I was so scared to do my child’s assessment, fearing the results would be horrible! My son scored Great! The center was clean with many toys! Nicole was very patient with my son! She is the reason I felt so comfortable!!! We need more people like her. She took her time and understood my concerns. Definitely great with children. As parents we think these ppl will label our kids and its not true! They are there to help. My son is grateful for the free toys and books!! Thanks again Nicole!

Its strange to have people you dont know actually care that you stay alive they put up with all the stages of getting sober and early recovery non sence. The alumni group ran by Roger is the most impactful group out of them all. I been out of the facility for months now and he still keeps in touch with me to make sure am doing ok and to see if I have anything that’s on my mind or anything at all I need help with. When you talk about a man with a heart of gold. The person that comes to mind is Roger. I have never been one to open up to people or to even trust people but with this group it’s different. You ever ran into a group and be like maannn I feel like I belong here or like dang I feel like we’ve know each other forever. This is that group!!! We have outings and group chats and we just focus on making everyone feel welcome because we are all special and chosen and deserve better. S/o to Roger. A big guy with a soft heart. Long days keeping you busy. Van rides get tiring. We do outings Everglades on a airboat was amazing all the Alligators was just coll. The best thing about this place is the LIV Program. Very Understanding place. Dr. Greg was helpful therapist. If considering to attend other Rehabs I recommend this facility. Also "Barbara" on the phone call was very truthful and it was as she said it would be like. So I have been to a lot of rehabs and this was the only one that told complete truth over phone of how it works.

So from the first day I arrived I was made to feel very welcomed. They made sure I ate and was very comfortable. The staff was amazing, the techs are very understanding and relatable people. Loved all the nurses and providers. My case worker got so much done for me during my Stay and my therapist really helped me figure out my triggers and trauma and I loved the facilitators as well. Even after I left the staff still check on me till this day to make sure I’m alright. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re serious about recovery.

The staff at CWC is what has them standing apart from the rest. I found confidence, love, discipline, and structure while there. I found my voice. I did the work but the staff at CWC had my back, guided me, and even held my hand through it all. I needed that at the time and they knew that. Miss Linda, Paul, Jennifer and so many of CWC staff (way too many to name, I would be here all night) went above and beyond their job descriptions to help make me the man I am today. Thank you sincerely CWC and Jason, you guys will always have a special place in my heart. If you want what I was given you're gonna have to search long and hard before you find another treatment center like this one.

Comprehensive Wellness Center truly changed my life. When I arrived, I was struggling and unsure if recovery was even possible, but the staff made me feel supported, respected, and understood from day one. The program helped me not only get sober but also gave me the tools and structure to stay sober and rebuild my life. The therapists, case managers, and medical team were patient, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my healing. First let me start with THIS IS A DRUG REHABILITATION TREATMENT CENTER!! This is not a home or supposed to be a comfortable place for anyone to just come and take advantage of!!! I can't stress that enough!!!! I see people's reviews that this place sucks and bullshit of course it is if your just hear for a hot meal and a bed!! But for those that's here to get help just imagine your first day at work, school, or a date shits off, or feels uncomfortable but notice after you've stayed and gotten to know people staff etc you feel more comfortable well that's luminous when I got here I hated it with a passion and asked for a transfer so I went and asked for one and when I did I was asked why so when I explained my reasons I was taken aback when the person I asked took her time and accomadated my stay here and for that I commend the person that took her time to make sure I was comfortable. This place is not I repeat is NOT!!! Supposed to feed you with a Golden spoon!!! So for the ones that's put this place down I feel sorry for y'all!!! Cause your not here for the right reasons since I've been here I've opened up more to my peers gotten to know the staff and have Ben taken care of and made to be more then comfortable!!! In which I'd like to give a shout out to the one person that's helped me and made sure I was comfortable so thank you for the bottom of my heart YAZ!!!!! you are a saint!!!! Staff at Loomis care is very engaging. They genuinely do care about your success. Everything isn't always perfect but you can definitely get what you need here. I would recommend this to anyone that genuinely wants recovery.

How do I begin to write a review about a place that saved my life….no exaggeration! I was supposed to be at another facility, but got to be here. This detox/treatment center is the best of the best. If you want it, you will find it here. The building is so welcoming, the atmosphere is warm, the staff is kind, shares their stories to help you when you need it, groups are very important and focused on each individual. The rooms are big and beautiful! The staff though…I cried when I left. I can’t just name one, they all helped me heal in a way I needed to! So thank you to Shannon, Chloe, Charlotte, Whitney, Mama Susan, Wally, Travis, Natalie, Erin, Jazz, Alex, Spencer, Josh, Vanessa, the nurses at night, and the others!!!! People…the Director of Operations boss…his name is Mike, his dogs name is Charlie, he comes into the facility a few times a week to check on us, how we are, what we need, he knows us by name! Where will you find that??? Go to Still Detox…you won’t regret it, I promise. Oh, and the food, it’s amazing, but make sure to tell them you don’t want too much chicken. Shannon, the Director, used to be a chef, so she knows good food, it’s catered in, so it’s yummy. If you have a special diet, they accommodate that!!! Benzi and Jace have helped so many people that I know. They are always the most responsive, most accommodating and honestly most caring at the core of it all. I have been to rehabs previously, however Beachside was the first rehab where the 12 steps were not a mandated expectation. It was truly a holistic experience, offering sound therapy, reiki, massages, fitness activities and more. The onsite gym, albeit small, offered dumbbells, treadmill, Peloton Bike, and a Nordic Row. I would have preferred if it included a few kettle bells, but overall the extent of the gym was more than I expected. The cafeteria was always clean and well stocked - the chefs were friendly and warm. Whether it was the salad bar or the amazing curated meals, or the classic cheeseburger - the food was never a source of concern for me. The entire staff was outstanding - from the Ops Manager Rasheed, down to every single BHT. House Keeping staff were muy bueno. Kitchen staff, therapists, recreational staff, I could go on and on with lists and praise. I have never felt so heard and so welcomed as I did by the Beachside employees. There were some inequities between the PHP and Residential program, but nothing that caused me any significant concern - just areas where I submitted suggestions to improve processes. I truly am thankful to Beachside for the serenity they provided while I was there and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for Mental Health or Substance Use Rehab.

My son who is struggling mightily with alcoholism has been to many rehabs only to relapse which all too often happens with this population and is no real reflection on the efficacy of the program but this time when he relapsed after his time at BeachSide which he loved there was extensive and time consuming effort from many especially Callie to get him back on track. I've tried to not become cynical but it seems many rehabs are just as happy to fill a BED with the next person struggling with addiction than go to the hard work of helping a patient that has relapsed. In the end Beach Sides efforts and family love got him back into treatment where he is currently thriving. Thanks to all who were so supportive

This place and the people at Bright Futures are truly something special. I’ve been through multiple rehab centers, and while each offered something helpful, I always ended up back in the same cycle—drinking, isolating, losing myself. I came to Bright Futures broken, scared, and exhausted—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It wasn’t just the substance use that nearly destroyed me, it was the lack of hope. From the very first phone call, I felt like I wasn’t just another intake. I spoke with someone who took the time to listen to my story, answer my questions about detox placement, insurance, and what to expect from PHP. I was skeptical at first. I didn’t believe in myself. But Bright Futures believed in me before I could. When I arrived at the facility in Boynton Beach, I was immediately welcomed with warmth and zero judgment. I was assigned a case manager, Jennifer, who not only kept my treatment organized but supported me emotionally every step of the way. She helped coordinate everything—from therapy sessions to aftercare planning to helping me talk to my family again. My primary therapist, Matt, made an enormous impact. He didn’t just run through a script—he took the time to dig deep with me, identify my trauma, and help me develop real coping skills. We worked through things I had buried for years. The group therapy sessions led by Ashley were raw and transformative. She created a safe space where I could share, cry, and most importantly—heal. Melissa, part of the support staff, always made sure I was okay. Some days I didn’t need therapy—I just needed someone to sit with me or remind me to eat. Carlos, one of the techs in the sober living side, treated me like a human being when I was at my worst. They didn’t just do their jobs—they genuinely cared. The clinical structure here is solid. I was placed in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) after detox, then moved into outpatient therapy and continued working on myself while staying in the sober living housing they set me up with. The facility was clean, the food was good, the housing felt safe, and the schedule helped me rebuild my routine. The best thing about Bright Futures isn’t just the therapy or the services—it’s the people. Everyone from leadership to the cleaning staff seemed committed to helping us succeed. There were no shortcuts. Just honesty, consistency, and compassion. I left Bright Futures with a recovery plan, coping tools, a support network, and something I hadn’t had in a long time—hope. I still check in with some of the staff. They didn’t just get me sober; they helped me remember who I am and who I want to be. If you or someone you love is looking for real help—not just a detox and discharge, but real addiction treatment with clinical structure and heart—this is the place. I attended Hanley for 60 days and attended Intensive Outpatient for one month. This was my second rodeo. I was a Prosecutor and Drug Court General Magistrate (Judicial) for 25 years and spoke at every facility you could imagine. Actively involved. I took the fall myself (go figure) and put myself into Hanley because I was well aware of their reputation. It was the best and most holistic experience of my life. Great facility etc. BUT that is not what matters. The 12 Step Concept they utilize along with dual quality education and therapies saved my life. Not even sure where to begin besides FHE was life changing for me. I felt seen and heard and most importantly understood. Literally everything from the moment I got there to the moment I left....was absolutely incredible. Don't question yourself, go and go now if you are looking for and needing help! This life is Uber hard and finding a place that every single person cares about you, is rooting for you and wants to see you living your best life is really hard to find. FHE is this and more. I went to The Beachcomber in 2020 after 12 years struggling as an alcoholic. What I walked into wasn’t what I expected after a few stints at other rehabs. They were tough, hard on us. They spoke the truth which is something I hadn’t heard. I didn’t get sober as soon as I left, but I did soon after and I am so thankful for the experience I had there. I advise anyone to send their loved one there for a chance at a real and amazing life. Thank you to the Beachcomber.

I can honestly say this program helped save my life. When I walked through those doors, I was at one of the lowest points I’ve ever been. I didn’t know what to expect, but what I found was a safe, supportive, and truly healing environment that gave me the tools I needed to start over. My experience is different...my son is clean and sober 1 year tomorrow by the grace of God because of Genesis house.The staff here is absolutely amazing and I'm going to tell you the first couple of days were rough he was leaving every day and wouldn't follow the rules, but they never gave up on him 💙 I'm beyond grateful after 15 years of addiction I have my son back and he has his. I'm forever grateful and forever one day at a time!

When I came into Elan I was broken, I had no trust in rehab centers and they changed my way of thinking. They earned my trust and helped me save my life. The staff is truly the best hand picked employees a rehab center could have. All the therapists are phenomenal in what they do, they have all helped me and have gave me the criteria to live a honest clean sober life. The Techs are wonderful they’re so welcoming and do anything to make you comfortable, the lead techs Keri & Scott are so insightful. The family program that the therapist Lystra conducted was the most HEALING EXPERIENCE and has helped with a lifetime worth of damage. We keep in contact weekly and it’s the most beautiful relationship I’ve bonded with a therapist, thank you Lystra for all you do. The Director Barbara I will be forever grateful for she always made time to be there for me. The Clinical Medical staff knows what they are talking about and very understanding. Pastor Craig is the best motivational staff member he’s made a world of a difference in my life. Diane’s groups are AMAZING! I’ve learned so much about why I did what I’ve done and she has always been there for me. If you wanna get deep in the Big Book Larry can direct you with any question and answers you have. Thanks to all these staff members my higher power and my sponsor my sobriety date is 08-21-18 I have recently celebrated Six months, am sponsoring young woman myself, & I couldn’t have done it with out the help of Elan Recovery & Wellness.
