Reading the reviews, alot of people has spoken great about this program. I would like to know with those who are new admissions, in the enrolling process that don't have transportation and stay in BaltimoreCity and would like to only attend the Hagerstown location does TruHealingHagerstown supply those people with transportation or they have to find their own way of transportation there? Also, I would like to know about the employment availability in Hagerstown? Once there will I be able to find employment? Do TruHealingHagerstown has connections or information of employers willing to hire those who want to work or there is a amount of time that has to completed without error or replased in the TruHealingHagerstown before you are even able to work?

Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I’ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

I have been going to this clinic for 9 years, and have always been treated very well— like I hope all Veterans would be. When I sit in the waiting room before an appointment, I’ve always gotten a positive vibe about how the other Veterans are treated. The Audiologist, Dr Doepping, is excellent: technically savvy, and very concerned about her patients (I’m friends with several of her other patients, and we all agree on this). This is a model health care clinic.

Hagerstown, MD | New Season – Hagerstown Treatment Center in Hagerstown, Maryland, is a private drug rehab and addiction treatment facility offering levels of care including outpatient and medication assisted treatment. Support is available for young adults, men and women of all ethnicities and walks of life. New Season’s customized therapeutic outpatient progr | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. I'm telling y'all what, if Mary goes, idk how much longer everyone will stay. Mary is the best!

I'm going to give this place a 4 out of 5☆
This treatment center helped me tremendously!!!
They are absolutely amazing here!
New Seasons helped me change my life forever for the better on 3-19-24!♡
And I will forever cherish that!!
& also be forever thankful & grateful!🙏🏻
I would not be where I am today without them! Since i was 16 years old. Almost 14 years i battled with addiction to
opioids(pain killers) and as of 6-11-24,
I am, 2 months & 22 days clean!♡
Methadone ONLY!♡
So Thank you New Seasons for everything you guys did for me!
I appreciate you guys so much!.♡
Thank you for helping me change my life!♡
There are a few downfalls though..
1. is the intake process..
Which takes 3-5 hours!!! & it will seem like it's taking forever & a year lol 😆 but that is the worst part & once you get through that the hardest part is over!!!
I was hoping & praying so hard that the methadone was going to help me & I am beyond thankful that it did & it still does!🙏🏻
I dont think about a pill, i dont wish for a pill, i dont want a pill & i dont NEED a pill!!!💪
2. All the nurses go on break all at once except for 1 so there is only 1 window open for you to dose at so you have to be there before 10:30 or 11am if you want to get in and out quickly. I always made sure i got there at 8am because it wasn't busy at that time.
3.They don't take my insurance which is,
(Wv medicaid) and that's why I had to be transferred somewhere else. But,
I live in Wv anyway so I don't have to travel as far now.
4. If they did an update and remodeling to make it feel warm, cozy and welcoming✨️
It would make people feel a whole lot more comfortable when you walk in..
But, on a great note,
Which is the most important to me is,
Most of the staff are nice..
They do know how to communicate with one another which is a big plus for me!
My counselor Merisa was awesome!
I was truly blessed with her! I definitely recommend her as a counselor!👌
The dosing nurses are great! I enjoyed making their day just as much as they made mine! Especially Ashley!!! She is the best & will always be my favorite!♡
Most importantly I got a dose of medicine every morning that kept me clean which means I was able to live and see another beautiful day without fighting a battle that I fought with every single day i opened my eyes for almost 14 years!
So yes, I would definitely recommend
New Seasons treatment center when YOU or anyone you know are ready to get clean, healthy, happy & change for the better!✔️
I also recommend methadone instead of suboxone! It helps me tremendously!♡

Idk what other folks experiences might be but I came here from CCG and have no regrets. I had the same issue with counselors as the previous review, but only because someone left and they had to fill that vacant position. That issue has been resolved and they couldn't have found a better person for the position. I feel like my new counselor cares just as much as the previous one and they are well experienced, coming from a previous addiction counseling position. Everytime I come in, I'm greeted by all and treated like I'm more than just an addict. If you have issues about something at any treatment center, it's usually because of your own actions and not doing whatever you're supposed to be doing on your end. Anyhow, when I was at that other place, I can't count the times I could not Dose because of the nurse calling off, the computer is down or they can't get in the safe etc. Having to go to work or back home, while starting to feeling horrible and of course that leads to going right back to those old habits. CCG has been through idk how many people in the 4 years I was there. They couldn't keep a front desk person, Testing person, counselors or a full time doctor. It was 3 months before I could get more take homes because there was no doctor. At the Institute I only witnessed one time when the computer was down but they were still dosing and getting it done. Plus multiple dosing windows so there's never a wait more than 5- 10 mins or less because multiple ppl are getting a month worth of take homes, which is rare. No need for a screen with a list that everyone has to keep checking and counting how many people are in front of them. Also, those groups are only used at other places to get as many people they can to write fake reviews, for either gift cards or food. Point being; if you want to be treated well, with good care and quick turn around time come here. If you want somewhere to just hang out and keep up those old habits then just go to those other places!?

I do not even know where to begin! The facility the employees the counselors are all amazing! Deanna & Susan helped me in so many ways, I’ll never be able to thank them enough!! Anytime anyone asks for help with anything as such, I will always refer to them. I did two rounds there, the first time was forced and I just was not ready, but this last time I really didn’t have a choice as I was diagnosed with cirrhosis - end stage 4 liver disease bc of alcoholism; it was literally life or death. I chose to go back bc I wanted to live, as I sit here typing this, today is my 2 year soberversary or 731 days!! I owe part of my recovery to them and will forever be grateful to have had such an outlet ina time where I didn’t know what was next! Everyone has their own opinion about different facilities and how they may or may not have helped them personally… but when making your decision in who to go to for treatment, remember all I said and I can guarantee you’ll be another success story from ADAC!!

Substance Abuse and Co-occurring Disorder Treatments The center was certified by The Joint Commiss | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I came to Austin Addictions in 2017 for the first time. I was very happy with the intake assessment and the professional staff, both in 2017 and current 2023. Over the years I worked closely with Paige Austin. She’s a one in a million type of person she helped me in ways no one else has my whole 34 years on this earth. Paige helped me realize that as long as I am striving and working to be a better me that’s all that matters and not to be concerned with others opinions on me. My favorite quote she always said to me was , “A flower doesn’t go around saying it’s a flower.” Austin’s Addiction is where I finally got the strength to get my addictions under control and where I just so happened to meet my significant other. So thanks Austin Family! Highly recommend!!! I wish I could give more stars 5 is certainly not enough.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Counselors annd staff are caring and held me accountable. Was able to be open in the group setting. They won’t let you give up on you which in turn means they will do whatever to help you out!

I have never felt more comfortable in a place. John and lisa have been my counselor and they are both phenomenal!! I had relapsed and they never gave up on me and called me bc they truly cared about my well being. And when I reached my rock bottom I had called them and they were able to help me get into a rehab that was suited for me. After 26 days in rehab I had returned to Austin addiction for IOP with lisa.and I have learned more about myself and have found my true identity.

It's always only 1 out of 3 people that knows how to run the office. It's frustrating unfortunately the best Lady moved to Florida.

Amazing experience at this location. I did a walk in the early morning and the waiting room was nearly full. Despite that, I was still able to get my test done and leave within 30 minutes. Great staff and very efficient!
