This place is a great place to go if you need help with substance abuse or just mental health as well. When I went, I unfortunately didn’t take it very seriously but the people that did take it seriously have been very successful. Kyler was a great mentor while I was there, and he along with the other techs all seem very genuine and honest and willing to help in anyway they can. I am extremely grateful for this place, as well as Kyler especially. I don’t think I would be where I am today without him as a mentor.

I have went to bowen for years in Huntington and it was nothing but problems and issue after issue just trying to get mess refilled and doctors that never listened to your concerns or cared much so I was expecting the same here. Boy was I wrong! Started coming here because I moved to wabash and I am beyond impressed with this Bowen. My psych practitioner was attentive and super informative and even asked me to ask her any question about her I wanted to know as an icebreaker which I thought was really cool. She informed me they now do primary care as well and I needed a new primary care as well and so glad I went here. The NP was nothing short of spectacular, friendly, caring, informative and super attentive to my health concerns. She addressed every single problem I had and listened intently instead ofputting off my concerns like a lot of doctors normally seem to do. So happy with this bowen and never in my life would I have thought i would ever give a good review to a Bowen.

For all the bad publicity you see in the news, you wouldn't be able to tell by visiting this location. I've been using them for 6.5 years. Urgent care is faster than local walk-in clinics OR the hospital, and the staff has always been caring and attentive. The VA is a great benefit for veterans.

Boca Recovery was my saving grace. I was given the ultimatum that if couldn’t get clean from alcohol and marijuana, then I would be removed from my children’s lives and have no chance of getting custody back. As an addict I just didn’t see me able to do this alone. I Google searched top rehabs in Oklahoma, and came across Boca Recovery. When I spoke to a recruiter they informed me that the facility was not in Oklahoma, but he told me not to panic. If I was ready, then all I had to worry about was making sure I was going to board on my scheduled flight. It seemed too good to be true, but sure enough they delivered and made sure I made it there safely. As soon as I stepped foot into the facility the staff treated me with the best care. Not only that, but the facility was very well maintained. You’re seen by a nurse the first day, and they set you up with everything you’ll need for the detox process. All therapist and case managers work together to build the best treatment plan that suits the patient/client. Not to mention the food they provide is amazing! Thanks to Boca recovery I have passed every UA since I’ve been out, and am able to be involved in my children’s lives again. Before arriving to Boca I didn’t see any of this being possible. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with addiction!

BOCA saved my life. It offered me safety, stability, and daily expectations that I needed desperately. From the first day of entering the program the techs were welcoming, understanding, and supportive which eased my anxiety and allowed me to relax. The clinical staff I worked with is amazing and they helped me begin to understand why I needed to be there and pushed me to see that I also deserved happiness and peace of mind. The community that was created during my stay is one that is with me for life. Lifelong friendships have been created and we stay in touch to this day which has been critical for my sense of belonging. Thank you to BOCA in the city of Bloomington, Indiana; you are the starting point to my path of recovery. 81 days and counting.

I feel that I owe this place so much! They are lifesavers for me! The good Lord sent them here because He knew I would eventually need them so very much, so much that my life depended on them. They saved my life! They stuck by me through the years! People, medication and therapists are both sought and gained only through trial and error. It took me a number of years to get it all straight and now I couldn't be happier!I've tried places in Kokomo and Wabash and by far, Four County is the best place around for your mental health. I definitely recommend!

I have had good experiences here at this center. I have Dr. Ghori and she is very kind! The nurses are always nice and like to conversate at this location. I definitely prefer this location over the Fort Wayne location. I go here for mental health care, and to get medication overlook. I have never had issues getting my prescriptions, getting appointments cancelled or scheduled or problems with my doctor herself. If you stick with the care and go to your appointments, take your medicines and listen to your doctor you will feel so much better. My anxiety is barely there now due to the medication I finally have been prescribed and I am so happy about that. This Bowen Center has a much more calm atmosphere compared to the Fort Wayne location so that is also an A+!

I was only here for two weeks and left on my own, but this place did so much for me in that time and I ll never be able to thank them enough. Is this place perfect? Far from it, a lot of tweaks they will need to make in time. The biggest highlight of the place is the staff, for the most part, just about everyone that works there has been through it, and you can tell they actually care.I can t remember everyone s names, but shoutout to all the techs, Kari and Cameron were wonderful to me, to the nursing staff, Chad and Chantel, The facilitators, therapists, AND THE COOKS! Everyday I was there, I felt spoiled getting to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Mya and Mike were wonderful. My only major gripe about the place is the director of the facility. He needs to hold himself to a higher standard and stop talking to clients the way he does. I feel everyone there has Stockholm syndrome when it comes to that guy and makes all types of excuses for him.Last but not least, thank you to Sarah which is a group leader/therapist. She was the shining star of that establishment. The stuff she has been through and the fact that she comes to work everyday motivated to help the people there is nothing short of admirable/inspiring. I wasn t sure about her at first and she quickly grew to be my favorite. God bless her. This is a great place, and if you read and listen to any review, have it be mine.

Our adult daughter was admitted to the inpatient part of Selah almost 4 months ago. It was a scary time for all of us. Looking back, I can only say that they all took great care of our daughter and we will be forever grateful to everyone there for all they did to play a part in saving her life. All of it was hard and difficult for her and all of her loved ones at home. But step by step, she and us learned to trust the process and healing began for all of us. Our daughter is now back home and is continuing the healing journey but she will be forever changed by Selah and all she experienced there. As a mom, I would encourage you to fully support the process and allow Selah with the help of our Heavenly Father to heal your daughter.

There is something special about this place that is not explainable unless you visit. It is the amount of kindness and care present there. We have been to a few other facilities and they all seem the same in the sense that they are rigid, medical, often crabby people at times who are there for a paycheck... But that is not descriptive of this place. The people truly care about what they do. And not just one or two staff.- it is throughout. And that is honestly the most important piece of the eating disorder recovery - to feel cared about and understood; acknowledged.Thank You Selah for saving our daughter's life! She discharges tomorrow - and this account is not my actual name - but you probably know who! Nancy thanked me today for letting them care for our child. She is the one who needs the thanks. They all do... too many names to name them all and I would accidentally leave some out.Our family will always say an extra prayer for the staff, youth, and families whom.have made their way to the Selah House. God is definitely present here. Your child will be in good hands.

I had an overall good experience at Selah house. It was obvious how much all the staff care about the clients. The main reason I didn t give it 5 stars is because they have serious staffing issues. I was inpatient and had a feeding tube so I could only go on outings if there was a nurse present and enough rcs. There were at least 3 times I couldn t go because of staffing. The treatment program itself is extremely beneficial. Overall selah is an amazing program and would highly recommended it. I want to thank all of the rcs s who put in so much work into making it a homelike setting for all the clients. I had to go to the emergency room after fainted and Staci ended up taking me after her 16 hour shift. You can tell everyone truly cares and wants nothing but the best for you. If you want to recover selah is truly the place to go. Selah truly saved my life. I never at once felt like I was judged. I always felt safe. Huge thanks to Marci, Todd and All the nurses. You truly have such a positive impact on everyones lives.

I was going to this clinic for 7yrs. I eventually found a point in my life I was ready to taper off the medicine and live my life completely free of mind altering substances. Well not completely free yet. I enjoy my cigs and coffee lol. They will try to counsel you and help you from living a potential terrible lifestyle addicted to opiates. If you want to come off drugs you can. You have to put your mind to it.I started tapering from the methadone even by attempting to lower my dose just 1mg a medically advised method. Which I would recommend. I went from 70mg to 45mg medically advised then I decided to taper faster. The tapering process obviously helped. I know this because I was taking methadone and other opiates in the past and had to quit cold turkey do to being incarcerated. I m grateful for this place as it helped me. I hope it can help the next person.

I recently got discharged from a 4-day stay here. From the minute I was admitted I was told what was going on and questions were most certainly welcomed. I got a tour of the unit and my bedroom and was introduced to my roommate right away. I have a gluten and lactose intolerance, and the staff sat down and asked what I would like to eat and accommodated my needs. The food is great and there's plenty of options. Anytime you need something you can walk over to the nurse's station and they'll be able to help you. My nurses and the techs and the doctor were exceptional! I especially want to thank Katey, the group organizer. She and I painted and sat and talked and she said she really wanted to be a part of my healing journey and found material for our groups to help me out. I enjoyed the relaxed schedule where groups are in the morning and early afternoon and if they don't fit your needs you don't have to attend. I was able to take naps when I was tired or feeling unwell, and one night they let me sleep on the couch because I felt more comfortable doing so. I was also able to take showers at my request and recieve fresh scrubs, socks, and undergarments daily. You can also take in a phone call list and call your friends and family any time you'd like. I can't express how good this place is, and how amazing it is that I got in when they only have 7 beds at the moment. If you're looking for help for you or someone else and the person needing help is 18 or older, please go here! It's worth the drive to get the help you need!

I had a client of my nonprofit, LITE, who needed access to a safe place overnight until we could find him a residential recovery program. He'd completed a detox program but we hadn't secured a "bed" for him at this next stop. Jill was welcoming and helpful and we were able to provide our client a comforting, safe space. He is now working through his recovery at the next stop thanks to this facility!

I had Paige as my therapist and she was amazing. Very easy to talk to and didnt force the direction of the topics. Our conversations would flow smoothly and she could steer me toward what was really bothering me. I dont know if I would be here today without her.

So I started seeing a therapist about 15 months ago because I just wasn't where I needed to be in life. I had made some questionable choices and because of those I was heading down a dark road, much darker than I even realized at the time. I had no idea what to expect; who else would be there, how is this person going to judge me, what if they see me at the store, are they going to be thinking, really how much longer is this hour? I am going to get asked questions I don't want to talk about, what if I start crying, is that going to be uncomfortable? And every other possible scenario went through my head on the way there.I have never once felt judged, or looked down upon, or felt uncomfortable. I was able to talk about what I needed to without having to explain myself every time I wanted to say something. I was able to ask what I wanted without feeling ashamed of myself or my situation. My therapist didn't push for more than I wanted to share, she was able to give me articles to read, and topics to research. I wasn't told to do this or that, it was always a discussion, and we were able to talk through different situations that could be related to mine.I have learned so much about myself and how to react when situations occur, and the reason why some of my reactions are what they are. I have learned that my mental health is just as important as my physical health and my emotional health. I have learned it's ok to have an opinion and to not sway from those. I learned that just because I ignore the problem it doesn't go away or get better, I have learned to face uncomfortable conversations and that not everything has to be explained.I have been given the resources and have taken the time and have built a new foundation for my life. A solid foundation of self worth and self love, sounds cliche but it is what it is. There are no words to express my gratitude for the services I have received from Headwaters counseling.
