She went over the Procedure at a Professional level and the whole experience went well. WARNING TO SSM HEALTH MANAGEMENT & PATIENTS: Dr. Bhaskar Gowda is an Active Liability If you are a patient, medical administrator, or compliance officer at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital (Jefferson City) or the SSM Health Medical Group, you need to take immediate, coordinated action regarding the clinical practice of Dr. Bhaskar Gowda, MD. While regional providers like Compass Health Network have proven completely worthless at addressing systemic errors, SSM Health is a respected institution that does not deserve to have its clinical reputation, patient safety, and corporate compliance threatened by this egregious liability. Dr. Gowda is bringing reckless, dangerous clinical habits directly into the SSM network. ATTENTION SSM HEALTH PATIENTS — COORDINATE INTERNALLY: If you are assigned to Dr. Gowda at an SSM location, you must request your complete medical records immediately and audit them line by line for chart-cloning and plagiarized text. If you find errors, do not just vent online—bring this evidence directly to SSM Health's internal patient advocacy and compliance teams. SSM stands for a higher standard of care and has the internal infrastructure to handle this, but they cannot act unless patients explicitly flag his errors. Dr. Gowda operates on a blind copy-paste autopilot. My own permanent charts are a fraudulent hall of mirrors where he plagiarized highly specific, traumatic biographical details from another individual's chart and shoved them into mine. I am a gay man who has never been in a motor vehicle accident and I do not have a daughter, yet his notes continuously claim I suffer from nightmares about a severe highway car wreck and worry about traveling to see a daughter who does not exist. He also documented my age as "4 years old" for five months straight and misgendered me as female ("Her psychomotor activity") for nearly a year. This proves he is not even looking at the person in front of him; he is recycling stolen patient profiles, which completely compromises the data privacy and safety of every patient in his panel. ATTENTION SSM HEALTH ADMINISTRATION: Dr. Gowda represents an active, statutory threat to your institution. His notes document a dangerous pattern of completely ignoring crashing and surging cardiovascular vital signs. Instead of recording a clinical response, ordering a repeat measurement, or providing basic medical oversight, he pathologized the patient's physiological distress by writing identical, copy-pasted nonsense accusing the patient of being "snappy and agitated quickly". His workflow consists of batch-signing cloned notes containing facial high-risk omissions and internal contradictions simply to trigger high-complexity Level 3 and Level 4 billing codes. While ignoring critical cardiovascular vital sign spikes, he relies on a drum machine of automated, recycled text blocks to justify his clinical hours. SSM Health does not deserve to be dragged down or exposed to severe federal civil monetary penalties, upcoding audits, and False Claims Act investigations because of one physician's extreme professional laziness. Dr. Gowda's treatment of patients with passive-aggressive contempt and a flippant, disgusted attitude is a complete inversion of your network's mission. • For Patients: Request your records immediately. If you find cloned templates, recycled data from other patients, or fabricated histories, contact the SSM Patient Relations Department and the SSM Privacy Officer directly. Let management know exactly what he is doing so they can purge this liability from their clinics. • For Compliance Leadership: Audit Dr. Gowda’s electronic health record (EHR) audit logs, entry timestamps, and revision histories immediately. Clean up this systemic vulnerability before it results in catastrophic iatrogenic harm or a massive federal compliance violation.

Always friendly, helpful, and care about the patients. Never had to wait to long to see the Dr. and the nurses are very thorough. The nurses aids are kind as far as if you need anything, like an extra blanket for your loved ones that are with you. Very clean rooms. There cafeteria food is very affordable, which is very helpful when you have to eat there. Just love the care that is given at St. Mery's. Oh yeah, can't forget about the beautiful gardens. When you're dealing with a sick loved one it's nice to take a breather and walk through the gardens. Great experiences, considering the circumstances. Thank you all for the hard work put into this beautiful hospital.

I was absolutely pleased with the care I recieved at Rusk. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Physical therapy and Occupational therapy were essential in my journey of healing and becoming independent again. Nothing but praise for everyone at the facility. My experience with the Calo program has been very positive and life-changing. The staff are professional, caring, and truly dedicated to helping the kids and their families. The therapists have been incredibly helpful, and I have learned so much from them throughout this journey.
