Westcare is working great for me! A big part of that reason is from my counselor Abrina! She makes me feel that there are people out there that actually want to help me. I know I can talk to her about anything that I’m struggling with and it’s certain she will always have the right answer! Big kudos to Abrina for carrying the whole program on her back!!!

If you ever are ready to get off the drugs you are on, this is the place that will help you get it done. They truly do care and are really trying to help you. Best thing that has happened to me in about 10 years. If you're really ready to get help this is the place to get it. But only if you're ready. Don't waste their time or money. Because if you're not ready I'm sure there's someone else out there who is. So don't take that spot up if you're not serious and ready. Because someone else needs it.
Update; It has been about 6 years and still doing great. It's worth it. If your ready make the call and get the help. They make things so much easier. And make it possible. They have all the tools U need to succeed this time. Good Luck 👌👍😎

I've been in westcare for about 6 months and I can't say enough great things about the staff starting from the director Janelle, the front office Darby,the counselor lisa ,lee,Naomi n latisha and many more !! They are all here for you as a patient/client and they are awesome at working with you. Thank you to all of them ❤️
I love this place! from the nurses to the staff and counselors, they all care! It’s a clinic it is what you make of it plain and simple. Of course you are time here will be miserable if you don’t follow the rules and continue to get high. If you choose to change your life methadone will do that for you. Yes, it’s a crutch, but I’d much rather be hooked on methadone than heroin/fentanyl! I’ve been on the Clinic since 2012 and it gave me my life back! I understand I’m not completely sober due to the methadone, but I can hold a job. I own a home, car and money in the bank! These are things I would never have if I were still using! I see some of the comments on here about how methadone has cost them their job and so on. GROW UP! Methadone didn’t do that you did that! You can only lead a horse to a river You can’t force him them drink it! I give this place 20 stars if I could for dealing with the crap I see on a daily basis! 😁

This place really helped me out. If you’re struggling with addiction and or mental illness, Sophros can help. I found their approach much more welcoming than most recovery places. My therapist Scott is one of two therapists that I felt I could trust with anything, and I’ve seen many over the years.

Very much someone who had an immediate aversion to recovery. Super grateful for this program. Offering services for so many different addictions. It was eye opening and humbling to be among other people who were going through a totally different experience than me, yet we related in so many unexpected ways. I can say I am a healthier and happier person because of the ED program. I often find myself even missing the time I was there, and I sit in nostalgia in recollection of all the things I’d learned. Don’t be fooled. It was hard to get to the point where you need this, so it will be equally as hard to get through it to get away from it, but I will say it’s well worth it to fight the good fight. Trust these folks with your life, and they’ll save it. I’m indebted to these people for the rest of my life. I am so grateful that I found them; they have changed me in ways that are so profound. So,I must say, my experience at clean was most helpful. The combination of mental health and substance abuse was extremely helpful. The therapists and especially the techs who deal with us everyday were extremely helpful and kind. If you suffer from mental illness and substance abuse, I would recommend Clean recovery to anyone. My recovery at Clean was a fantastic experience! The idea of community was important and inspiring. The staff was so accommodating and dedicated to my recovery too. Fairwinds saved my life. I've been sober for a year and a half and going strong because of the help I got there. I can honestly say if you want it, listen to everything being said to you there and do the work on yourself you will love your life. The nurses and therapist helped me in so many ways. I was comfortable and felt safe while I was there.
Riverside Recovery has saved my life, and for that, they will always hold a special place in my heart. The facilities are top notch, the quality of therapy & care is unlike anything I have experienced elsewhere, and their program is incredibly robust, spanning over 6 months across multiple levels of care. The staff Shavone and Le Le are professional, courteous, and provide excellent client care. I highly recommended for those seeking recovery from substance abuse.
Typically calling into schedule with the VA will leave me on the phone for hours being transferred around in circles, all the while being spoken to as if you're a lesser human for your service, or they treat you as if your inconveniencing them.
However, today was different, today I called into the NPR VA and spoke with someone who cares. Karen Thieme is everything the VA should want in an employee, someone representing them and servicing their veterans with a passion to listen, understand, and to provide benefits for. Karen has given me new hope and some more "change in my pocket" when it comes to dealing with the VA now. Thank you Karen for such a simple and yet meaningful phone call, all just to schedule my appointments.
I'll be looking forward to my first visit at NPR with my new doctor and team, if it's anything like my first phone call interaction with Karen, I know I'll be taken care of.

The doctor from here that did my 69 yr old brother's hernia surgery was AMAZING! I would recommend her to anyone. Great bedside manner, explained everything very well, and was very patient with all our questions.

And immidiatly transferred go springhill once they Openèd . Did seriously saved my life . 20years i was taken 6 roxys at a time twice daily. I came here last month because I was having really bad mental health issues that needed to be addressed. I was really nervous and scared to go in for help but the two intake nurses (one was name Kristina I believe) she cared for me and talked to me while I waited for a bed. Going into the unit I was greeted by Jason and he was the ONLY one to call me by the name i wanted, not my full name. Some of the Techs are very nice and some are a bit to much to handle. Dr Brach was great. She listened to me and was willing to hear my story and my trauma. It does get a bit boring in the unit, there was only one group therapy session a day and we get to either go to the gym or outside. You get access to the wireless phones from 9am-10pm but phones get taken during group time. Food wasn’t that bad. Beds were old and mine wasn’t very comfortable but Jason was able to get me an extra blanket to help me even out my bed. Overall I was happy with this place and I HIGHLY recommend if you need help, go here!

All I have to say is that I decided to go into this rehab on my own. Nobody push me to go. I decided to turn myself in willingly and at no point in time was I ever treated disrespectfully or was I scared in anyway I felt totally comfortable and teachers are awesome. The curriculum was amazing and the overall experience was so good that I almost thought about relaxing is this day that’s how good it was and I highly suggest that anybody that wants to say their life do not think twice about it and just go and do it because it will be the best decision you ever made and it will save your life and it’s like no other program there is out there. I wish there was more programs out there like CRC And I can’t say enough good things about it. I wish they would take me back now but I don’t think they will because I’m clean so but don’t ever feel that it’s like any other place because it’s definitely not. It’s there should be definitely more than one of these facilities in the Pasco County area .

I had my 1st appointment @ AMHC @ the beginning of Covid so all of them have been via video. So I have yet to meet these wonderful people face to face & yet I feel close to them. I think it's because every interaction I have with them, by phone or email, is positive. Over the phone I hear their warm, friendly voices; by email everything is taken care of quickly, efficiently & with caring & kindness. & that's just the Ladies @ the front desk. My ARNP, Cathi Stephens, is the sweetest, kindest, calmest, smartest help for my ocd I have ever had. She listens understands, empathizes, then guides & advises. She, & all these women to a degree, have helped me thru the acute grieving of my wonderful Husband & how it affected my disorder 2.5 years ago, r still helping me @ the stage I m @ now & will continue to help me to move forward. I came to The Wave not really sure what to expect, just hoping for some peace. It honestly turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff actually care. Like genuinely care, not just doing their jobs because they have to.The groups helped me a lot and I loved spending time in the art room and the gym. The food was decent and they even work with people who have different diets which is nice to see. It’s not perfect but it feels real and safe.
So thankful for each and every one of the nurses and techs. The care I received was phenomenal. I have never felt as better as I do now. Huge thanks to Jason and Dr Luna and the rest of the team for making my experience smooth and easy.

Sabal Palms recovery was an amazing place to attend. There’s Was a tight knit community. The facility only holds 32 clients at max but when I was there, there were only about 16 to 20 people. So our groups were small and comfortable. The counselors, nurses, BHAs, and kitchen (food really good) were amazing. Tripp the CEO was very friendly and took care of things that needed to be taken care of. Overall, the facility and the staff were amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone.
