I loved my experience, you need to realize it is a treatment center and no matter how nice it's a hard thing to do but rac is an amazing treatment facility and the staff from the techs to the case managers to the therapists really do care. I came through this facility twice. Back in 2022 I did 28 days when that was still apart of the program and completed. I came back Jan 8th, 2023 with the intentions of leaving the next day to go to a sober living because of transportation issues the day before and had no where to go. The staff greeted me with open arms and convinced me that I was right where God intended for me to be, not to mention I had a warrant. Within a week, the case department got my warrant revoked and got me back on the docket with a new court date. So I decided to do the short term again. After a couple of weeks, my brothers in the program had me really take a look at what God was doing for me and how far id come in such a short time and convinced me to sign up for long term. Life finally started to look up for me at this point. I trudged thru, learned to life skills on how to stay sober, and made some life long friends. Now... I came to Isaiah House main campus in July of 2024 hurt, broken and totally at the end of the road. I have used alcohol and drugs the past 45 years of my life trying to stop on my own lots of times but couldn't do it. When I walked through the doors I was amazed by the staff how they welcomed me. Now 8 months later after they literally loved me back to life I am proud to say that I am sober which my family thought would be impossible and very proud to be a staff member and will graduate in June of the long term program. This place will always hold a special place in my heart for giving me a second chance at life when I didn't think I was worth one. If you aren't ready to take a program seriously, it will not be an easy time. They're going to show you life how it really is and situations you're going to have to learn to deal with sober. There's no sugarcoating to it. Be ready to put in the work. It's not an easy road by any means but, if you work on it, you'll get everything you need out of the program to cope better with life and make the best choices for yourself.

Have been a patient at Crossroads since July 2019... When I first started there the lady that ran the place didn't know what she was doing and most of the time you had to wait. Then after going there about 6 months the wait times to get dosed was really ridiculous, 2, 3 + hours to dose. Well Now there is someone new running the place for a few years now. He cares about the facility and the patients. The waits times are way down, reasonable wait times, the staff there now is more friendly and the place has been completely remodeled. Looks more like A professional Healthcare facility. The people there treat you like everyone should be treated and not like your just a nobody because you are or were an addict. I don't know where I'd be if it weren't for Crossroads and the staff there. I'm very grateful for the help they've given me to turn my life around and have 5 years Sobriety today because they are here helping me to stay on the Path of Sobriety.

Honestly when I walked in this place I thought it was gonna be like the multiple other places I've been. And as I expected the 1st communication was with my 1st therapist who didn't work for me. The office manager Megan immediately got me switched over to another therapist who is better. Megan has gone above and beyond for myself and multiple other people that I have spoke with since starting there in April. I also would like to say that the lab technician Desiree is always a bright spot in my day when I come in. And finally the doctor Chris has been always willing to listen when needed and speak wisdom to me when neededOver all I would recommend this place to anyone who is completely ready to live a better life and have the support necessary to achieve this.

My only suggestions would be to offer more diabetic friendly options. I absolutely loved the staff!! I do wish art therapy was done everyday. For those of us that are older with physical limitations gym days are waste other than watching. As for shoutouts to the staff, they ALL deserve a raise. I ve been on 2E, 2W and Military. I haven t had a bad experience with any of them. Can I move in permanently?

I was nervous about how my stay would go at a mental health facility, well let me say this place was absolutely wonderful from top to bottom! Every staff member I encountered was respectful and kind. The food was good. The facility was clean. I would go back if I needed it. 10 out of 10! 100%

When I walked into the Shelley Center, I felt like I could breath again! I was out of touch with reality and on an ankle monitor. Even the Judge didn't trust me to go where I was supposed to go. Over 2 years later, here I am, sober, a genuine smile, not only happy but joyful, a trusted friend, family member and employee!
