I can't say enough positive things about Purple. It was a godsend for our son and our family. The support of the Purple staff and Purple families helped us get through a difficult time, and to understand what our son was going through with the treatment. It also supported our family with support/ learning classes.
The comradary that the men have is so special during treatment and afterwards. My son has made a lot of lifetime friends. Thank you Purple... we love and appreciate you!💜

I have a family member that attended Purple and I feel that he is here today thanks to Purple's program and by God's grace.
My nephew has been clean and sober for over 10 years and he is now a loving husband and new father. He would never have achieved these goals without God and Purple.
The program was exactly what he needed as he is, and still needs to be VERY active. The program fit him perfectly and he is still very involved with his Purple family and their active lifestyle to this day.
I know it was hard for him, but Purple's program, their method of reintegrating their clients back into their families lives and the work force, and post recovery programs are unmatched. Purple becomes a second family for these young men and they perform miracles. Thank you Brett, Joel and all the others that helped mold my nephew to become the awesome young man he is today! If you have a son or husband that struggles with addiction, please run, don't walk to Purple. They change lives!

HealthQwest Frontiers & | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn't get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can't go wrong using them.
Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt.
Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it....and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight.
Eric knew and did everything he could.

So far it has been good I recently transferred in from another clinic they were very helpful the only thing I do not like is all medicaid recipients have to video call daily to take the dose in front of a nurse or else we are not covered by medicaid for that day. Which is a medicaid thing but thats the only difference from my last clinic

Recent grad (90+ days sober) from RVA and this place was a miracle for me. This place will change your life if you're willing and ready to recover.
Pros: excellent 1:1 and group therapy; great peer/staff support; caring/concerned staff at ALL levels; chefs put a lot of care into trying to accommodate all clients and the food they provided.
Cons: inconsistency in provided info; lack of communication among staff
Shout-outs to:
Ashley, therapist: created trusting, engaged, safe group
Ms. Cathy, nurse: so incredibly caring, concerned and helpful
Sam, BHT: super helpful, always made time to listen/accommodate client needs.
Justie, group lead: her educational groups were the best! Engaging, fresh topics/materials.
Lance, BHT (shorter Lance, sorry!): helped me tremendously one night when I was extremely distressed

Embark Behavioral Health - Alpharetta is part of a nationwide network of outpatient centers and residential programs that specialize in mental health issues, including substance use disorders. At their Alpharetta, Georgia, location they serve preteens, teens and young adults ages 12 to 28. They’ve been working with youth for over 25 years. Locate | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Honest rating of overall facility.
This place was genuinely a life changer for me, and I could see that in other kids there as well. I loved almost every therapist there, and most of the kids were friendly. I really liked the adolescent room because it was spacious, and it was always clean. The bathrooms never had any paper towels, but other than that the restrooms were very clean. Honestly, I can't ever remember a time that the facility was dirty or cramped.
Honest rating on each therapist.
Ashley - Ashley is awesome! During my time at Embark, Ashley ran most of our groups. She was so kind, and compassionate. I feel like she genuinely perused this kind of work because it's her passion to help people. She always listened and made sure everybody got a chance to talk. She also is very observant, and checks in if you're not having the best day. Which is really nice sometimes to know somebody notices and cares is comforting.
David - David is also a really cool guy. He ran group often. He can be a little bit rough sometimes, but everybody has different ideas on how to do things. For example, if you were sleeping during therapy, he'd bang on the table, which can be a trigger for some people. He can also be a little bit strict sometimes, for example taking the markers, or popsicle sticks that we're aloud to have with every other therapist. From what I heard he does really well as an individual, or family therapist. Overall, I think he genuinely is passionate about his job, is a good person, and cares a lot about the kids even if it might not seem it sometimes.
Elvin - Awesome dude! Elvin was genuinely so kind and always energetic. I think he wrote prescription medicine, and if you have any problems with that, he gets it resolved very fast. He only did group sometimes for adolescents when I was there, but when he did an amazing job in my opinion. He's genuinely such a cool dude he will talk to you about literally anything, he's an open book and has some pretty cool stories!
Myron - Myron was my individual and family therapist. Genuinely such a cool, funny, nice dude! I really enjoyed my individual therapy sessions with him, and he was the first therapists I felt I ever made progress with. He didn't do group much, so I can't really say if he's good at it, but I'm sure he is! He really cares about his patients.
Jamonica - Jamonica was someone who also did groups quite often. Her energy is so great, and she was soooo kind to me while I was there. She's such a sweet person, and you can really tell how passionate about her job she is. I've also heard she's an amazing individual and family therapist.
Lauren - I rarely ever talked to her. She rarely did group for the adolescents, but some of the other adolescents said she's an amazing individual therapist. I didn't not talk to her for any specific reason; she just didn't do group much and primarily was in her office. I talked to her maybe once or twice, and when I did, she was nice.
Maya - She ran group occasionally and was perfectly fine. She wasn't my personal favorite therapist, but not for any bad reason. I didn't really love the skills she taught, and how she taught them, but nothing against her at all. I'm not sure if she's an individual therapist.
Med management (Dr. Hooper) - Dr. Hooper is super friendly, and really good at finding the right medication fits for you. Php meets with her once every week, while Iop meets with her once every 2 weeks.
Maria - Maria is also a nice lady. I'm honestly not sure what she does, but when I was enrolling, she did the paperwork and stuff. You will also take outcomes, which ask you questions about how you're dealing with anxiety, depression, etc. She has access to those outcomes, so 100% feel free to ask her to take a look at them!
Overall, I think the staff is awesome!
Please check bags better, Embark. The bag checking is honestly a joke. There are people who deal with all kinds of things, and not saying anything would happen but please check better just in case.
Goodbye, Team Embark, I'll miss you guys!

We have been on a mental health journey with our daughter for quite some time. Nothing ever seemed to click, and past PHP programs caused only more harm and trauma with no healing. Since joining the Embark program we can see glimmers of it working. I know that she feels safe here, and has confidence in her care (as do we). We attended a family night and when they say family they clearly include the caregivers and staff along with the patients and their family. I say this because the whole vibe was joy and love. I couldn't be happier (or more relieved) about our choice.

This facility has very competent, professional, and caring staff. I was there for alcohol detox for 5 days. My detox was comfortable. The rooms are clean. The facility is lovely. It’s not gross or dirty. The food ? Horrible. Really bad. Also, some of the patients were really hard-core and filthy. One guy sat there spitting into a styrofoam cup. It was really disgusting. They offer supervised medical treatment to safely manage withdrawal sympt | Treatments Payment Options | I had the privilege of working at Centered Recovery Programs in Roswell, GA, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. From the very beginning, I was struck by the authenticity and heart behind the program. Their mindfulness-based approach to recovery is unlike anything I’ve seen—compassionate, effective, science based, and focused on getting to the root of challenges so that real and lasting change is possible.
Working with the owners, Reed and Krista, was an absolute pleasure. They lead with integrity and a true passion for their work, the people they serve, and their employees. Krista is incredibly knowledgeable about the science behind human behavior and has a gift for educating clients in a way that’s fun, easy to connect with, and apply. I learned so much from her and from the program overall. Reed has an extraordinary ability to connect with everyone he meets, making them feel welcome, cared for and seen—whether it’s a casual conversation that makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend, or a deeper exchange that helps people of all ages and backgrounds navigate life’s struggles.
The staff was equally wonderful—supportive, professional, and genuinely caring. And the clients inspired me daily with their vulnerability, courage, and openness. Their testimonies often went beyond addiction, touching on the struggles we all face as human beings. Watching them overcome hardships, form bonds, and grow into healthier, more fulfilled versions of themselves was both powerful and humbling.
It was truly comforting to work in an environment where people care deeply—not only for clients, but for one another’s well-being—and where everything is done with others’ best interests at heart. Being part of Centered Recovery is an experience I feel so grateful to have had, and it will continue to impact me for the rest of my life.
Centered Recovery Programs is more than just a treatment center—it’s a community built on compassion, mindfulness, and transformation. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking real, meaningful recovery.

This place is absolutely incredible. I was somewhat apprehensive when Reed said that I would take on the material immediately and it would be life changing. I’ve spent over ten years struggling with mental health and substance issues to no avail, I truly believed that I would forever have to deal with my crippling anxiety and depression. However, today I feel sooooooooooo much better! I wish the world knew about this information. I now have a new way of thinking and awareness that I’ve never possessed before, and I’ve realized I actually don’t have any anxiety, I just made that up (haha). I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, and I wanted to thank each person here that helped me get where I am today!!

Roswell, Georgia | The Insight Program is a drug rehab program for teens and young adults. They have several locations including one in Roswell, Georgia. They provide weekly 12-st | Treatments Programs Payment Options | My daughter has struggled with mental health issues for many years. It lead to hanging around the wrong crowd which lead to substance use and took us to have to admit her into in patient in Connecticut. They recommended The Insight Program for her substance use. It was extremely unorthodox at first, went against everything I thought this process should look like,(obviously what we were doing wasn’t working) but we trusted her team in Connecticut so we went against our own feelings. It has turned out to be exactly everything she needed and wanted. Friendship, no longer isolated or misunderstood. Instead of IOP program that tries to separate kids who grow such a unique bond and keep them away from each other, Insight and their counselors know that what will have a higher chance of success is giving them a community and peer accountability. It’s a commitment, but worth every sacrifice you already make as a parent. The best things for us has been the parent meetings. I’m learning that my daughter’s recovery is hers. But it is mine also. Mine in the sense that I can worry about me. I can make sure that no matter what her journey looks like, that I am ok. No matter what. I have my own community and friendships that will be lifetime. Unless you are going through this you don’t understand. Give it a try. Not only for your kid, but for yourself. I’m a part of a club I never asked to be a part of, but beyond grateful because of my community I now have. Show up. Let the counselors do their thing. It works. I told my daughter, “Insight isn’t for everyone“ My daughter said it best “ actually Insight is for everyone, it just depends if they want to do the work to make it work for them..” powerful. Broderick is the lab specialist who drew my blood. I informed him that I do not like needles and requested for him not to use a large needle. Broderick used a small needle and I am so grateful. He is very personable and professional

I am posting this on behalf of my husband about today's call on Thursday, 29th, 2025. This is what my husband experienced on the call:
"I would like to take a moment to commend the exceptional customer service I recently received from Ms. Takita Taylor at the Lawrenceville VA Clinic, located at 455 Philip Blvd in Georgia.
Ms. Taylor provided an excellent, superb, and truly amazing level of service. She not only answered all of my questions thoroughly but also went above and beyond by personally reaching out to my doctor and the doctor's assistant to ensure that my concerns were addressed. In addition, she took the extra step to check the location of my medical equipment, which is vital to my ability to walk and function day to day.
Her professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion made a real difference in my experience. I also had the pleasure of speaking with her supervisor, Mr. Rooks, who was equally professional, courteous, and respectful. It’s clear that positive changes are happening at this clinic—changes that are so necessary for veterans like myself who have sacrificed to serve our country.
Thank you, Ms. T. Taylor and Mr. Rooks, for your patience, kindness, and outstanding professionalism. Your dedication and care are deeply appreciated."
Sincerely,
Mr. Marshall

-If you truly... TRULY want to get your life together, this is the place for you. You can show up with nothing, you will be clothed, fed and given a bed to sleep in. There is a daily schedule with classes that help instill structure and stability. Clients are given a generous amount of Grace when it comes to program participation as us as addicts are often not a fan of authority. The Potter's House is a place with amazing opportunities for any addict that wants to get clean and have the tools to succeed in life beyond the "Eagles".
-I spent two years of my life here throughout various stages of the program. I am now working a job I never would have dreamed of and am loving the life I am living. I showed up to this past Christmas with gifts for my family for the first time in my life. I am 32. My Mom and I's relationship has never been better. There's too many blessings to count.

You know the saying, “you get what you pay for”? Well, with Dr. Sambanaris, you get more than that—you get a psychiatrist who actually talks to you instead of speed-running you through an appointment like he’s late for a flight.
This doctor takes the time to really get to know you—like, by the end of your first session, you’re halfway wondering if you should invite him to Thanksgiving. He listens, he asks thoughtful questions and illustrates his points on a dry erase board in easy-to-understand terms.
And the office? It’s refreshingly human. The phone actually gets answered by a real person. The whole place has a friendly, family-like vibe that makes you feel more like you’re visiting an old friend than walking into a medical office.
If you’re tired of revolving-door psychiatry and want someone who takes the time to actually understand you, Dr. Sambanaris is your guy. 10/10 would recommend—unless you’re in a hurry. Because he’s not, and that’s the best part.

Dear Anonymous Thank God for ROI. They helped my son in ways you will never understand. God bless this family because it is a family and there are always rules that need to be folllowed. My husband and I have gone to the family workshops they offer and for the first time it clicked for my husband what addiction is and it is not something you pull yourself up by the bootstraps and that it is something to just get over.
Since you used Anonymous I think you are hiding behind lies because if these things were tru you would not have hesitated giving your real name. I hope you find a place that gives you what you want like a spa rehab and you really get sober.

Gainesville, Georgia | Angel House of Georgia is a drug and alcohol treatment center for adult women. Located in Gainesville, they also provide valuable community resources, mental health services, case management, and referrals. As a long-term residential sober home for women, the addiction-related services offered at Angel House of Georgia include mental health asses | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I don't even know where to start. I came into Angel House 18 Months ago a hopeless addict that knew absolutely nothing about life. When I got here I had not a dime to my name, my clothes were scattered from Atlanta to Alabama, I had never held a job successfully, or had a healthy relationship in my life. Now I have been working as an Accountant/Office Manager for a solid year, I am financially stable, have my own house and car, but most importantly I have HEALTHY relationships with my family and friends that grow stronger by the day. Non of that ever felt possible until the Angel House made me realize how capable I really am. This place changed it for me, beyond anything I could have ever expected. It brings me to tears to even think about. I have NEVER had people care about me the way staff did. I never once felt like a case in a folder, and was always made to feel that what I had to say was important. I felt like someone who's voice mattered for the first time. Brooke Boyette would be running around the office trying to put out so many fires, help so many people at the same time, but not one time did she EVER tell me she didn't have time to talk and that still holds true today. Since I graduated I still call her on a daily basis and complain about life, but guess what... shes there to listen. This program does more than just show you how to live life clean. It shows you how to love again, let others love you, and gives you a family that you can hold onto forever. If your willing to fight for your life and come out on the other side you quickly realize that nothing is personal and its all spiritual. So that brings me to the director Angela. This lady spent hours and I mean HOURS on end fighting for my life when I didn't want to fight for it myself. I say hours because I was pretty stubborn and had a hard time opening my ears when it was time for me to listen. Angela would sit and talk with me no matter how long it took, till she was sure that I had heard her. She didn't have to do that. She could have left when the office closed at 7 "I had her there late MANY nights", she could have not answered her phone on a Sunday when I found out my mom relapsed after 10 years sober and stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, she didn't have to show up in the middle of the night when we needed her, she didn't have to fight so hard for ME and MY life but guess what... SHE DID!! Not only did she do it for me but continues to do it for every women that steps foot into that program. Her compassion for the work she does is beyond anything I have ever witnessed before. She showed me how to be a better person Spiritually, Mentally, and Financially. These women are hero's and a grateful recovering addict can quickly realize the lengths they go to for ALL women that come through the program. So if your ready and need to go somewhere that is going to truly change your life. You can find it at Angel House as long as your ready.
