Such a wonderful place! The staff truly cares about your recovery. I could go on and on about how wonderful each and every staff member is. From the owner, therapists, and directors, down to the techs. The housing is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach. I would recommend to anyone! This place is truly a gift.

Footprints can either go one of two ways. You either feel blessed or you abuse the privileges and coast. Bougie rehab. If you have the money for the “beach houses” (housing fee) you’re in for a great time. Some people, mostly women, get blessed with the beach house if their insurance is good. I got blessed with two weeks at the beach with no money before they sent me to the inland housing which… everything is the same… you just can’t walk the beach whenever you want. Clinical runs the show. It’s actually very fun. There’s two women who carry the burden of PHP but it was so much fun. Silly stuff but like…I’m a persecuting peacock who views addiction as a disease model and I thrive in community. This may not make sense to you but it does to me. They blessed me with free housing for 4 weeks if I did IOP. I was able to move into my own place… yesterday… ten minutes from my job. For me I needed a safe place after PHP to re enter society… Danny at the Largo house had a huge heart and helped shepherd me around to meetings to get plugged in. And the gym. And protein powder. Sergio and I had a great time watching movies and going to meetings! I’ve never done detox to rez to PHP to IOP to “real world” But I did it. And Footprints held my hand until I jumped… And I landed just fine. Jesus is Lord. God Bless Footprints. And action!

The staff were exceptional. Caring, sensitive, and experienced. The facility is beautiful, on the water, with an exceptional pool (ideal for swimming laps!), and a state of the art fitness center, with a marvelous indoor basketball court. Groups encouraged sharing, and the therapists are outstanding! Dining is very, very good. Wonderful experience for my husband, as Riverside gave him a great start on his recovery journey!

Great meetings and interesting classes to guide you through recovery. Lots of tools to help you cope with becoming clean and sober. My therapists really cared about my well being as well as my family’s. Easy going lifestyle with a laid back atmosphere. Food was pretty good with lots of variety, snacks and drinks.

If I had only done 30 days I know I likely would have relapsed . Honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I learned so much in just 30 days there. My case worker Sammy n my therapist Joel went way out of their way to get me the help I needed. If you apply yourself there you can really retain a lot. There's a bunch of amazing counselors that run groups that you can get a lot out of. An also a great amount of extra circular activities. If you're looking for a place to start your recovery in Southwest Florida. This is the place.

I'm just curious does this work well for opiates like methadone because I am reading about people who were on buprenorphine but methadone has a very long and unpredictable half life and have you had successful patients who were on high doses of methadone and still not have ridiculous cravings post procedure?

I used the ANR Clinic to get off of Opiates that I had been taking for close to 10 years due to a back injury which led to 3 back surgeries. I was really skeptical about the procedure and believing that I would have no cravings afterwards, I did a lot of research and found someone on Facebook that had gone through the procedure and they reaffirmed everything that the ANR Clinic stated. From the first phone call to my intake at the Hospital as well as my aftercare I was treated with care and compassion by each and every member of the ANR Clinic. I had my procedure done on March 24th 2026 and it was the best decision I have ever made, I have never experienced any cravings and each and every day I am feeling one step closer to the man I was before ever taking opiates. I cannot recommend the ANR Clinic enough, if you are struggling like I was take the first step and call them, they will help and guide you every step of the way.

This place really helps a lot if you just stick with it and want it for yourself everyone is super nice and compassionate and super helpful, and they are just there that do their job and they're all professionals, and they do very well at the job and they're very kind and they just want to see people do better, that struggle with addiction, but you also have to want it for yourself. The program works. It's definitely a great program. I definitely recommend it if you're struggling with an addiction. It helped me and I helped other people I know friends and family i rate it a 5 star and the staff you guys are awesome work very hard.

June 2023, I attended Transformations and had a wonderful and very healing experience. I recently have celebrated 600 days sober from alcohol, which is what I went into rehab for. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and supportive. The living accommodations were top notch! It was a true home away from home feeling. I would not be where I am today without Transformations!

I have, and will continue, to recommend Groups Recover Together! If you're ready to change your life for the better; Groups make it easy! With various days/times to choose from, Intake is quick & private, the Counselor genuinely cares about you, the office manager will handle pharmacy issues, the Dr. knows not everyone's situation is not the same.If you don't have a sitter/car/feeling horrible from detoxing - (one of) THE BEST PART - you can talk, cry or just sit and listen from the privacy of your own home! And for someone like me, who suffers from social anxiety, even picking up the phone to make a Dr. appt can be challenging. I've been attending groups since 2022 when I relapsed after 8 years. And if the day comes where I am off the medication, I would still attend bc it's about more than just sobriety.. it's being there for people when they need someone.

I have been struggling with one form of addiction or another for over half my life. I thought it was a losing battle until one day a simple Google search I found groups recover together. It's like God put this group of people together to help folks deal with it. Everyone and I mean everyone from office manager, providers and counselors are amazing! If you are struggling and think that there's no help. Stop call groups recover together and work with them. They are there for you! I promise it will change your life. I'm going to fight the fight and I have the best help there is thanks to this company! Good luck

I live in another state now. I came into this place homeless after having been on a 1 year drinking binge, facing 70 years in two states. Initially, I was only here to "hide-out", and then I began seeing all these people come through who had the hope of sobriety. After staying here for one month, I was sober, had hope and turned myself in, that was the start of my current 9 years of sobriety. This is not a facility that is here to make money, it is hardcore and no frills, but looking back it was the best rehab I ever went to, all these places with millions of dollar budgets should take lessons from Turning Point, I will never forget it.

This is a “no-frills”, last stop for someone who is desperate to make it to tomorrow. If you want sobriety, are out of options and are willing to go to any lengths to get it, Turning Point might work for you. Your success rate is commensurate with the amount of effort you are willing to expend, your ability to follow instructions, and the degree to which you are honest with yourself. Absolutely incredible physicians and staff. I went through their detox program and HIGHLY recommend it. Dr. Rhyne saved my life and got me back on track back in July. The groups were excellent; I got a referral for inpatient therapy right away. I got on medications to help with the mood symptoms that I was using alcohol to self-medicate for, and I got naltrexone to help with my physical cravings. I know the rest is up to me, but this facility and those doctors and therapists really set me up for success.

ive been working with centerstone staff for 4 yrs now. They have kept me safe, engaged, and travel to my home every week to deliver meds and check on me. I even have access to their psychiatrist by text and he is extremely accomodating and friendly. Very helpful.

I would especially like to mention Yvonne as during my crisis she went way and above to seek me help and not separate me and my support dog. People out there need to know Yvonne is a genuine person who cares. A lot of us think Centerstone gets a bad rap I have never been there impatient I dealt with Yvonne to figure out how to keep me and my dog together and get the help I need and for that I am forever grateful if you need help and you know you do but you keep putting it off and off it will only get worse until you are broken you do not want to get there you know that you need help get it right away so it'll be easier to get back to your life versus everything being scattered and you lost your mind anybody out there with behavioral health problems or mental illness step ahead of it before it swallows you

I went here and saw Catherine Meadors probably about a year ago for a 6 month program. During this time she helped me get through things I didn't even realize I needed. But most importantly, what she taught me stuck with me to even now, leading me to think about her today. I truthfully look through a different lens now and credit her for that. If you're looking for a great teen therapist I would without a doubt go here, unless you're not ready to dig deep, because she certainly is!

Fairwinds saved my life. I've been sober for a year and a half and going strong because of the help I got there. Par was a great place overall but when your six months are up you are scrambling to find somewhere to go. They DO NOT help in that area. To be completely honest it was the best rehab I've been to. It's the only one that I've stayed out of trouble since leaving.
