I was so scared asking for help and didn’t know where to go, but this place came highly recommended. The only bad thing is that the fact that I had to leave anybody looking to get help there is not a better place to go in here. the staff is absolutely incredible. I cried more just seeing how well I was treated here than even dealing with my issues. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want help come here.

I was here for a 10 day detox. Every staff member here was incredibly compassionate, and I feel that they went to great lengths to take care of their patients. I would highly recommend this place for detox. Part of me never wants to leave. All I can say is they are truly amazing people And I will miss them all.

The staff and provider here made my stay bearable and successful. Dr. Sierzenski, Samantha BHT, Derrick RN, Stephanie RN, Veronica BHT, Ingrid RN, Gabby BHT, Tanisha RN, and all of them! They were attentive, compassionate, helpful, professional, but most of all... they were kind to me when I was in a very dark place and a world of hurt. Opus is amazing. I came out to California from Missouri for treatment and wasn’t expecting much, honestly. However, the staff at opus were incredibly kind, caring, and listened to my needs when it came to my treatment. This place is fantastic!

You’re reading this for a reason! Whatever that reason is, my hope is that when you finish you will seek help today, whether for yourself or someone you care for. If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve read a few other reviews for treatment centers. At this point, you’re almost certainly tired of reading, “This place saved my life”, over and over and over. The phrase starts to lose gravity. The truth for me, however, is that SCC did not save my life. That would be too simple an explanation of what SCC did for me. SCC didn’t sanded my life, they armed me with the necessary weaponry to walk into battle, to save my own life, and to continue living with honesty, integrity, and self-worth. SCC has something special. Whether you know it or not, you want it too, trust me. Some of the luxuries of private treatment are there, but that’s not it. What’s special at SCC is the authentic warmth, care, and concern of all the staff. Most of them are in recovery themselves, and ALL of them have been affected by addiction in some way or another and have chosen a path of helping others. This is reflected in the general attitude of the clients, and I can say that when i was there, I felt truly safe. I felt genuinely cared for, and I did not feel like a number or a dollar sign. That’s a huge deal! Just as huge a deal, is the clinical staff’s ability and knowledge, as well as their skill in delivery of information in a way that everyone can understand. The groups were super engaging and current. SCC is one of the few places that really understands the nature of group therapy, and does not execute it like a class or a lecture. Groups at SCC are interactive and interesting and there’s a healthy lean towards peer support and feedback. Another thing that’s different about SCC, is that they accept private insurance, but they are also a nonprofit so they accept some different types of health insurance you might not expect, and sometimes they do things like scholarships for people in need of treatment that might not have the necessary resources. For example, when I was seeking treatment I had a difficult time finding a good treatment center that would take my health insurance because it was through Covered California. SCC was one of the few places that accepted my Blue Shield of CA PPO, and I know they also accepted my friends Blue Shield HMO too, which is amazing! The best thing I could suggest is if you’re in need of help, no matter what insurance you have, just call SCC and ask! The admissions women are outstanding human beings, and whether or not SCC is able to help you, they will help you find a place that’s right for you! That’s pretty incredible if you ask me. Here’s the point… if you want to go to treatment and sit around and wait for them to save your life, don’t call SCC, but if you’re looking for a great group of people that care about what they do, if you’re thinking you might need a little help, and you’re willing to do a little work, SCC is your spot! The rewards you experience will be indescribable, I promise you that.

I recently found out that a family member was struggling with addiction. I was so lost and confused on where to start. Thankfully Conor at Pacific Sands was one of my first calls. He made me feel heard and understood exactly what I was going through. He gave me really great advice and knowledge on addiction. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to go with them because of insurance reasons but, he was very helpful, attentive and reassuring. If pacific sands is anything like Conor than I know anyone who comes here will be in great hands.

This place was amazing, very friendly staff who helped me through the tough time. I was given all the necessary tools to recover and get my life back on track. I hope I never need to go back to treatment again, but if I do I would definitely go back to Pacific Sands.

Scottsdale Providence is a wonderful program. Their commitment and care to my son was great. Caitlin, Lauren and all the staff were amazing. They had compassion, knowledge and understanding not only to my son but to our family as well. So grateful for this program and staff they truly care.

Jackson House was my first step in my recovery and has changed my life. I totally recommend this place to start your recovery. The staff, counselors, chef and discharge planners greatly wanted me and my peers to succeed and put us on a path to do so.

I was in Michael's house back in 2015 and did a month there and they have a good staff , And I also ate good there, they have real good food, and the hikes were nice and then the trip to Laguna Beach on the last weekend that was awesome can't believe it's already been 10 years since then, I recommend this place It's a good facility 👍

My husband I went to this program together after both having started our recovery journey separately. I absolutely recommend this Recovery center for several reasons. The staff is always willing to go the extra step to ensure your getting your needs met, whatever they may be it gets taken care of. The foundation the company sets for recovery is well above average. We left due to my husband's work needs but found that after leaving we went from Senior on highschool level education for recovery into a program that feels really elementary. Special shout to Kam for going above and beyond the expectations of a group facilitator and case manager. We appreciate everything this company has done for us in our lives as individuals and as a married couple as well.

Creo Spero had a huge impact on my recovery! Kam mapped out a custom program specifically for me and my trauma issues. Moments of clarity and insight happened often in Creo Spero. Making it such a educational and enjoying experience! I particularly loved that the Therapist, Case Managers, and the group Facilitaters colabed hands on scenerios specific to my recovery issues. I can't express my gratitude Creo Spero! Thank you for everything!!

If ur serious about changing ur life and overcoming addictions and building yourself I would recommend OC REVIVE or its affiliate program Rize.oc over any other program in orange county...I give it to all the staff members from the start of intake to the coin out and completion first minute I called they verified my benefits and had me an Uber to my rescue all in less then 5 minutes the best impulse call and move I've ever made ,Patrick runs a no bs effective program and each staff member there was perfectly chosen to work there they have all been through the ringer with broken people and continue to show up ,big thanks to oc revive they even have a on-call uber service and pet friendly.god shot central ..this is all my personal experience coming up on a year clean from fetnyl

I just wanted to say what a great place this facility is, I ended up staying here for a few months, the groups were great I got a lot of invite and knowledge from them. All the staff was great especially Chris W. He helped me a lot while I was here. I appreciate everything this place has done for me and helping me to solidify my future sober. Withdrawals suck, but Oceanfront provided me with the correct medications to help me feel as comfortable as possible while I ease in. Additionally their staff is all well trained and knowledgeable. I had an overall good experience. The owner Melissa was very rude but other than that the rest of the staff was amazing. One and done baby.

Amazing experience at cbh, they did dress code me a ridiculous amount of times but after I communicated they were dress coding me for my body they were receptive and stopped. Food is amazing, nursing staff are really cool, the group I was with had some amazing ppl. The phone time is 30 minutes-1hour for 3 days out of the week. The groups were very helpful and the therapists were amazing. This is a truly one of a kind place and I would highly recommend. They will not let you play cards against humanity and also failed to return two expansion packs that I bought and REQUESTED back (not cool Paul and Melissa 😒) but thank you for having me here!!! It was amazing and truly inspiring and helped me in my recovery a ton.

My Mom has been with Soul Surgery for the past 2 months. It's been truly amazing to witness her transformation & continued progression since joining. What I love about Soul Surgery is that it has provided my Mom with a stable environment to live alcohol-free, receive support and training for sober living, and encourages her freedom in creating a fulfilled and joyful life. She rides her bike every day around the city and nearby parks, chooses to meal prep her food weekly for health, enjoys fun hobbies, and is free to come and go as she pleases. She is vibrant, excited about life, and is consistently engaged in the training activities and group meetings that she attends daily. I am happy that we are able to spend time together anytime on and offsite. It was great to get together on Memorials Day for swimming & family time. It is so nice to get to visit and talk on the phone and in person. I am extremely grateful for Soul Surgery and the difference it is making for my Mom. I am looking forward to seeing her continue on her path of recovery and create everything she desires for her life. <3

With this facility transitioning to a hybrid sober living platform requiring the daily programming with the way it has been taught has been life changing to say the least, the opportunity my wife and I have been given to join this program I must say not only my life individually has been saved my marriage has been as well and that has not been a focus in fact my marriage saved is a most pleasant by product of my own and my wife's sobriety as individuals, while my wife and I are working this program as individuals our bond has grew in strength along with the connection we have which is growing daily, this in depth 12 step based program has taught me how to live differently in sobriety. With learning how to live differently in sobriety the freedom to come and go as we please along with the ability to work has been excellent to allow us to experience the outside world while still in a safe environment, with this being my first and only treatment that I've ever gone through it be extremely difficult to imagine any other program having the impact Soul Surgery has had on me if I was given a choice how I want to attain sobriety I would chose this place, I am forever thankful and greatful for having the opportunity for sobriety and learning how to use the tools from who I have learned them from. Arlene touched a part of my life and my recovery that I didn’t even know needed healing. She treated me with a kind of respect, patience, and understanding that reminded me of the mother I never had. She’s a blessing to McCarty House and a blessing to anyone lucky enough to know her. Chadd — “The General” — made a real impact on me. He’s one of the few people I’ve met who doesn’t just talk recovery… he lives it. Every word he says comes from real experience, real struggles, and real growth. He’s humble, honest, and he treats everyone like equals. Talking to him feels like talking to someone who truly understands what you’re going through. He never made me feel judged. Instead, he made me feel seen and heard. His wisdom hits deep because you know it’s coming from someone who’s walked the same road. If he ever wrote a book about his life, I swear it would inspire so many people. McCarty House is stronger because of him. A lot of people find success there because of the way he shows up for others. I’m grateful I crossed paths with him during my recovery. He helped me more than he probably knows.

Working with the front desk lady ms Tina is a refreshing change to the usual customer service these days ...she is very patient and courteous. Always good to talk to and rake s care of her people......thx Tina for always being there for us!!!!

The staff here has always been super helpful to me even when I know I can be difficult Tina always shows me nothing out patience, empathy, and understanding. Everyone who works here is always willing to go above and beyond and it’s appreciated.
