I recommend ICFR I've had a great experience from the intake to the techs and staff especially the nurses in intake. Down to case management. All away across the board the experience is what you make it and I ve had support the way. I came with nothing and left with love. The first program to actually work for me. I've been through programs.. so many of them throughout my life, yet this is the one that changed me. There aren't enough stars on the options for me to post publicly for the gratitude I have to the amethyst House and all the people associated. I can only hope that someone out there reading this, can use my personal experience with, and reference to the Amethyst House to save more lives.

I was a resident at the women's house and completed IOP, CBT and aftercare at the outpatient facility...Amethyst completely changed my life for the best. I was finally able to learn how to live a sober life and was given a great support system, even after graduating the program. The people who work for Amethyst truly care about their clients and I am so thankful I was able to be apart of the program.
I am now 15 months clean and sober and I don't think I would have made it this far if I hadn't went through this program.

Ok so let me just say as I parent I was mortified about sending my child here. I saw the reviews and at first I walked out I said my child will never be in this place because I was so afraid. A little while later the behaviors came back and I had to get her help. The worst part of the whole process was the intake the locked interrogation rooms were just nerve racking. While my child was in there the nurses were working with her so wonderfully. They kept me updated on moves and how she was doing. They were respectful and prompt the doctor called me and discussed everything they had done with her and what our next steps are. My daughter came home talking about accountability and how actions have consequences and moving forward. I am grateful to the doctors and staff.

My husband spent a couple of weeks in 2023 at Bell Trace for rehab after lung surgery.
I have only good comments about the care he received. Every member of their staff made us feel completely at home from the moment we walked into the reception area.
He received excellent care, from rehab to nursing to dietary needs.
Each and every staff member came in with a positive attitude, giving the impression that they love what they do.
Whether they were delivering meals, giving him his meds, or helping him bathe, each staff member treated my husband with total respect.
We enjoyed having lunch in the Bistro, where we could visit with other patients while we enjoyed a delicious meal.
We are grateful to the nurse at IU medical center in Indy for recommending Bell Trace to us.

My mom has lived at Bell Trace for a few years now and she loves it! She lived independently before this and of course was apprehensive about moving in but she very much still lives independently but with access to so much more! There are a ton of social activities, outings, they have access to transportation to go shopping and the staff is lovely. I especially love the dining staff! They genuinely get to know the residents and treat them with respect every time they interact with them. Recently, when my mom had a fall and needed additional help, it was comforting to know she could receive it right in her apartment. It was truly the best decision to move her there, it is such a caring and warm place.

Just started here, and it is the most gracious treatment I've ever gotten in mental health. I feel treated like a whole human rather than a task to get through.
Being able to switch an in-person appointment to a video call on short notice makes a huge difference, and it's an option I've never been given elsewhere. Getting at least a little therapy even if I'm very late means so much to me.
I feel like the appointment policy was written with an understanding of people like me who struggle but still show up as much as we can, and it has changed how I feel about therapy in general to be met where I'm at by the office staff just as much as the providers.

When the program started in this place I thought it would be a waste of time but in fact, it was the opposite, they were friendly, friendly, caring and compassionate, they are sincerely interested in patients since they come in the door. I love love this place so much! I was so hesitant to stay when I arrived but surely was convinced by the staff to stay. By far it was one of the best decisions I could’ve ever made! I love what the Harbor Light Center is doing for our community! I know several people who have gone through this program and they have been transformed by the incredible love and care they received there. This is a top-notch detox and addiction treatment program and it shows. Harbor Light welcomes anyone - no matter what their background is or how many times they've been through recovery. The staff doesn't give up on anyone! Everyone says that the big difference between The Salvation Army's program and the others they'd experienced was how faith became a part of their recovery for the first time. Recovery is so much easier when you know that you're never alone in your journey. We are truly blessed to have an affordable and quality program like this right here in Indiana.

I usually don't do reviews, but the staff here is phenomenal. And I want to give a special thank you to Miss Tonya and Miss Zuri. They treated me like their own son. They were there to talk about anything from sports to pets to life. Love you guys and thank you so much for everything!!! See you again!!

Stayed at this places for 4 months and will never forgot it. Unfortunately everyone in there with me that I had numbers from has relapsed and died from Heroin. I had no want to get clean, just tried to get my mother off my back. This was in 2012. November 15th 2017 I wanted it for myself. Went to a place here locally with a bag of clothes and a moped. Worked the steps. Went to 12-14 meetings a week (no joke) fell in love with recovery. After looking back, I seen some great people there. The counselor Sid really seemed to care and told it how it was. Wish I would’ve got it together then but God had different plans. I now have bought my own house, have my license and 3 different cars. Bought more property to make my yard bigger and build a new house on. Everything in my life has gotten better doing the next right thing. Getting married in October. Wish I would’ve done more step work but I eventually got it done. Much love ya’ll. A lot of them called me Big Country or Flacco. I guess it means white not in Spanish? lol I had a lot of fun and Holy Spirit interactions at this place

As a first year therapist working at TWC, I have grown a lot. TWC is a great place to work. Everyone is willing to help and step in when you’re in need. I have benefited greatly from this center! My 1:1 with Angel have mentally and emotionally progressed and prepared me for the ups and downs of life. And the groups they offer (DBT/Recovery Management) have exceeded my expectations of the usable knowledge I can utilize in my day to day life.
