Jane is amazing and welcoming and so is Heather. They always remember me and ask about my children, they even offer to watch my infant when I have to bring him for a minute or 2 while I dose. It’s just a small help that makes being a single mom and bringing him to the clinic a little less stressful. (I only come 2 times a month) but nonetheless they do everything they can to help, like every business it is a money making business though so there isn’t charity, you have to follow the rules and expectations and as long as you go by that you’re in & out.

I attended outpatient services at The Recovery Center after attending Serenity Grove for 30 days. The staff at The Recovery Center are very knowledgeable and caring. They offer continuing care as well which has been a great program. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get sober. I have been sober for a little over a year now and they helped get me here.

After I completed a 30-day inpatient program with their sister company, Serenity Grove, I decided to do two months of outpatient treatment. It was so nice to be able to transition from inpatient to outpatient with the same counselors and clients. It made me feel safe and more relaxed in a familiar setting. I added to the tools that I had learned at Serenity Grove and continued to work on my sobriety without going straight back to the "real world". I cannot thank AARC enough for their care. I still go once a week to their Continuing Care program, and I can do that for as long as I will ever need!

Was at SummitRidge for almost two months in their partial hospitalization program after experiencing psychosis and general dysregulation. I could not recommend the program more highly. The staff, especially Beth and Taylor, were kind and competent and did everything they could to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Would highly recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with their mental health and is open to learning skills to ameliorate it.

They were the 3rd biggest step in my road to recovery. The entire staff that I've had the pleasure of meeting are very kind.
I've been coming here over 2 years now, with their help. They have helped me in many more ways than prescribing methadone. They have several counselors for you to speak to and go hand in hand with recovery. They also have certified peers to speak with about anything you may not feel comfortable telling your counselor yet. For the first time in 2 decades, I can truthfully say I am happy to be alive.

My oh my! What can I say about Black Bear!? During my time at Black Bear I was rebellious at first because I'm an Addict. After getting settled, I realized that Black Bear Lodge is more than a rehab... it is a spiritual, holistic retreat! The walks from cabins to the different centers and the theater was amazing. I was physically unfit because of my alcoholism. When I left Black Bear I was much stronger physically and mentally. The counselors are so amazing and attentive. I had Corey my first time and Susan my second time (took me two times but that's neither here nor there lol. They were so empathetic. The nurses were amazing! Ms. Sylvia was the best nurse I ever had! Her daughter Jess was a tech and she was so caring and understanding. I had fun during my stay. I met some very comical people that I still stay in contact with to this day. Today I am almost 1 year and 1 month sober! I couldn't be here without the self care and mental health information that I learned from Black Bear! The food was great! The chef even caters to special diets (vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerance). The staff really cares about the clients. I could go on and on about Black Bear and my review is jumbled because there is just so much good there! Detox was great, recovery was great, cabins were amazingly beautiful and relaxing, classes were informative, nursing was amazing...even the van drivers were awesome, so funny and caring. The off campus AA meetings were a good experience and prepares you for going to meetings after you get discharged. The administrative staff and discharge coordinators are great. Loved Melissa and the two Amandas and the many Heathers lol! I can't remember all the names but I love them all! I would honestly go to Black Bear just to chill if they allowed alumni to do that! Anyways, there might be some things that you may not like but if you are humble, open and vulnerable you can have an amazing experience at Black Bear Lodge Recovery!

My stay at Black Bear Lodge was surprisingly pleasant, despite my circumstances. The food was better than good, and having the nature walks and hikes were essential to my recovery. Looking back, I am so grateful for these small luxuries because they made all the difference. Especially since a lot of these places lack those commodities.

Dear Anonymous Thank God for ROI. They helped my son in ways you will never understand. God bless this family because it is a family and there are always rules that need to be folllowed. My husband and I have gone to the family workshops they offer and for the first time it clicked for my husband what addiction is and it is not something you pull yourself up by the bootstraps and that it is something to just get over.

My children and I started counseling with Angie at a time of crisis for us. I chose Flourish Family Therapy because of the convenient office location and appointment times.
Angie counsels each of my children according to their individual personalities and needs. She has been thorough in documenting progress, and she is intentional in choosing activities and topics to help my children. The counseling has helped them tremendously.

My children receive services at Avita in Cleveland it's by far the best location in my opinion the front desk staff is always so engaging with my kids and the other staff is so engaging and empathetic my three favorite people in this office is the front desk, nurse, and male counselor. I chose this location at random back in Aug ‘23 because I had been dealing with what felt like “higher-than-normal” levels of anxiety for a couple of years. I noticed increased irritability, and overthinking many daily tasks and common life events that I never worried about in the past. I had never really been an anxious person. After taking care of and watching my mother pass from early-onset Alzheimers, I knew it would be in my best interest to talk to a specialist. Little did I know that my life would change after speaking with someone for just a few months. Troy taught me how to process my grief in a systematic way that made sense to me. Today was my last session with him, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. I will forever be an advocate of therapy because of this experience. Thank you Troy!

I'm literally Hating the Doctors and staff here at cmc union in monroe nc Dr.Boulos, and suezanne the palliative nurse. They killed my sister ,mae Beverly Blakeney she came in the hospital by ems on February 1st just for a Broken hip ,she came through surgery just fine with no complications, then she had a stroke while being in the hospital unattended and not monitored, Dr.Boulos made the Decision Her life wasn't Beneficial anymore him and suezanne the palliative nurse, so wanted to turn her over to Hospice, and Bc I wasn't in agreement they along with a team of other Doctors, just let her lay there and suffer and Die a crucial Death , some of the nurses admitted there were things medically that could have been Done ,what I had to indure from what my sister went through still haunt me she passed away march,15th ,2024 we went in the hospital laughing and talking February 1st, March 15th she was Dead there is a whole lot of Details to this story , I'm still trying to cope with this then ima try my best to sue the shit out this Hospital for what they Did, it's not about the money it's about Justice
