This place is excellent. Everyone goes way beyond what's expected. They bend over backwards to make sure patients are taken care of.It is hilarious how people out there feel like they are somehow "entitled" and feel that the world owes them a favor. They come here and complain of "being treated badly". The only bad treatment out there is how you treated yourself, with destructive behavior. When your world starts crumbling down around you, or someone rolls their eyes at you because your self abuse has reduced you to a shell of your formal self, your sense of entitlement replaces your common sense. If you jump off a cliff and break your legs, you will the rocks for being too hard.

If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it.Update; It has been about 6 years and still doing great. It's worth it. If your ready make the call and get the help. They make things so much easier. And make it possible. They have all the tools U need to succeed this time. Good Luck

I've been in westcare for about 6 months and I can't say enough great things about the staff starting from the director Janelle, the front office Darby,the counselor lisa ,lee,Naomi n latisha and many more !! They are all here for you as a patient/client and they are awesome at working with you. Thank you to all of them

I went here for almost a year and they were very helpful! Very nice and very caring. They do care about you A LOT. I stopped going, not because I messed up, I just couldn't juggle 2 jobs, and the multiple hour groups. I didn't want to lose my jobs. My bosses weren't going to be cool that I had to take a hour off work to do them.

I ve gone through four doctors at this clinic as they ve retired and moved on. Dr. Cheryl Smith Is my latest and one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. I ve had some good physicians and some not so good physicians, Dr. Smith excels and I am so happy and confident in her care.

Optical Department... ive been to the department many times. Ive observed Gary's attitude with other veterans in the past and recently personally. He needs an attitude adjustment!!! Not friendly or professional. Needs training. Poor attitude. Grumpy. The other tech in the office, Stacey is amazing!!! Her customer service, professionalism, friendly, is amazing! Should be considered the VA standard. Gary doesn't make you feel welcomed, Stacey does!!!

Great experience many times have guess dosed there while on vacation & it has been an amazing time & experience while being there!

I am on my husband's account unfortunately I have to go purchase a new one again. But I want to say that I've been here long enough to see the mess it was with the old counselors and director running the place. I can HONESTLY say that it has gone from completely chaotic and def without any STRUCTURE to a COMPLETE peaceful , well organized, "WOW" the wait time, ALL the employees and ESPECIALLY the new director and the things they have all done to turn the place around to make it as amazing as it is literally puts a smile on my face everytime I walk in there they deserve to have more recognition and appreciation! Thank you all for what you've done it's amazing!!!!!

Update: Every single person here is amazing! The people at the front desk, always nice and treat you like you're a human being and not just some addict. My previous counselor is amazing! Angie! I can go to her anytime and her door is always open, if she's busy she will make time for me! She has helped me through some personal issues by just talking to me and helping me learn to cope with any negativity in my day-to-day life. My new counselor, Hope.. she is wonderful! I was comfortable around her from the very beginning and I feel like I can tell her anything without judgement. All of the counselors are amazing!If you are struggling with addiction and are thinking about coming here, it will be the best decision you ever made! Trust me on this! Don't listen to all the nonsense and negative comments that people have to say about the treatment, because it's damn sure better than what you're doing now! You won't regret it!I don't know what all this crap about them stealing money from patients and insurance, I've never had any issues since being here. And if you have a problem with dr. Benson, it's most likely because you didn't follow the rules and do what you're supposed to do! He has a very dry sense of humor but he's a good person. And a great doctor and I have no problem with him. He will tell you like it is and that's it. It's his medical license on the line, not yours! So forgive him for not coddling you and tending to your every waking need. As far as people posting his mug shot, how about let's post yours? People make mistakes!!! We ALL HAVE MADE MISTAKES! You learn from them and move forward. You don't know the circumstances behind that incident so unless you were there, you can't really speak on the matter honestly. OP PAR AND DR BENSON ALL THE WAY! Keep up the good work everyone!!!everyone here is very friendly and helpful.I have been on a maintenance dose for 4 years and I truly believe they are the reason I got my life back. I will miss Jaz. But everyone there is super nice. If you need help, don't put it off any longer..just go for it and u will not be disappointed.

The people at Advantage Mental Health are wonderful in all aspects. I am treated with dignity, compassion and respect with every visit despite circumstances such as hurricanes and floods. They have really helped me get past the bumps in the road.

When we needed mental health services we had no doctors in the Clearwater area. I was impressed by Dr Rizzo s credentials and the fact that she could see us almost immediately. We are very happy with the help she has provided. She maintains an empathetic and professional demeanor. She is very truthful about the length of time it takes to improve your health with the medications involved. She s always available when needed. Her staff is also very professional and friendly.

I didn't end up coming here, but they (Debbie, in particular) were so helpful in answering a ZILLION questions I had and helping me get all set up to go. I was traveling and they were willing to pick me up at the airport and everything. My prescriptions must come from a certain place and they were willing to accommodate that. They were willing to give everything I needed. While I didn't attend, the facility seemed like it was going to be great! I don't have anything negative to say about it. And they made the arrangements INCREDIBLY easy. I can't 100% recommend it having never gone, but I'd definitely say to put it on your list. They seemed incredible.

I m so grateful for my experience at The Wave in Clearwater it has been much better than I ever anticipated. The therapy here is truly the heart of the program, and it s exceptional. The therapists are skilled, compassionate, and incredibly supportive, which is why I ve decided to extend my stay.The tech staff is equally amazing each and every one of them goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The senior management is actively involved, approachable, and always available if needed. They create a welcoming and safe environment where you feel almost at home.The accommodations are excellent, with private rooms, shared bathrooms, and a very clean facility overall. I highly recommend The Wave for anyone seeking a supportive, therapeutic space to focus on healing and growth.This version is polished and captures your positive experience in a way that would stand out as a thoughtful review. I had every intention of attending the inpatient program at The Wave and was working closely with Debbie, who was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding about both my needs and my concerns regarding the process. After some thoughtful reflection, I decided to postpone, realizing that committing to 30 days of inpatient care isn't feasible for me at this time for several personal reasons.However, thanks to Debbie's exceptional support throughout this process, I am confident that I will be working with her on alternative options, such as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or perhaps Partial Hospitalization (PHP), which may better suit my current situation. And when the time is right, I will consider inpatient care again.I cannot express enough gratitude for Debbie's guidance in helping me navigate this decision. With staff like her, it's clear why The Wave has such a stellar reputation. I look forward to meeting the rest of the team soon.

CRC is a tough program, but the staff is top notch and the program is very effective. There is a lot of great therapeutic and recovery information at CRC!

CRC was life-changing and lifesaving for me, I was a patient there in 2007 and I've been clean and sober for 17 yrs, I was given a chance to learn about myself, my life, my addiction, my behavior and my recovery, and so much more, I'm grateful and thankful for Crc and I will never forget this place,

All I have to say is that I decided to go into this rehab on my own. Nobody push me to go. I decided to turn myself in willingly and at no point in time was I ever treated disrespectfully or was I scared in anyway I felt totally comfortable and teachers are awesome. The curriculum was amazing and the overall experience was so good that I almost thought about relaxing is this day that’s how good it was and I highly suggest that anybody that wants to say their life do not think twice about it and just go and do it because it will be the best decision you ever made and it will save your life and it’s like no other program there is out there. I wish there was more programs out there like CRC And I can’t say enough good things about it. I wish they would take me back now but I don’t think they will because I’m clean so but don’t ever feel that it’s like any other place because it’s definitely not. It’s there should be definitely more than one of these facilities in the Pasco County area .
