I have went to bowen for years in Huntington and it was nothing but problems and issue after issue just trying to get mess refilled and doctors that never listened to your concerns or cared much so I was expecting the same here. Boy was I wrong! Started coming here because I moved to wabash and I am beyond impressed with this Bowen. My psych practitioner was attentive and super informative and even asked me to ask her any question about her I wanted to know as an icebreaker which I thought was really cool. She informed me they now do primary care as well and I needed a new primary care as well and so glad I went here. The NP was nothing short of spectacular, friendly, caring, informative and super attentive to my health concerns. She addressed every single problem I had and listened intently instead of
putting off my concerns like a lot of doctors normally seem to do. So happy with this bowen and never in my life would I have thought i would ever give a good review to a Bowen.

I am a patient here and i love it so far, my therapist is nice and very helpful with setting goals. The staff at the front are also very polite as long as your nice to them and very willing to help if you treat them with respect. For families or friends who want their loved ones to come here, please remember that people who arent patients tend to get mad over things they cant understand, like hippa laws or mental illnesses they dont have. So far, therapy has been great for me here!

My daughter is now 5 years old, she’s been seeing Jill for the last 1.5 year. To say that she’s one of the best is an understatement. I personally have been in therapy for anxiety and there’s no one who compares to her. My daughter went through something very devastating & Jill has been our light through it. My psychiatrist recommended Suncloud because I was going through a really tough time in my life. I was hesitant because I was at another treatment facility and didn't have a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to Suncloud because the staff were all so kind and genuinely cared about helping you. Their process groups can be tough but are so helpful in working through your trauma. It's been a year now since I started treatment and I can confidently say that I learned the skills and created an amazing support group that have helped me be in such a better place. Even after you're out of treatment, they have an awesome alumni group with plenty of opportunities to connect with others that have gone through similar things. I highly recommend Suncloud.

AVOID at all costs. My intake coordinator, Aida, came off as judgmental, insincere, and flat out lied to me. After a traumatizing intake appointment that felt more like an interrogation, I was told by Aida that she could see I was in pain and she wanted to reassure me that based on my presentation/health history I would be a great fit for their program and that she was immediately going to work on my placement. She told me she would call me back later that same day with an update. I did not receive a call back. I called the office the next day asking for an update and I was told by someone else, maybe Kellie, that “we wont be able to help someone like you”. I asked if there could be any way to reconsider as I was specifically referred here by my psych and therapist and she said she would ask her supervisor and get back to me. I didn’t hear back for 2 days and again I was told they could not help me. They asked if I would like referrals to which I said yes, however referrals were never received. My psychiatrist sent an email inquiring why I was denied and now all of a sudden they say I’m a match for their residential program. Don’t let them drop the ball on you too.
Keep in mind this is all happening while I’m at my lowest point just trying to find help for myself. This experience made asking for help extremely painful and quite frankly traumatizing. I ended up finding compass health center in Oakbrook- 11/10 care and they don’t treat you poorly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved arriving. Everyone was understanding, nobody was rude at all. I came in today fearing that everyone was rude because of all the reviews left, but left the happiest I could be! Both Feeny, her student/assistant and her nurse practioner and her assistant were absolute sweetheart, totally understanding. I love that they're so accepting of LGBT peoples as well, which is a huge reason I decided to come to Meredian. I have never been to a better doctor's office. :)

This place is your one-stop-shop for all things health related. I get my teeth cleaned here, my blood work, yearly physicals with full mental and physical tests and questions. The docs are great, front desk service is always on point. I even pick up my prescriptions here and the gentleman behind that desk is wonderful as well. Before Hickory I’ve never experienced any sort of rehabilitation. In ANY aspect of my life. I was WRECKED. So my expectations were very “surfaced”. The tools and practices the staff, therapists, BHT’s and even the front desk and office staff provide go beyond just the addiction part. Even when some of us are at our absolute lowest and have lost sight of everything and everyone else…. It’s impossible, even then to lose sight of someone making us feel GENUINELY cared about. I have and will continue to recommend Hickory House to people that are struggling with addiction because of what they have done and meant to me in my life. I just completed the 28 day program and the staff and everyone there were great people and the food was also very good they are going through allot of remodeling and things we're a little hectic which is understandable but other than that it was a life changing experience

I love what the Harbor Light Center is doing for our community! I know several people who have gone through this program and they have been transformed by the incredible love and care they received there. This is a top-notch detox and addiction treatment program and it shows. Harbor Light welcomes anyone - no matter what their background is or how many times they've been through recovery. The staff doesn't give up on anyone! Everyone says that the big difference between The Salvation Army's program and the others they'd experienced was how faith became a part of their recovery for the first time. Recovery is so much easier when you know that you're never alone in your journey. We are truly blessed to have an affordable and quality program like this right here in Indiana.

Let me just say I was a patient at Medmark for years and above everything no matter what because they open at 4:45 AM says it all. They generally want to meet everyday people’s needs to live a normal life.In and out the door before 5am to do what you need to do w your life. Try and find another clinic that does that for you. You won’t. Working men and women this your clinic. Just no weed. Sorry.

I do not typically do these reviews however I felt very strongly I needed to. I have been in the program for over 7 years. The program honestly saved my life after trying several other things. My addiction became like most had back problems and my doctors were very free to prescribe the opioids and benzodiazepines. Xanax was actually the worst for me hospitalized for over 10 days due to all the seizures. Anyways the nurses Yolanda Jackie Val are sweethearts and have never judged me once. Yolanda is the one person who always tells me she is proud of me I don’t even hear that from family. Kim who runs front desk is also great. In my experience I have had around 6 counselors and sorry to say this is the downfall here. I don’t know if they are overworked micromanaged or just don’t care but I have had to go elsewhere for my counseling. I have promise for my new counselor April who is new to this location. Since starting she has been on top on my case not letting anything slide. She gets accomplished what the 5 others took months to do and I appreciate that. Non judgmental follow-up and just caring she accomplishes where most can’t and this is what keeps me clean and alive and I thank her for that more than I can say. Doctor is a different story for a different day I will just say to the women ask that a third person be in the room. That’s all!
