I feel so blessed that I chose Spring Gardens Recovery. I had no prior knowledge of where to go, and as my first rehab experience I was honestly terrified. From the very first call, the admissions staff were kind and patient, answering every question and making me feel comfortable and welcome.
From the moment I arrived, the entire team went above and beyond. The staff truly feel like family—they know your name, care about your story, and give you personal attention every step of the way. The setting is close-knit and never overcrowded, so I never once felt like just a number or a statistic. Instead, it felt like home.
In my 30 days there I learned and grew more than I ever thought possible. The therapists and group leaders were incredible, and the camaraderie with the other clients brought so much laughter and support. Even the food deserves a shout-out—the chefs make every meal with care and it honestly makes a huge difference when you’re going through something so big.
My time at Spring Gardens changed my life and made the process of coming off my substance something I’ll never forget—in the best way. I loved it so much that I decided to continue with their aftercare program, HOPE Gardens, through PHP, IOP, and OP. White Sands treatment center in Plant City is absolutely amazing! When I arrived, I was feeling very hopeless and scared to say the least. I left white sands yesterday and unfortunately I have been to many treatment centers but I must say this one (Hyde Park) is the best. Staff is very friendly. Tiffany Diana Chris who ran the groups I was in are awesome they both treat you like humans and not clients. One person that stands out the most was my therapist Chris I'm glad to say I learned a lot from him with the small tine I was there He's very passionate about his job and you can tell he's not in it just for the paycheck. All the BHTs are super helpful. Tony and Ted the big bosses 😄 are very friendly also. and treat you like a friend I never not one time did feel out of place there. Tech friendly facility, MAT available (subuclade or taper with soboxone,) Clean comfortable rooms,breaks on weekends,visitation on Sunday,. They provide cigarettes if needed and when available. They pay for your groceries once a week,vollyball,bbq pit basket ball, nature walks,fishing,bowling ECT.Sober living available after care I don't plan on ever going back to rehab but if I ever do white sands would be my favorite

This place really helps a lot if you just stick with it and want it for yourself everyone is super nice and compassionate and super helpful, and they are just there that do their job and they're all professionals, and they do very well at the job and they're very kind and they just want to see people do better, that struggle with addiction, but you also have to want it for yourself. The program works. It's definitely a great program. I definitely recommend it if you're struggling with an addiction. It helped me and I helped other people I know friends and family i rate it a 5 star and the staff you guys are awesome work very hard.

Started when I found out I was pregnant. I listened to my counselor and The Pediatrician they had offering classes advice and my baby girl was born full term average weight (7.4) and zero.... im talking not even 1 tremor or score over 4 withdrawal symptoms. Very much someone who had an immediate aversion to recovery. Super grateful for this program. Offering services for so many different addictions. It was eye opening and humbling to be among other people who were going through a totally different experience than me, yet we related in so many unexpected ways. I can say I am a healthier and happier person because of the ED program. I often find myself even missing the time I was there, and I sit in nostalgia in recollection of all the things I’d learned. I cannot express how deeply grateful I am for my time at TPOT. Walking through the doors on my first day, I was terrified, hopeless, and unsure whether real change was even possible for me. Today, I leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more hopeful than I’ve been in years.

If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it.

Fairwinds saved my life. I've been sober for a year and a half and going strong because of the help I got there. Typically calling into schedule with the VA will leave me on the phone for hours being transferred around in circles, all the while being spoken to as if you're a lesser human for your service, or they treat you as if your inconveniencing them.
However, today was different, today I called into the NPR VA and spoke with someone who cares. Karen Thieme is everything the VA should want in an employee, someone representing them and servicing their veterans with a passion to listen, understand, and to provide benefits for. Karen has given me new hope and some more "change in my pocket" when it comes to dealing with the VA now. Thank you Karen for such a simple and yet meaningful phone call, all just to schedule my appointments.
I'll be looking forward to my first visit at NPR with my new doctor and team, if it's anything like my first phone call interaction with Karen, I know I'll be taken care of.

Par was a great place overall but when your six months are up you are scrambling to find somewhere to go. They DO NOT help in that area. To be completely honest it was the best rehab I've been to. It's the only one that I've stayed out of trouble since leaving.

I understand some people have bad experiences with methadone but in my personal experience it saved my life. I was at my peak rock bottom and this place has helped me quit fentanyl. I love this place! from the nurses to the staff and counselors, they all care! It’s a clinic it is what you make of it plain and simple. Of course you are time here will be miserable if you don’t follow the rules and continue to get high. If you choose to change your life methadone will do that for you. Yes, it’s a crutch, but I’d much rather be hooked on methadone than heroin/fentanyl! I’ve been on the Clinic since 2012 and it gave me my life back! I understand I’m not completely sober due to the methadone, but I can hold a job. I own a home, car and money in the bank! These are things I would never have if I were still using! I see some of the comments on here about how methadone has cost them their job and so on. GROW UP! Methadone didn’t do that you did that! You can only lead a horse to a river You can’t force him them drink it! I give this place 20 stars if I could for dealing with the crap I see on a daily basis! 😁
