I absolutely loved the staff here. The therapists were probably the nicest, most caring, therapists I’ve ever met. The groups here are my #1 favorite out of all of the places I’ve ever been and they are led by the therapists. The chef 👌🏾 literally didn’t make a single thing that I didn’t like, I loved everything he cooked. The house is extremely clean. The outings every week were one of my favorite things here as well. And if you asked the staff or therapist for anything they absolutely tried their hardest to make it happen. Adam is super kind and caring and always addressed any issues I had. I’m not an easy client but I appreciate all the staff here who put up with me. I left early due to me not being able to handle some of the stricter policy’s but it doesn’t change how I feel about the staff and my time there. All of the staff went above and beyond and I would recommended this place to anyone. Also Pearl you’re my favorite 🩷

Starbridge recovery truly saved me and my family. While my stay there the kind, caring, love and thoughtfulness was so amazing by all the staff. The professional approach that they provided me was excellent . The classes they gave there were informing and uplifting. My therapist Anne knew how much I enjoyed walking. She would take me on walks while doing my therapy session . I truly felt love from her kind caring heart. She continues to stay in touch even though I am no longer there . The facility is clean and welcoming and the food is great. The whole staff was a number one class act. If you want to get better reach out to them . They will help you!!!!

Dr. Roe saved my life literally. I overdosed twice in a ten month period. Approx. 6 months ago the ambulance took me to the hospital 90% dead from opiates/benzos/ alcohol etc. The hospital refused to give me detox medication, so after 7 days with out sleep, detoxing heavily from 15 years of all mentioned above, I was convinced I was not going to make it. Thank God, somehow, my Family found Dr. Calvert @ "Revive Detox" in West LA. My Son dropped me there directly from the hospital … tore up. I finally slept in a real bed, Josh cooked excellent food daily and they loved me back to feeling like I was a special person with a reason to live. Once my mind & body could talk and walk she started therapy, meetings gave me more attention than I deserved. Dr. C and her and staff put me back together medically, physically and emotionally. It took 6 weeks of her Professional patients to bring me back to life and I have realized how fortunate l am to have met her. If anyone is hesitating on "surrender" Dr. C. - Josh & the Staff will make you comfortable, rested, loved and detoxed ready to get your life back. I've been to a dozen detoxes/rehabilitations in the past, 56 years old. I've been lied to by intake, telemarketers, showed up, walked out, name it… I've seen it. She is the only professional that told the truth (no sales pitch) and honored her word to the end. She handled the highest level of care, experience, love and professional knowledge. She treated my Son like royalty when he came to visit. I now have approx. 6 months of clean time because I was gifted a true & valuable life lesson of how to live. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did during one of the hardest times in my life. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with respect, compassion, and genuine care. The nurses, counselors, case managers, and support staff were always there to answer questions, offer encouragement, and make sure I was safe and comfortable throughout detox. The program gave me the tools and support I needed to begin my recovery. It wasn’t always easy, but the staff created an environment where I felt understood instead of judged. The group sessions, medical care, and daily structure helped me regain hope and confidence in myself. Recovery is ultimately up to the individual, but having a team that truly cares makes all the difference. Can’t say enough great things about this facility. The staff the guest speakers everyone who facilitated meetings or top-notch plenty of amenities here was never bored. Never hungry and I went through major withdrawals and came out on the other side. If I can do it, anyone can do it. I would leave 10 stars if I could.

I spent 33 days at Alta Centers for alcohol treatment, and I am very grateful for my experience. Coming to alcohol rehab was not an easy decision, but today I am very happy that I came here. The staff treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my stay. I especially want to thank Anastasia. She was always kind, patient, and caring and made sure I had what I needed. I also want to thank my case manager, Edward, my case manager, who helped me with my personal affairs and took care of many things that were important to me while I could focus on my recovery. After 30 days at Alta, I feel much better, stronger, and more confident about staying sober. I learned a lot about myself and my alcohol addiction and now have a better direction for my life. I came to Alta Recovery Center because I knew I needed help getting off alcohol and becoming sober, and looking back, I’m extremely grateful that I made the decision to come here. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, respected, and cared for. Anastasia was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout my stay. She always made sure I was taken care of and had what I needed, and her support made a difficult time feel a lot easier. I truly appreciate everything she did for me. Michael Carboni also played a huge role in helping me through this process. He helped me get into the facility, assisted me with getting set up with my IOP programs, and continued supporting me throughout my treatment. He also helped me stay an additional week when I knew that going home too soon could have put my sobriety at risk. That extra week gave me more time to learn, prepare, and strengthen my foundation in recovery. I spent 40 days at Alta, learning as much as I could about sobriety, recovery, and how to move forward without alcohol. The staff consistently made an effort to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and the hospitality I experienced throughout my stay meant a lot to me. I came to Alta needing a place where I could focus on getting sober and learning how to live differently. I left with more knowledge, more confidence, and a stronger foundation for my recovery. I’m genuinely thankful to Anastasia, Michael, and the entire Alta Recovery Center team for the kindness, support, and care they showed me. If someone is struggling with alcohol and is looking for a place where they can feel supported while working toward sobriety, my experience at Alta was one I will always be grateful for.

Absolutely love Profound, they took me in for the 2nd time with no judgment or hesitation. They genuinely help those who seek it and provide medication for withdrawals, an amazing chef that cooks meals 3 times a day, outings to different places such as hiking or the movies or mini golf , therapy and group meetings to discuss trauma and skills to avoid relapse. So at first I didn't think I would really like it but as you become to know staff it becomes an amazing experience. The staff as a whole genuinely cares about you becoming a better person as they give you the tools to maintain the healthy experience to live a sober life. Carina has from day one been a pleasure to be around cuz of her sense of humor and her care in her heart of concern for each person here. Jose the main guy got me socks and boxers and the stuff I needed when I first came to. Stephanie is amazing on the medical side of things as well as all the other nurses here. Staff is what got me to stay here and they have amazing possibilities after this next step totally recommend this place for anyone seeking treatment and wanting to maintain sobriety afterwards.

I had a pleasant experience here especially the first time. The second time I did over hear staff talking about me in the kitchen which was right next to my room. Also fare to say those staff members no longer work there. But I also I wasnt the most pleasant person either, but since this is a detox I'm allowed to be messy. However I was allowed to come back and make an amends to the staff. I would however recommend this place over others but the only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the conversation that I overheard. But again this staff members are no longer there. This place can be informative in regards to the addiction process. I'd recommend coming here also.

Lafuente saved my life and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to find myself with the support of such an understanding and caring staff. I flew from Florida on a chance to find community and a reason to get sober and I found that here and so much more. Thanks to the compassion and empathy of the staff, I found myself learning to have hope for a better future and a chance at a life I would be proud to live. I’ve been to many treatment centers, legacy wattles was by far the most enjoyable. The food was amazing, staff was also amazing, living was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to work on myself in a relaxed environment. I recommend 10/10!

This place was the most kick ass treatment center I could ever have hoped for. All the staff, group facilitators, techs, chefs, drivers, hr dept, everything. All in all the experience was Great!! Some good, Some not so good. When it came down to what was needed, the staff/techs, group facilitators, nurses and the house were awesome!! Mikey and Jay for the techs are incredible people !!!! They are both super nice and genuinely care about your recovery and the time you spend there. I had some great talks with both of them!! They both deserve a raise!! Like seriously!!!! They both go above and beyond the call of duty! Some of the not so good: 1. I was told I would have my own room before I arrived from the first person I spoke to over the phone. That was not the story when I arrived. I was asked if I requested a private room and I said, No, as I was told I would have a private room. All the rooms were full during my stay. There were 4 different patients that moved in and out of my 2 bedded room. Which created a challenging environment to relax and focus on my recovery. Some ups and downs with that one. However, I stayed on their radar and wasn’t forgotten about. After 20 days or so they were able to get me my own room when someone checked out and that was greatly appreciated!! Some advice, book a private room before you go! 2. The food was mediocre, for me at least. Seemed like it was cheap product and was repetitive. I’m sure the chef has a budget and can only do so much with that. I would highly recommend Legacy for sure, even with a couple hiccups and I’m grateful for the help they provided me!!

This place saved my life. The staff genuinely cares about you and your recovery. I’ve been thru treatment multiple times and this place is somewhere I’ll never forget. The structure and tools they give are so extremely helpful I don’t think I’d ever grown as much at anywhere else. For anyone seeking treatment this is the place to go. It’s amazing I’m so extremely grateful. The admin especially Jamie and Sarah helped me so so much along with the director Matt and Mike from the care team.

I'm currently ending my treatment at Sanctuary. I going to start off with that I have been in treatment before. I love Sanctuary Treatment Center. I never felt like I was a body shuffled in and out the door just for the money. They actually care. The staff, therapists, groups are excellent. My needs were met promptly. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. Please, please choose this place if you're considering treatment. I'm leaving here with renewed hope for my life. Sanctuary literally saved my life from a medical aspect. If you are detoxing, and need medical supervision and consistent support from the team members there, then go. They will keep you alive and give you the mental support that you need.

This center helped me more than a simple 5 stars can show. I came here not at a good place and I left feeling like myself again and that is such a big change that I didn't think could happen, AND the kind and supportive staff (literally everyone) and amazing food (especially the potatoes) helped me so much to make that happen for me. I did cry a lot but I think I needed to. I had so much I needed time to process and I'm glad that Evolve gave me the best environment possible to make that happen. Kiana helped me so much when I was having intense flashabcks and Rachel and Madison helped me rediscover what it means to be truly proud of myself. Brynne and Debra (Da Bruh) always made me laugh. Timothy and Nora let me just talk and get stuff out when I needed to. All of the staff left me feeling so much better than I came in there. The facility is niiiiice with comfy beds and a gorgeous view of the sunrise from the right rooms. I loved the food and Chef was super cool. The activities and treatment is the right balance of therapy and relaxing. I love how they let us call people but I didn't like the level system that much. It gave me something to work towards and I liked it for my growth but seeing the effect it had on my peers made me question if it was worth it. Something I do enjoy though is being able to write letters to staff after you leave because it's the closest thing to being able to talk to them again. The first weeks back home were rough and I missed the support and the staff and those awesome potatoes but it got better. I left about 5 months ago and I'm doing the best I've been in a while. I use the skills I was taught there, I know how to cope and reach out to my support system, and so much more. I just wish I had that recipe to those potatoes. Highly recommend this treatment center!!

I loved this place. I was here twice in 2025 and if I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would. It helped me so so so much and I am so thankful for being able to go here. Shout out to Madison and Brynne for always being so nice to me and being there for me and also being really chill. And shoutout to Nikol for always dealing with my crash outs 💀. If you’re looking to send your kid here do it. Don’t send them to Newport academy that place sucks you should send them to evolve. The only thing that I didn’t really like much about this place was the level system. It gave me and the other clients a lot of unnecessary stress and during treatment team it was really embarrassing. Other than that this place was awesome. The food was pretty good. Also all the staff were so so so nice to me. They were the nicest people I ever met. Evolve is so awesome sauce

This is a compassionate and caring place. I like that s clinic alot. They allow you to up your dose until you feel like it sustains you and give you " take home doses"once you establish yourself as someone that cones in regularly. Basically this place is great if your looking for a methadone clinic that isn't super strict but still helps you get yourself together...I recommend.
