Tawnia was very helpful and professional and friendly, I was struggling with anxiety for a while and she talked me through it, now I am calm and I can think more clearly thanks to Tawnia. Thank you for all your support keeping my sobriety in the center and in the future. I owe you a gratitude of thanks, I didn't know what sobriety looked like from the outside and there was no light at the end of the tunnel, I reached out to God for help, He spoke to me through Mary and I was on the new beginning of my checkered life. I had never been to a rehab before, this is my first time, without the support from New Beginnings I wouldn't have made it. Thanks to group counseling and Peer Support and the great vibe and positive energy at the center I do feel like there's light at the end of the tunnel and hope for a second chance. , Thank you Mary for calling me back when I needed it the most. And special thanks to Alex, John W., R.J. ,Broc., Tawnia, Renee, and everyone else at the center.

My experience at Gallus was better than I could ever have imagined and truly life changing / saving. I felt genuinely cared for by a highly professional staff. I was pretty sick going in and terrified of how difficult detox might be, their approach to make it as smooth and comfortable as possible honestly made it feel quite easy. The staff is consistently monitoring your comfort and symptoms and makes adjustments as needed along the way. The therapists and medical staff treated me like a person vs a number or billing opportunity, which so many in this industry don’t. Additionally, the facility is extremely comfortable. A well stocked kitchen with tons of drinks and snacks, comfortable places to relax, and plenty of options for entertainment (games, movies, books, puzzles, etc). Cannot recommend Gallus enough for those that need the best care possible in a really difficult situation.

My dad recently completed treatment at Gallus Detox Center, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care he received. From the moment he arrived, the staff treated him with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. They made a difficult time much easier by providing a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. A special thank you to Christian, the Clinical Director, whose leadership and dedication to patient care are evident throughout the facility. Diana, the Director of Nursing, was incredibly compassionate and ensured my dad received exceptional care. Stormy, the Office Manager, was always welcoming, organized, and helpful, making the entire process seamless. I also want to recognize Ramil, who went above and beyond as a tech. His encouragement, positive attitude, and genuine care made a lasting impact on my dad’s experience. And thank you to Izzy, RN, for providing outstanding nursing care with professionalism, patience, and compassion. The entire team works together to create an environment where patients feel valued, supported, and respected. Our family is incredibly thankful for everything they did for my dad. If you’re looking for a detox center that truly cares about its patients, I highly recommend Gallus Detox Center. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

Place has treated me well and everyone including the doctor were understanding and respectful. But I’m not gonna lie, I keep getting calls from their billing office. Called back once to talk to the person who kept calling me. Left a voicemail to let me know when it will be a great time to call back. Never called back. And when she did, standard same message as the first time when I wanted to try and pay. But after that, life got busy and I’m not gonna call back. Billing department is a bit of a mess in my opinion. I’ll wait till it gets to a collection agency and I’ll go from there.

I cannot recommend this place and the staff, especially Elliott and his partner, enough. They treat you like a human being while still following the rules and doing their jobs. In my experience, if you follow the rules and put in the effort, you will have no issues. One of the biggest problems I have seen with other programs is staff shortages, lack of communication, and people not doing their jobs. That was not the case here. Elliott supported me for over a year, and I honestly would not be where I am today without him or this program. The classes are what you would expect, but they are more conversational than many other programs. You have the opportunity to speak more, share your experiences, and actually discuss things rather than just sit through a lecture. You can genuinely tell the people running this program are doing it because they care about helping people, not just making money. I would not be surprised to see larger counties look to this program as a model compared to some of the outdated options currently available. Thank you.

Let's face it, nobody *wants* to be in a Mental Health Facility, but when you need to be in one, I would suggest here ten times out of ten. I was voluntarily admitted here and was expecting 3-5 days max. Welp, ended up I caught the start of a "breakdown." Not gonna lie, I was horrified when I first came in and the first few days. I became more comfortable, and all of my needs were always met. Sometimes, it took a little bit (when the unit was full or more complex and immediate attention was required for tense situations), but I always felt like I was cared for. Talking with a psychiatrist every day to fine-tune my meds was a lifesaver. The councilors and therapists were phenomenal. The other staff was all great. I can't think of one person who was rude to me or didn't want to help. The unit is amazingly clean (I came from a very very dirty and rundown MHF that it was borderline scary), and the main janitor actually cleans things and not just "wipe down" and spot clean. The bathrooms stayed clean almost 100% of the time! Much higher than all the fast food places I've had to use the facilities. I'm sorry I can't name staff... I know a few of them, but I would feel bad mentioning just the few when it was Every Single Person. Thank you all, and I hope this review helps someone decide in their time of need to come here. I'm getting released on my 11th day here and feel good about the extended stay for my well-being. -D

3 years ago I was introduced to 2xtreme as a resource to help my son who, at the time, was self-medicating with anything he could get his hands on. My son was lost and I wanted him back. I was referred to 2xtreme by a vice principal at my son's school. Upon my research, I found that they work with at risk young men and families who are in a crisis. During our first appointment, the approach taken by John Davis of 2xtreme, was extraordinarily different as he was able to pinpoint my sons struggles and name them. Taken back by what we had encountered that day, I knew and my son knew that this was the place for him to find himself and to begin to heal. Over these 3 years, not only was my son cared for, but my family was as well. A relationship that consisted of thoughtfulness, communication, experientials, care, integrity, humility, vulnerability and love is what brought not only my son, but my family closer. My son and I are both stronger mentally, physically and spiritually, and we are still evolving. I owe so much to 2xtreme and John Davis, the words Thank You just don't seem to match what they have done, sacrificially, for me and my family.

Footprints was an absolutely stellar facility to go to after completing inpatient addiction treatment. The staff were all very patient and understanding during my biggest ups and downs during treatment, and I never felt any judgement even at my lowest points. Recovery is such a serious rock to carry but the groups and providers helped me collect the tools necessary to be able to tackle this journey on my own. The nursing team was incredibly helpful in finding me medications that are actually helping my mental health and addiction cravings. I've had more success in the three months I got to share with Footprints than the years I've worked with my primary care and therapist. Andrew with case management is hilarious and hugely helpful with resources and managing work and life alongside treatment. Anika is an incredible therapist and I am sad to leave her care, but know she will continue to do amazing things for other clients. If you are struggling with any substance abuse, I highly recommend seeking help with Footprints. They will absolutely get you back on your feet.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated in this case 'cause RRC saved my life. I've, unfortunately, been to a number of inpatient rehabs. Of all the places I've been my experience at RRRC was the best. Red Rock's care is superior for a number of reasons. I'm writing this six months after leaving (still sober) so i'll try to mention as many as I can remember. 1) The nursing staff was amazing. So caring. They bend over backwards to get you as comfortable as you can be while still leading you through a successful detox. Extremely patient. Never felt like a number. They looked me in the eye, listened and helped me. 2) The food. Before arriving my diet wasn't great. The chef prepares home cooked meals. It's not cafeteria food. You can tell the chef really cares and takes pride in what they're serving you. Nutrition is extremely important, so to kickstart your reintegration into eating right is huge when first getting sober. This was a godsend. I was grateful for each and every meal. And not only that...the community kitchen is open all day, so you can grab snacks, drinks, make protien shakes etc. 3) The curriculum/therapy. RRRC meets you where you're at. While they certainly promote 12 step programs...they DO NOT proselytize nor present them as the ONLY way by any means. Which is huge. There are a million ways to get and stay sober. RRRC recognizes this and teaches you the things you need to know to help you get and stay that way without falsely preaching that there's only one way to do it. 4) They listen to everyone, but don't put up with silliness. There are a lot of personalities that walk into rehab. Often colorful, always interesting. People conflict in regular everyday life. Rehab...can be a powder keg. The way RRRC dealt with problems, I felt like everyone was listened to and that they always did what was best for the community as a whole. 5) The surroundings. You're in the mountains. Awesome. 6) Facilities. Great gym. Was always comfortable in my room etc. 7) JUST ENOUGH PHONE TIME. Trust me. Not having your phone for certain parts of the day is AMAZING. You start to kinda dread the times you get to have your phone. Sort of. I could go on and on. But i was just impressed by this place. I still talk to 5 people from the crew that was present when i was there and we're all still sober. That's unheard of. But, remember, it's up to you. The only piece of advice I'd give to anyone is to be mindful of the culture you and other patients are cultivating. In close quarter, small group scenarios like rehab ONE person's vibe can change everything. So be the positive tuning fork and you'll be surprised at how good the experience can and will be. Good luck. Getting sober is rough. Until it doesn't. So hang in there (and remember to *lean on* and trust the nursing staff. Oh...and as nice as the nurses are, if you're a jerk...they're a force to be reckoned with. I saw a couple of dudes pop off for no good reason and it didn't end well. Don't mistake their sweetness for weakness hahaha.)

This was my first time trying sobriety and this was the first place I came to!!! The clinicians and the groups are amazing! It's not like any other program. They help you to find yourself. They give you the tools to become someone that you made. They aren't people who tell you what you need to do but people who help you along the way of your own growth! Alex and Allison are amazing! The group interactions are spectacular! Everyone is so engaging and come from all walks of life! The way they tie your addiction into psychological and scientific understanding gives you so much more prospective within yourself. They don't tell you why you did it they help you find your own answers! Their guidance is amazing! This program is one that keeps you interested. My group had amazing retention and recovery is attainable not something for life. đź’–đź’– Thank you Continuum!!

My first time at New directions for families Valley hope was a safe secure program that supported me through the rough time of my recovery and allowing me recovery with my son and helped me build myself individually as well as a parent. I've even learned to build healthy bonds in which I've carried out of rehab successfully finishing the program and im thankful to have built these friendships 🫶🏽🫂 I've continued with IOP when I left and it feels great to be able to use everything I've learned in these programs with other woman entering sober living and recomend them for others who seeked extra help

Great way to keep your recovery and sobriety going. Learning new tips and tricks, meeting new people who are going through the same "out on your own" challenge makes it so much easier. Our counselor Sydney is great. From games to keep you engaged to smaller groups that help everyone connect more and feel more interactive with the group. I highly recommend taking advantage of IOP.

If I could give Valley Hope more than five stars, I would. My husband spent 30 days at Valley Hope, and it truly changed his life. He came out with hope, the tools to stay sober, and a completely different outlook on life. We recentlt attended his one-year Renewal celebration, where he received the recovery cup he made during treatment. Hearing him and the other alumni share their stories was incredibly moving. It was a powerful reminder of the life-changing work Valley Hope does every day. The alumni luncheon that followed was a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in recovery and celebrate everyone's successes. The staff is amazing and treats everyone with compassion, respect, and encouragement while still holding them accountable. Recovery takes commitment and hard work, but Valley Hope gives them the foundation they need to be successful. Our family will be forever grateful to the staff at Valley Hope for giving my husband a second chance at life. We truly believe they helped save his life. If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, I highly recommend Valley Hope.

An important part of the healing journey out of addiction can be finding new ways to experience joy and fulfillment in your life so your sobriety doesn’t leave a hole that you used to fill with drugs and alcohol. Thank you for giving my husband the care, support, and help he was desperately trying to find. The staff is wonderful. His case manager stayed in touch with me during the week he was in detox. They went above and beyond the call of duty, listened to th3 pain in my voice when we were told no beds were available for inpatient treatment and went to work, finding him a space in broomfield. If it hadnt been for the staff, i dont know where we would be. They took care of him as he detoxed from fentanyl. This place is a blessing. đź©·The Forrester Family
