This is the place I first went to when I made it known my struggles with mental health. My mother found the closest place, via recommendation from a school counselor, and I have been with them since 2020 I believe. I have since become clean from many self harming behaviors, as well as went into therapy which has helped me so much. I absolutely love Natalie the therapist, she is such a good therapist and I enjoy talking to her even if it’s just about random things sometimes instead of therapy. My psychiatrist has had her moments, and I’m on the edge about switching honestly, but regardless she has helped me get onto some of the right medications and has tried her best to keep me up to date with bloodwork to check for any major concerns regarding my medication. And I appreciate her efforts to help me. I’ve switched through nurses about twice, but my new nurse Dale is wonderful. She’s gentle when taking blood, which is wonderful since I’m prone to passing out!! And she is funny, she has a very uplifting personality from what I can tell. Overall, I am pleased with this establishment. 10/10 on almost all aspects.

The people and staff here were amazingly support and kind. I was lucky to have an awesome roommate as well. No snoring! The other clients here definitely made it easier to acclimate because they are here for the same reason you are. I had the best case manager and therapist! Shout out to Angie and Terrance. Christian and Chris were such great speakers and I learned so much in their group therapy sessions. I would recommend this place but be advised - there is no pool no matter what anyone says.

I had an amazing experience there! Shaq was amazing, Mac was amazing, and and Cody was amazing!! Also, the therapists that I had there was amazing!!! I still went thru issues after I left there because of my own choices, but I have over a year clean now!!! I even work in treatment now myself!! Intake needs some serious attention to personality and customer service. Very dry and clearly over their jobs. The entire nursing and clinic staff inside were amazing. Great personalities, welcoming, engaging, informative, fast, caring, awesome. Their new systems took a while but they were as fast as they could be with me and I appreciated that. The man who did my evaluation was awesome. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Brandi is PHENOMENAL! My boyfriend requested to have his medication delivered via mail and there were difficulties getting it to our residence. From the time he contacted Brandi he was met with kindness, understanding and her willingness to help him. As an alumni of the breakthru house I can speak on them for days. This place taught me to crawl after I fell flat on my face in life. The love and support from the staff there is beyond amazing. There is an anointing on everyone that works there! You can feel it in the air the second you arrive. I was mandated there by the court so the officers delivered me to them. They would not allow me to enter still in shackles. That moment changed everything for me. I was finally free! The staff there taught me how to remain free of those shackles and I am forever grateful for the help they freely gave with no expectations in return other than my success. I have used Jim Morton at ARP Counseling for many years to treat OCD/Anxiety. Jim has been instrumental in helping me to improve my symptoms and maintain my sanity during very difficult periods of my treatment. He is very kind and will work with your psychiatrist as well. He does a lot of research to help come up with the best treatment options. As I am more on a maintenance program at this point I have been able to continue through televisits. I had the unwilling honor to spend Memorial weekend at Crescent Pines and I can't say I COMPLETELY wanted to be there; but I have to say, it actually really isn't a bad place! The staff is really nice and helpful. It was my first time in a place like this and it was absolutely not like anything seen on TV. We had three meals throughout the day and even a snack in the evening. If you didn't need medication they didn't force it down your throat. People don't walk around like zombies and really express themselves when they feel like it. If you're a smoker, they give you smoke breaks. You can't go out whenever you want but at least they allow you to have them. If you do what you're suppose to do, meaning; not showing out and actually following the rules, your time there will go by smoothly. The only downside is not being able to go to your room throughout the day. Like if you're tired, you would have to stay out in the community room and find a place to nap. The office staff are really really nice every time I've encountered them and I've been seeing them for about a year now and Mrs. Ocala, the therapist is amazing I love her to death hopefully I spilled her name correctly lol. And Dr Briggs is very understanding and has been very helpful in trying to manage what is wrong with me and my medications and everything. There have been a couple of scheduling mishaps but nothing that interfered with my sessions or seeing Dr Briggs or anything. They have been amazing so far in trying to help me.
