The freedom center has been one of the most significant positive events and powerful developmental changes in my life. Walking through the front doors i remember the welcome energy, the environment, everything felt weirdly right. Each group didn’t feel like a forced religious obligation, instead I began connecting with my sober self, enjoying my time, loving myself. All this is thanks 100% to the staff who weren’t just recovering addicts and alcoholics themselves, but were genuinely amazing and happy people. My counselor Brian from day 1 spoke to me on the same level and never above me, giving me the feeling of wanting to be open, and ultimately wanting to be here and feeling comfortable enough to find him when needed and let stuff out. During groups Federico talked to all of us on the realist level possible. Mary was beyond just an amazing group leader with interactive activities that kept me in touch with myself but from the moment I showed up seeing her going out of her way to make sure every client is okay and finding ways to take all this struggle and find joy and humor throughout it was one of the most inspiring things I’ve ever experienced in my entire time in rehab/recovery. To have the ability to find common ground with every single client including myself and make them feel at home purely with energy and outlook alone truly is one of a kind, especially when I’d see ones who wanted to and were about to leave and just talking with Mary just her saying a few words changing their decision without any forced approach. Ginina the bht was amazing from day 1 as well, outgoing, approachable, empathetic, truly such an incredibly nice person that I looked forward to seeing at the front every time I walked in the door. Looking out for me, asking about me, and being there for me and truly above n beyond. Casandra was wonderful too always connecting with me and making time for me even if I’m too much most of the time. She also has so much knowledge and have loved being able to connect with nutritional knowledge learning more and more every time I talk to her. While at the same time as well going above and beyond helping anyone on this recovery journey with no biased and true heart behind it all. These are just a few of the many staff that made my time here go from going through the motions to wanting to stay sober and being happy and find myself and love myself throughout. When I walk into the doors of the freedom center I can’t help but smile and feel happier than I’ve been in a long time, always looking forward to seeing all the best people waiting for me every single day, which if it weren’t for them, I can’t say my journey in sobriety would have gone down such a life changing and fulfilling path. The freedom center was my second chance I’m so grateful for getting, a new chapter, a new me, and thanks to even the higher ups like Corey and Kirby and Josh(who of which I will be forever grateful for everything he’s done for me) who are some of the best people ever to be running this center and just always being there for me on their own time, and making it possible to continue coming here helping with housing and employment and just overall proof of pure love throughout the entire center and revealing a community I hope never to leave.*(I also would like to note that Sydney was an amazing impact on me as well and even with less interaction than most always finds ways to help me and put a smile on my face while never failing to teach and guide me on this recovery path)**

My name is Andrew and I am The Executive Director of Concerted Care Group in Cumberland, Maryland. We have referred several of our patients to TruHealing in Hagerstown and our patients have said great things about this facility. Additionally, I was able to tour TruHealings' PHP addictions program and Residential addictions program personally. Both programs boast spacious buildings that are clean and organized as well as friendly staff who are familiar with recovery and ready to give to those in need. I would highly reccommend this program to anyone struggling with addiction.

Reading the reviews, alot of people has spoken great about this program. I would like to know with those who are new admissions, in the enrolling process that don't have transportation and stay in BaltimoreCity and would like to only attend the Hagerstown location does TruHealingHagerstown supply those people with transportation or they have to find their own way of transportation there? Also, I would like to know about the employment availability in Hagerstown? Once there will I be able to find employment? Do TruHealingHagerstown has connections or information of employers willing to hire those who want to work or there is a amount of time that has to completed without error or replased in the TruHealingHagerstown before you are even able to work?

Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I’ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Starting with the counselors and case managers, my counselor Ms Mo she is tough but the most helpful and supportive person and I needed your toughness and more importantly she knew I needed that as well and for that I thank her and Mrs bam omg she is the sweetest person ever and helped me everytime and always was there when I needed to talk which was a lot and for that thank you so much. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

I have been going to this clinic for 9 years, and have always been treated very well— like I hope all Veterans would be. When I sit in the waiting room before an appointment, I’ve always gotten a positive vibe about how the other Veterans are treated. The Audiologist, Dr Doepping, is excellent: technically savvy, and very concerned about her patients (I’m friends with several of her other patients, and we all agree on this). This is a model health care clinic.

My Aunt Betty last has lived at Record Street Home, an assisted living facility, for 3 years. She says that the nurses treat her like they are her best friend and the same caring and respect as a caring mother. If you are looking for a home, this is great place to come. You never have to worry about moving. They take care of any stepped care, including memory or medical care. She recently came out of the hospital after a heart attack and they nursed back to simply managed care.

Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. I'm telling y'all what, if Mary goes, idk how much longer everyone will stay. Mary is the best!

I'm going to give this place a 4 out of 5☆ This treatment center helped me tremendously!!! They are absolutely amazing here! New Seasons helped me change my life forever for the better on 3-19-24!♡ And I will forever cherish that!! & also be forever thankful & grateful!🙏🏻 I would not be where I am today without them! Since i was 16 years old. Almost 14 years i battled with addiction to opioids(pain killers) and as of 6-11-24, I am, 2 months & 22 days clean!♡ Methadone ONLY!♡ So Thank you New Seasons for everything you guys did for me! I appreciate you guys so much!.♡ Thank you for helping me change my life!♡ There are a few downfalls though.. 1. is the intake process.. Which takes 3-5 hours!!! & it will seem like it's taking forever & a year lol 😆 but that is the worst part & once you get through that the hardest part is over!!! I was hoping & praying so hard that the methadone was going to help me & I am beyond thankful that it did & it still does!🙏🏻 I dont think about a pill, i dont wish for a pill, i dont want a pill & i dont NEED a pill!!!💪 2. All the nurses go on break all at once except for 1 so there is only 1 window open for you to dose at so you have to be there before 10:30 or 11am if you want to get in and out quickly. I always made sure i got there at 8am because it wasn't busy at that time. 3.They don't take my insurance which is, (Wv medicaid) and that's why I had to be transferred somewhere else. But, I live in Wv anyway so I don't have to travel as far now. 4. If they did an update and remodeling to make it feel warm, cozy and welcoming✨️ It would make people feel a whole lot more comfortable when you walk in.. But, on a great note, Which is the most important to me is, Most of the staff are nice.. They do know how to communicate with one another which is a big plus for me! My counselor Merisa was awesome! I was truly blessed with her! I definitely recommend her as a counselor!👌 The dosing nurses are great! I enjoyed making their day just as much as they made mine! Especially Ashley!!! She is the best & will always be my favorite!♡ Most importantly I got a dose of medicine every morning that kept me clean which means I was able to live and see another beautiful day without fighting a battle that I fought with every single day i opened my eyes for almost 14 years! So yes, I would definitely recommend New Seasons treatment center when YOU or anyone you know are ready to get clean, healthy, happy & change for the better!✔️ I also recommend methadone instead of suboxone! It helps me tremendously!♡

I got to admit I definitely had pause about coming to this facility because of all the negative reviews. And not knowing what to expect considering that I have never been to rehab or any type of detox program. Im thankful that I made my own decision and ignored all them negative reviews based on the fact that I really wanted the help. It was hard the first couple days, but the staff and other patients kept on pushing me giving me encouragement. I have no favorite nurse they were all great ,but I have to give a shoutout to the nurse Aaron. She was so nurturing, caring and super helpful made me feel like I was in good hands seemed like she genuinely cared during my detox process. (Which was so hard for me) I’m blessed to say I successfully completed the program. It was definitely an experience, to say the least!! but I stuck it out!! And I also met some coo people there. So thank you to you all, each and everyone of you all ( staff ) and SHOUTOUT TO THE MOUNTAIN MANOR COMMUNITY!!

I was fearful in venturing to this hospital, given the negative reviews. I feel the bulk of them stem from the falling rate of intellectualism in its geographic location. My experience was as pleasant as imaginable. I was triaged within minutes. I had tremendous lower back and abdominal pain. James Ryan, P.A., administered physical tests, listened to my concerns, ordered additional (and relevant) diagnostic tests, and accurately diagnosed my issue as musculoskeletal. He was very concise through the entirety of our interaction, asked many relevant questions and quelled all concerns. Thanks James and the Meritus team!

Long, long wait to be seen, treated and otherwise but high rating for the first doctor in my mother's almost 67 years of life to kneel to her (5ft) level. Kudos for them!

I couldn’t recommend Melissa Crigger and the team at Brook Lane enough. It’s been a year since I last saw Melissa and every day, I’m reminded of the good that she’s brought to my life. Melissa was the very first counselor I ever went to and in my fear, I was met with grace, kindness and a listening ear. Because of the way Melissa intentionally listened and asked thoughtful probing questions, I felt seen, heard and known. It has been the privilege of my life getting to be known by Melissa, especially through the pandemic. No matter how full her schedule was, I knew that entering into our time together meant I was walking into a safe space. The hour always passed by too quickly and I always left feeling lighter and braver. Melissa is kind and warm, sunshine personified, and I am a better person because of her care and insights. Thank you, Melissa and the Brook Lane team for creating this safe space in our community, I’m forever grateful!

I was diagnosed with chronic depression after my mom passed away in 2006 and was having a very hard time finding a therapist that I was comfortable with. Emily Cunningham was the first therapist I tried at Brooklane and I had a good vibe on the first session. I've gone through several therapists and Emily is the first therapist I've had in years who I look forward to sessions with. I did have a negative experience with one of the psychiatrists and asked to transfer to someone else. The process only took an approval and I was put with someone else for my very next session.

I do not even know where to begin! The facility the employees the counselors are all amazing! Deanna & Susan helped me in so many ways, I’ll never be able to thank them enough!! Anytime anyone asks for help with anything as such, I will always refer to them. I did two rounds there, the first time was forced and I just was not ready, but this last time I really didn’t have a choice as I was diagnosed with cirrhosis - end stage 4 liver disease bc of alcoholism; it was literally life or death. I chose to go back bc I wanted to live, as I sit here typing this, today is my 2 year soberversary or 731 days!! I owe part of my recovery to them and will forever be grateful to have had such an outlet ina time where I didn’t know what was next! Everyone has their own opinion about different facilities and how they may or may not have helped them personally… but when making your decision in who to go to for treatment, remember all I said and I can guarantee you’ll be another success story from ADAC!!

This is the second time in just a few months I've been to this Labcorp location and I want to make clear what a great experience it was both times. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the wonderful staff member whose job description I don't know. I would very much like to call her out by name as she is a rare gem. She cares and it's authentic. Both visits, she was exactly the same, helpful, empathic and caring. She made me feel totally calm and also uplifted. She deserves credit for this and reward, imo. I thank her from the bottom of my heart.

I came to Austin Addictions in 2017 for the first time. I was very happy with the intake assessment and the professional staff, both in 2017 and current 2023. Over the years I worked closely with Paige Austin. She’s a one in a million type of person she helped me in ways no one else has my whole 34 years on this earth. Paige helped me realize that as long as I am striving and working to be a better me that’s all that matters and not to be concerned with others opinions on me. My favorite quote she always said to me was , “A flower doesn’t go around saying it’s a flower.” Austin’s Addiction is where I finally got the strength to get my addictions under control and where I just so happened to meet my significant other. So thanks Austin Family! Highly recommend!!! I wish I could give more stars 5 is certainly not enough.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never felt more comfortable in a place. John and lisa have been my counselor and they are both phenomenal!! I had relapsed and they never gave up on me and called me bc they truly cared about my well being. And when I reached my rock bottom I had called them and they were able to help me get into a rehab that was suited for me. After 26 days in rehab I had returned to Austin addiction for IOP with lisa.and I have learned more about myself and have found my true identity.

I would happily like to update the fact that she no longer works there. That's a great blessing. My son told his awful therapist exactly what she wanted to hear and committed suicide. He was so much smarter than she was. Huge disappointment. She had to say a cuss word every other word out of her mouth, she was very unprofessional. He was of age so she couldn't speak to us, as parents but in all honesty she was a mom hater. Dad would pick him up and she would speak to him for an hour.

Everyone I have to deal with from the time I walk in and to the time I walk out is very professional uplifting even when you’re having a bad day they make you smile. The front desk ladies are super super nice, I love my therapist I’ve never been able to open up to anyone until I met Donna! She is a number 10 in my book, I highly recommend her if you suffer from extreme PTSD depression. My psychiatrist is wonderful, they always make you feel at home. I would definitely not want to go anywhere else. Brooklane does have a very strict no call no show or if you call within 24 hours of your appointment but I completely understand. If you were looking for a new place to call home therapy Psychiatrist everything they offer this is definitely the right place.
