. Children, as we know, are some of the best judges of character, and with Ms. NeQuaisha, they instinctively recognize sincerity, compassion, and strength. To them, she is not only a mentor and a guide but also a trusted friend and unwavering advocate.
On a personal note, Ms. NeQuaisha has been a consistent source of encouragement and support. She has never hesitated to check in, offer kind words, or simply take a quiet moment to breathe and reflect with me.
