I liked Hudson when I was there it helped me they cared about me and they were genuine Marvin was definitely one of the best there he really cares and Michelle was very helpful she don’t run it no more also Mrs Pat she is no longer there and Jermaine he was helpful and was there I definitely have a lot of respect for Marvin this place is what you make it i was there 3yrs ago but it was a game changer for me

One of the best African American Psychiatrist I've ever encountered. Addresses the exact nature of issues. Allows you to participate in the process. Very patient, smart, and understands the BS as well..Love Her. I requested an African American female.

I'm a bonafide success story that originated in DBH. My clothes were stolen while being treated in DBH,and the advocate, Jamal, was the most helpful individual that I could've hoped for. Ashley was a rockstar, who made my days bearable. I wanted to make sure they get their recognition because they were vital to my recovery.

I am very thrilled to begin my healing journey here, I am beyond thankful the kinda lady on the phone called me back this morning to get me started on getting set up for an intake, its a big blessing to me , and I am confident and excited as I know some people who've gone here and gotten some amazing help and care and are on better routes themselves in life. Wonderful therapist and welcoming staff!

The advocates here are very helpful and caring about what it is that you need help with. They are almost like a second family to you. They help with practically almost everything that you could possibly need help with. The housing is good and they even help with appointments, meds, and even help you to get a job if you want one. Dont know what I would do without them.

I go to therapy due to me having Macular Degeneration and health issues that has me totally stressed out. I sought help. My health has declined and I was so overwhelmed with everything. People please protect your mental and your peace. I am fighting a battle in which many people do not understand, unless it is happening to them or a loved one. A battle in which I do not wish upon anyone. Its me today but can be you tomorrow. This world has no compassion or empathy for those whom are suffering. My disease is a hidden disability and because I do not look like I feel I am judged and criticized. I feel so sick, alone, afraid, and helpless. Despite all the medical evidence that proves my claim they still think its not true. I am really suffering behind most often a painted smile. However, now im tired. Crying and screaming within. Why is all this happening to me? I never have time to catch my breath. Being blind or legally blind is not easy. One day I could see and then suddenly you can barely see anything. The world changed just like that. Shame on those who do not have a heart and who is trying to break mines with their opinions. Who do you turn to when there is nowhere or noone to turn to? I had a pleasant experience. They were very courteous, patient and kind to me. After my evaluation, they explained to me what was happening and answered my every question. I felt extremely comfortable and would highly recommend them.
