Dr. Mraz is wonderful in the ER who responded to my care interest and dedication to resolve my issues. She worked outside the status quo system which lead to path of recovery instead of sending me home with resolutions. She passed me on to Dr. Braun and NP Hubert Lin who continued to investigate and control my pain until my infection was identified. The nursing staff during my 4 day stay was exceptional and respectful during this critical and vulnerable time. Thank you CDH for providing great doctors and nurses

My visit yesterday to the Emegency room for my lower abdominal pain ended up requiring a laparoscopic surgery to remove a cyst. The staff that handled my surgery including Dr Sanchez did a wonderful job. From my doctor that I had in the earlier afternoon Joe and my nurse Kim (who took my blood work and did my IV etc) all were very helpful. Anesthesiologist Ben explained everything so well to make me feel better before the surgery and After coming out of surgery nurse Vanessa was very attentive to my thirst and helping me to drink water and making sure I was okay coming out of anesthesia. I feel like I was very well treated. At 32 years old I’ve never had this survey before and now that I am home recovering I am very thankful for the wonderful treatment and care I’ve received

I am not sure i can properly put into words how important my time at footprints was. I do believe they helped me save my life. The entire staff is full of love, care and kindness. They were professional and diligent in my treatment. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone facing struggles with mental health and addiction. I read a few negative reviews before deciding to check myself. I am so grateful i ignored them and checked into footprints.

This place saved my loved ones life. Seriously. He was Deep in addiction when he got here and I was fearful because of the reviews and because his addiction was just so bad I didn’t know if anything was going to help. Before footprints, I was planning to bury my loved one. He is now healthy, clean and sober and has a career. I can never thanks footprints to recovery enough. All the staff was very kind to me when I went to visit and drop stuff off for him. The only reason we’re missing a star is because my loved one had some issues with a staff member named Quan(?) who was being weird to patients. Other than that, amazing experience for my loved one. Thank you guys for saving his life and brightening up mine.

Suncloud has been a life saver. The staff was and is always welcoming and caring. One of the things that has been the most helpful for me has been the aftercare, follow ups and continued connection I get with them. It has become part of my family now and its a lifestyle. One of the things I lost in my life was a sense of being part of my community and having that desire to isolate from people. I dont feel that way anymore because of Suncloud. Now I have friends and people I really trust. Which is huge to me with my trust issues. Suncloud taught me that I cannot do this alone and showed me that I wasnt alone. I am quite disappointed. My daughter was on a waiting list, and I received a call offering an appointment. I was told the only available times were 10:45 AM and either 12:15 PM or 12:25 PM; I can not recall precisely. But I took the 10:45am slot.I asked the receptionist if there were any later appointments after school, but she said no. I replied that it was alright, as my daughter truly needed to see the psychiatrist. I requested a letter for her school, and the receptionist said she would provide it on the day of the visit. However, on the day of the visit, my child's father forgot to ask for the letter. I called to explain the situation and asked if they could provide the letter on Wednesday, as I had an appointment then. The receptionist agreed. I even confirmed this with the therapist. My appointment was rescheduled to Friday, so I did not receive the letter on Wednesday. Today, they informed me that they do not have the letter and, in fact, do not provide such letters. Up to this point, I was okay and never asked names because I didn't want to be rude. Since they always talk too fast when they answer the phones or ask something. However, casually inquiring about colleagues' meal plans or immigration status is highly unprofessional. I have not yet addressed this behavior, as it has not directly impacted me. I had already told my kids' school that I was going to provide the note. Now I look bad. I wonder if they pause to consider whether this is how they would want someone they care about to be treated.

For over 13 years, I struggled with addiction. Walking through the doors of Recovery Centers of America (RCA) a few months ago was the best decision I ever made. Today, I am proud to celebrate six months of sobriety. The staff at RCA are truly world-class. From the nurses, case managers and therapists to the cafeteria team, everyone treats you like family. The facilities—including the cottage living spaces and the massive gymnasium—are pristine, well-lit, and fully operational. What sets RCA apart is how they reintegrate "real life" into recovery. Beyond excellent group therapy, I participated in weekly softball games, open mic nights, "On the Other Side" milestones, and speaker events. We even had supervised outings to hockey games, movies, and bowling & pizza. These experiences proved to me that a sober life can be a full life. I want to thank the RCA team and my peers for being a vital part of my success.

Extremely helpful couple working the mid-counter were able Guide me to the secondary eye clinic, Brenda was super friendly getting me checked into the acute Eye clinic. Additionally while I waited the workers at the coffee lounge we're exceedingly helpful and very cheerful. There was a new female who was very cheerful and was thanking the veterans for there service. In ( the main eye clinc) Dr.Dessler was very thorough ask and educating me on the 4 treatments. Both eye clinics were very transparent. And that is something to be stated. I highly recommend the eye clinics here. 11Nov2025 Downgraded to 1 star Review After " Alexis " (Women Clinic) left a voicemail attempting to get me into an appointment. Alexis left me on hold for 10 minutes. Then lied about an open December appointment. Utilizing words like we only have one doctor that can see people "like you". She then stated that they only have openings for late February. I have never asked for services as a female or Transgender. I'm a guy, period. There is no reason for gender stereotyping because I choose to dress or look a certain way. As such the TSP CPT Dr.Jefferies chose to act with violence during one of our sessions. This is very vindictive behavior. Other than the outstanding lab department & Dr.Riz I do not recommend this location for now. ---------------------- 3Jul2025 (5 Five Review) A great man walked these halls. DR.B will be remembered and mark a standard of care that is yet to be seen at this location. No ceremony for a person who did the right thing always. What a joke how you treat a Doctor who served Veterans for 10 + years. Go to the back where the staff & doctors are sleeping sprawled out on all benches ( like hobos) specifically built gazebos for veterans. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking a space designed for veterans especially ones that are homeless. ----------------------------- Old Review LGBTQ + Communities are out of this world. Had oral surgery at Hines yesterday. While it still hurts some my experience was positive. Dr. Shahbazian is just fantastic. The procedure was painless and went a lot faster then I thought it would. The people working in the Dental clinic really care and treated me wonderfully. Unfortunately, after the procedure I had gauze in my mouth so I couldn't thank them as much as I wanted to.

This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

I had a wonderful experience with my program! Everyone was amazing and i truly wouldn’t be in such a good place in my life without the help from this facility! Life feels beautiful again and i couldn’t be more thankful! Brad is a wonderful human and you can really feel how much everyone there cares. BEST EXPERIENCE!!! This center was perfect for me because I am not a very social person and the small group sessions were perfect. Also, the small group allowed for me to learn more and get the most from the program. The instructors are very well versed and knowledgeable about addiction. I looked forward to going every day. Our group became very close knit and we do activities together outside of class. If you do not want to be just a seat filler and actually get something out of your recovery journey, this is the place.

When I first came to Care Addiction Center, I’ll be honest, I arrived pretty much kicking, screaming and non compliant. I was in a very dark place, but what I found was an organization filled with people who truly care from my counslers Alice and Tori, to my fellow Group members . From the moment I walked in, everyone was accepting, kind, and understanding. Even when circumstances were working against me, like my insurance trying to force me to go elsewhere despite the clear progress I was making, the staff never gave up on me. Matt, who is genuinely dedicated to helping people heal, reassured me not to worry and even offered me a scholarship to continue. His only concern was that I continued to get better. The compassion and support I experienced at Care made all the difference, and I am deeply grateful. The care addiction center is a Life changing, Life saving orginization.

I choose to take part of the Symetria program voluntarily and it was one of the best decisions of my life! Not only are the staff like family, so are the individuals that pick Symetria too. Now days, customer service is pathetic and people are rude and most push you out the door, but not here. This place has the warm feeling like "The door is always open", and "how can we help you", We are here for you, it doesn't matter the time or the day, we care about you. You're a shining star and a success, not a failure. This place is secure, confidential, clean and has several options to help you along your journey. You are able to volunteer your time, make new friends and can help save a life, change a life and feel proud of who you are. Brian and John from Naperville are excellent group leaders (you are lucky if you get to meet them), and (Chris from Vernon Hills is a great counselor, who will make the time to ensure your needs are met). Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

The Joliet Symetria location saved my life!! What a great bunch of people!! They work with you, and guide you through everything!! Heck Tonette even got me an Uber one time because my car was broke down and I was going to miss my dosing. I know I have heard good and bad about Symetria but this location (Joliet) goes out of their way to make sure patients and good. The despair, trying to improve... Why??? Just for saying what's going on here, taken advantage of, false promises, came back here in good faith like many.. put forth so much to rebuild etc... new health conditions, put down for a certain one..

I stayed in Crisis Residential for a month (I got an extended week) and I learned so much and had SUCH a great time, I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're in need of a timeout. Lots and lots of groups, very well structured, the rules are really easy to understand and follow, and the staff genuinely cares about how you're feeling during your stay as well. You get to see your psychiatrist once a week to make sure your medication is helping, and the psychiatrists they have on staff are wonderful, as well as your therapist and if you're in the substance abuse program, they're kind too, from what I've heard. Once again, thank you Ecker, for helping me learn to manage my anxiety and various other symptoms. You've done a great job for a lot of people! 10/5 stars!

I entered Compass when it became obvious that my anxiety and depression were starting to seriously affect my life. I didn't know what to expect exactly, but I had people close to me who told me that they had been helped there. While I went in initially expecting to be "fixed", what I found might have been even better. A fixed thing can be broken again. Instead, I found an inclusive and welcoming space. Very low-stakes and low pressure where I could give voice to my deepest anxieties without judgement, and find support and validation instead. And rather than simply being "fixed", I was taught a range of tools and lessons that I can apply for the rest of my life. The bad feelings aren't gone, but now I have a defense against them that will keep them from controlling my life. It's an emotionally intense process, and there's no guarantee how long it'll take, but if you can make it work and you enter the program in good faith with an open mind, it may be able to help you too (Having experienced both, I highly recommend their in-person programs over virtual)

The staff are very supportive and I had a productive time there. The billing department and staff are not supportive and are a complete mess. I had met my OOP with my first session there but they continued to try to bill me periodically despite my repeated explanations. I finished with the program last week and I suddenly started getting billed again. Now they are demanding that I prove to them that I met my OOP, which is something they can easily verify.

So I want to let anyone know who is looking into treatment Banyan was such a fantastic experience for me. I owe them such a debt of GRATITUDE. I am a middle-aged woman with kids who was struggling with drinking - life was just sad for me due to some pretty terrible trauma-I knew I needed to make a change and I came to Banyan. I was scared & ashamed. They treated me with such kindness. The program was well structured & professional. The financial obligation was manageable. Everyone there continues to check on my progress. I have completely been sober since I left and have a completely new life - A+ Banyan. I continue to have great friendships from my time there. Here is one thing i say to people who ask me about getting sober. I have not met one person -not one single person -who regrets getting sober. There are millions of people- hundreds of millions of people - right now regretting drinking, why not make the change now? people get sober for a lot of different reasons.

Banyan in lisle iL, is absolutely amazing! From the 30 day residential to the PHP THEY WERE SO WECOMING! The classes and groups are great. PHP is awesome to they take us to church, grocery shopping, Walmart, and we do events!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone getting sober.

I walked into this place just looking to obtain an ID. I did not know much about this place. It is something I did not know I needed to secure a life of sobriety. It completely changed my whole perspective in life, taught me what it was in myself that kept me in the darkness. Above and beyond gave me the knowledge and tools to find the wisdom in all things. I had to attend because of my job for substance abuse treatment and it was great, I actually enjoyed listening to ways of coping with stress and addiction, my counselor was Faith and she was really great and understanding. I would definitely recommend lighthouse to anyone struggling with any addiction or mental health problems
