I'm just happy that I found a good psychiatrist. I wasn't happy the first two days I had a appointment, but after receiving treatment and medication I realize that I was just unhappy in general. My son has been there since September 2024. Diagnosed with schizophrenia this is an amazing hospital.Social Sorker calls me monthly with updates .notifies me when his meds change, and reason they changed. His Social Worker is amazing answers all questions always returns all calls. All my visits are very nice from Guard Shack to all employees.They keep the patient busy with Movies , snacks etc . I’m Melles daughter, Bella K. I got out on July 1st!! I truly cannot say enough good things about Sundown Ranch. Going there was one of the best experiences of my life, and I’m beyond grateful for everything I learned and everyone who helped me along the way. The staff made such a huge impact on me. Lacy, Jordan, Jason, Patricia, and Delaney were all incredibly caring, supportive, and genuine. They always took the time to listen, encourage us, and remind us that we were capable of so much more than we believed. They created an environment where I felt safe, understood, and motivated to keep growing every day. I especially want to recognize Judy. I know some people might see her as strict, but after being there, I truly understand why. Judy wasn’t strict because she wanted to be mean—she was strict because she genuinely cared about us. She made sure everyone followed the rules, stayed on track, and avoided getting into trouble with the higher-ups. She held us accountable because she wanted us to succeed, not because she wanted to make our lives harder. Looking back, I appreciate her so much for that. Sometimes the people who care the most are the ones willing to tell you what you need to hear instead of what you want to hear. She always wanted the best for every single kid there, and I have so much respect for her because of it. I also want to mention the ITU (the Intensive Treatment Unit), because I know people sometimes leave reviews that make it sound like a punishment for no reason. In my experience, that’s simply not true. It is genuinely hard to end up in the ITU. You don’t get sent there over something small—you have to make a serious choice that goes against the program or the rules. Most people are only there for around 24 hours, or until they are able to honestly acknowledge what they did and take accountability. That may sound tough, but learning to accept responsibility for your actions is one of the most important lessons we can learn in life. The ITU isn’t there to shame kids; it’s there to help them reflect, calm down, and get back on track. Looking back, I can see that the structure and accountability were there because the staff truly wanted every one of us to succeed. Sundown Ranch gave me so much more than just treatment—it gave me hope, life skills, lifelong memories, and people who truly believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself. The staff didn’t just do their jobs; they changed lives, and I’m living proof of that. If you’re considering Sundown Ranch for yourself or someone you love, I can honestly say it was one of the greatest decisions I ever made. The people there care deeply about the kids they serve, and every rule and every expectation exists for a reason. Thank you to Lacy, Jordan, Jason, Judy, Patricia, Delaney, and everyone else at Sundown Ranch for your patience, compassion, and dedication. I will always be grateful for everything you did for me and for helping me become a stronger, healthier version of myself.

I can't recommend this place enough! I was very nervous to send my daughter here after reading all of the reviews, but she had a very positive experience. Her two favorite counselors were Jason and Jennifer. Jason was phenomenal about keeping in contact with me and during our family sessions. You can tell he truly cares and I can't thank him enough. I didn't get to speak with Jennifer until I picked her up, but my daughter has bragged about how she was truly there for her and helped her turn her life around. The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful as well. We are both so thankful for the entire experience and all of their help.

I highly recommend the Andrews Center. Dr. Furlong is an exceptionally outstanding doctor!!! I really can't emphasize that enough!!!!! I've been dealing with mental health issues for almost 25 years now....I really was thinking that the healthcare system was broken until I had my first appointment at this facility. Dr. Furlong along with the staff there are the most dedicated, caring, and patient people that I have ever met in my journey towards wellness. I really wish there was a way for other mental health care facilities to take lessons from them at the Andrews Center so that other patients would not have to go through the system in and out for so long before they are diagnosed correctly and find there way to a better quality of life. More Than Rehab saved my life. Every phase prepared me for my new life in recovery. Residential made detoxing from substances and dealing with the emotions that comes with that, as comfortable as they could given the circumstances. The “at home” made it very easy to stick to me wanting to be in treatment and getting help. The setting made you more comfortable, which helped be more honest and open about your addiction. The staff were all great, considerate, and accommodating to every person there. They made us a big part of the MTR family as opposed to feeling like just an addict. I would definitely recommend anyone needing help to come here.

With such an incredible team of therapist, clinicians, house managers, all the way down to the weekend guys, man everybody at MTR always wore their heart on their sleeve. I will start this review off by giving some information about myself so you can actually get something out of this review and hopefully it will help someone else get their life back on track. I travel 46 weeks out of the year, sometimes my company has to fly me home for a day so I can make an appearance at my home clinic to stay compliant, so I have been to Methadone Clinics all across the United States as a Guest Dose Patient. I can honestly say New Season is one of the good ones. The lady who works up front is super nice And has been nothing but helpful to me. I believe it is $15 a day to pay for your methadone and If you want to go the Suboxone Route they also offer that as well ( I dont remember the cost per day but it is slightly higher than the methadone ) they only serve the liquid methadone ( cherry ) IF you are guest dosing there is a $25 charge, but you only have to pay that once a year. BUT what makes New Season Treatment a good to great clinic in my eyes, is no matter what person you deal with it is always with respect and they seem to actually care about the people they serve . From the Doctor to the Nurse to the Counselors dont have anything bad to say about any of them. I was in quite a predicament at one point in my recovery And I actually was a full time client with New Season and I ended 2 weeks later having to move to Houston And they never treated me differently or made a fuss about the situation just helped me get the transfer to Houston. I would WAY rather have stayed with New Season than my current Home clinic if I'm being %100 honest... I can also say I went to other clinics in the DFW Area and I had a horrible experience at another clinic in Dallas and New Season is my go to for the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.
