The staff are super understanding, they work with you on pricing through SafetyNet services, the case work system can even help you find relief on housing and utilities if needed. I took my son there when he was about 17 or so (he's 23 yrs old now) and they changed his life! He has autism and bipolar manic disorder. He wasn't diagnosed correctly at McKenzie Medical and the Dr here got him on the correct medication. We no longer live in Tennessee but I hope they see this and know he's still doing great (except for the seizures) Thanks for helping my son when no one else had a clue! I'd like to add that the medicaid in Tennessee is horrible! No dental or vision coverage??? What's up with that?? and finding a good Dr, especially a psychiatrist is a huge task. Glad to be back in Ohio where my son and I both are well taken care of physically and mentally. And we both have dental and vision coverage.

I stopped by to see what was in the area. I'm moving to Holladay TN very soon. The ladies running the store were very very sweet. And the other ppl working there were warm, friendly, and helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they fund a recovery home in the area. I will be buying a good deal of linens and furniture from them . Very nice shop. Clean,organized, tidy.

This place has a ton of clothing, pictures, lamps, nic nacs, shoes, cooking items, and much more. It's well organized and everything I saw was in very good condition. All the persons who work there are very nice. I would highly recommend checking it out before paying a much higher price than elsewhere.

Not to be antagonistic, but most, if not all of the complaints on here are from people who were asked to leave because they refused to submit to the leadership of HC, or they just left on their own because they were not serious enough about getting TOTALLY clean. My son went through the men’s HC program 2 separate times in Waverly (which is located near McEwen). The 1st time he completed the program, but relapsed later and had to go through the program again. The 2nd time he refused to submit to leadership & was asked to leave. HC leadership is godly & loving. I highly recommend this ministry!!!

I've had nothing but good experience with these people Andrew is amazing at listening and checking on you if he hasn't heard from you or if there's something going on he doesn't hesitate to let you know or check on you and just let you know that they're there for you. Carolyn is understanding but a bit stricter I believe she kind of can come off intimidating but she means well and she does care. And all the people at the front at the reception desk have always been so good working with me about getting appointments and those kind of things. I would say to the people that are giving bad reviews maybe you should give it another chance or maybe go somewhere else trying to find drugs because they're not going to give drugs that's not what they're for they're there to give you treatment and to help you and I'm not trying to offend anybody I'm just saying that this place is good for what it is and it has helped me and my son.

Very family oriented facility. These people saved my life like literally! From me almost dying on some meds prescribed by another facility to getting me back on the correct meds! Everyone here is friendly and very professional. They will go above and beyond to help with your independent needs and concerns. Heaven sent! They will help you as long as you're willing to help yourself. Mental health is not any different from any other medical condition. There are so many stigmas surrounding mental health. Some of the greatest people had or has some kinda mental health thing going on. Our minds our simply BEAUTIFUL! NEVER be ashamed to seek mental health help it will change your entire life! Sometimes, we need the right people in our corners to get our brain health back on track. And this what they did for me. I am very grateful for my entire treatment team! Thank y'all! Just to name a few Abby, Cali, Tori, Brent, Crystal, Gordman, Andrea and the entire Carey Counseling Team! The facilities are incredible and the staff is very professional, they care about the needs of the patients, the service they gave me was very good and I recommend it. The personalized approach that each patient receive is very efficient, I don't think there is another better place to go.

My first exposure to the principles of recovery happened at Cumberland Heights in January of 2021 as a resident in the Young Men's Program. While I did not immediately pursue lasting recovery afterwards- I firmly believe the seeds of recovery were planted there. Cumberland Heights provided a safe space for my freshly 20-year old self to practice vulnerability. The friends I made there are still involved in my life today. Cumberland Heights is the first reference I make to individuals in the greater TN area when they ask about possible in patient treatment centers.

Cumberland Heights was the beginning of change in my life almost a year ago. Big John still checks on me! What a great place with great people! The Music Therapy sessions are top-notch with John McAndrew. The gates coming into the property say “LET GO LET GOD” and I FULLY understand the meaning of it now. Although Id love to say Ive remained sober since leaving CH…I cannot. However, I can say that CH gave me the tools and knowledge necessary to start my journey of recovery. I am almost at 3 months for the first time! I made 89 days and lost it to a simple misunderstanding. Having the right Sponsor is key to success! Much gratitude for everyone that made my experience at CH meaningful.

I was able to attend the white water rafting at Ocoee last month with Cumberland Heights alumni and family... I just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for doing these events that bring clean fun into recovery! I had only ever done the rafting once before 9 years ago and I knew health-wise this would be my last chance to do it once more. I had so much fun, I felt comfortable letting go and relaxing in an awesome lodge with great food and even better people. I think I absolutely LOVED the campfire side meetings the most and getting to let things burn in the fire and then letting them "disappear" from me with the smoke... Thanks to everyone who was there and who helped make it my 1st but hopefully not my last amazing experience with them! There were I believe like 60 of us, from all different walks of life and all but 3 were "strangers" to me when I got there and family when I left...The employees are some of the most down to earth, hard working yet friendly and recovery driven people I've met in my 9 years since getting clean. That weekend I felt so welcome, included and just part of the family and I'll keep those memories forever! Thank you Cumberbland Heights employees and alumni for an amazing last chance weekend! 💜

Off the needle for 4 years on 6/28!!! Methadone maintanence saved my life! It was my 7th time going to a rehab facility. Soboxone never worked for me and I was terrified of the detox process. Methadone doesn't stop you from having withdrawal symptoms when you first start MAT. But it makes the transition so much easier and keeps you maintained it also controls the cravings. It's not a super fancy top notch place but it's a good program and Western KY Medical executes it well. This place saved my life and I am eternally grateful!! ♡♡♡

Some will say this is "legal drug pushers" but that couldn't be farther from the truth. This place saved me. You get a weekly counseling session as well as other support. Insurance is taken here and you don't have to worry about looking for illegal stuff or missing work and family because of your addiction. This place works
