Waynesboro, PA | Pyramid Healthcare Outpatient Treatment Center is an outpatient rehab in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania for people with drug and alcohol addiction. They have an extensive variety of services for people with addiction whether you were referred by the court system or are seeking help on your own. This facility generally has two levels of programs. They o | Treatments Programs Payment Options | it will be hard to explain in words how grateful I am for this program and especially this specific team at this location in Waynesboro PA, but I will try. I have been in and out of programs for the last 10 years multiple inpatients and countless outpatients trying to get sober and I have been through this specific pyramid location multiple times. They always welcomed me back with open arms no matter how many times I fell back into old habits. The team they have there now is in my opinion the best group of counselors, doctors, and nurses they have ever had at any program I have ever been to. I have been clean for over 2 years and continue to go to counseling sessions because it has been a blessing and a tremendous help for my mental health as well as my substance abuse issues. My counselor Shayla is an incredible human being who brings a vast amount of knowledge about substance abuse disorder to the table on top of just being an extremely kind and empathetic person who genuinely cares and wants to help you succeed on your recovery journey. Also would like to give a shoutout to Nurse Brie she’s an awesome person as well and has worked with me effortlessly on scheduling my appointments around my busy work schedule. Long story short even though I’m the one who has put in the work to get these 2 years sober, I give credit where credit is due and the amazing team at Pyramid Healthcare Waynesboro PA, especially my counselor, nurse and Doctor who all have been with me every step of the way deserve the credit. If you, or someone you know is struggling with drug addiction or alcoholism call Pyramid Healthcare in Waynesboro PA.

Reading the reviews, alot of people has spoken great about this program. I would like to know with those who are new admissions, in the enrolling process that don't have transportation and stay in BaltimoreCity and would like to only attend the Hagerstown location does TruHealingHagerstown supply those people with transportation or they have to find their own way of transportation there? Also, I would like to know about the employment availability in Hagerstown? Once there will I be able to find employment? Do TruHealingHagerstown has connections or information of employers willing to hire those who want to work or there is a amount of time that has to completed without error or replased in the TruHealingHagerstown before you are even able to work?

Ok so at first I gotta admit it was probably the hardest thing I’ve done but by the grace of god and all the amazing people at tru healing who helped me through it everyday I did it. Not only did I complete the 30 day program I met some of the most amazing people I have ever met. Starting with the counselors and case managers, my counselor Ms Mo she is tough but the most helpful and supportive person and I needed your toughness and more importantly she knew I needed that as well and for that I thank her and Mrs bam omg she is the sweetest person ever and helped me everytime and always was there when I needed to talk which was a lot and for that thank you so much. Now another person who was so kind and amazing to me and to everyone was Nate he is an amazing person and such an inspiration thank you so much Nate. Also ms Joyce she was so sweet and always made me laugh all the time and Sarah she is the sweetest kindest person thank you ms Sarah for everything your an inspiration.

I have been going to this clinic for 9 years, and have always been treated very well— like I hope all Veterans would be. When I sit in the waiting room before an appointment, I’ve always gotten a positive vibe about how the other Veterans are treated. The Audiologist, Dr Doepping, is excellent: technically savvy, and very concerned about her patients (I’m friends with several of her other patients, and we all agree on this). New Season’s customized therapeutic outpatient progr | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Now that I've been going to this particular location for going on 6 years... (Will be 6 years this November 2O25)... I've had time to process a whole lot. The counselors are very caring. They're really helpful and kind. They want to see you do well. The nurses are super friendly. So are the doctors. As far as wait times, well, TBH, that all depends on what time you get there during the morning. Like me for example. I go daily now and I try to go before 6am, if I get there before 6am, and I don't have a UA, I'm usually in and out in about 5-10 minutes. In my opinion, this is one of the better clinics in the Hagerstown area. They all want to see you do good and stay clean and sober for the rest of your life. Not saying you'll have to be here that long, but, just enough to get stable to where you feel safe and comfortable with yourself. I also wanted to say that I've had about 4 or 5 counselors since I've been going there and IDK why the counselors keep leaving or getting let go. The one I have now, she seems pretty nice. Also, FYI: As of June 1st 2024, their hours will be changing. The cutoff time for dosing will now be 12 Noon, instead of 1pm. I think it's because of the lack of counselors and nursing staff. It would normally be a 5/5, but things have REALLY changed. Physicals every 3 months, I don't understand why...and they have a HUGE turnover of nurses and counselors. Idk what other folks experiences might be but I came here from CCG and have no regrets. I had the same issue with counselors as the previous review, but only because someone left and they had to fill that vacant position. That issue has been resolved and they couldn't have found a better person for the position. I feel like my new counselor cares just as much as the previous one and they are well experienced, coming from a previous addiction counseling position. Everytime I come in, I'm greeted by all and treated like I'm more than just an addict. If you have issues about something at any treatment center, it's usually because of your own actions and not doing whatever you're supposed to be doing on your end. Anyhow, when I was at that other place, I can't count the times I could not Dose because of the nurse calling off, the computer is down or they can't get in the safe etc. Having to go to work or back home, while starting to feeling horrible and of course that leads to going right back to those old habits. CCG has been through idk how many people in the 4 years I was there. They couldn't keep a front desk person, Testing person, counselors or a full time doctor. It was 3 months before I could get more take homes because there was no doctor. At the Institute I only witnessed one time when the computer was down but they were still dosing and getting it done. Plus multiple dosing windows so there's never a wait more than 5- 10 mins or less because multiple ppl are getting a month worth of take homes, which is rare. No need for a screen with a list that everyone has to keep checking and counting how many people are in front of them. Also, those groups are only used at other places to get as many people they can to write fake reviews, for either gift cards or food. Point being; if you want to be treated well, with good care and quick turn around time come here. If you want somewhere to just hang out and keep up those old habits then just go to those other places!?

I did two rounds there, the first time was forced and I just was not ready, but this last time I really didn’t have a choice as I was diagnosed with cirrhosis - end stage 4 liver disease bc of alcoholism; it was literally life or death. I chose to go back bc I wanted to live, as I sit here typing this, today is my 2 year soberversary or 731 days!! I owe part of my recovery to them and will forever be grateful to have had such an outlet ina time where I didn’t know what was next! Everyone has their own opinion about different facilities and how they may or may not have helped them personally… but when making your decision in who to go to for treatment, remember all I said and I can guarantee you’ll be another success story from ADAC!!

Substance Abuse and Co-occurring Disorder Treatments The center was certified by The Joint Commiss | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I came to Austin Addictions in 2017 for the first time. I was very happy with the intake assessment and the professional staff, both in 2017 and current 2023. Over the years I worked closely with Paige Austin. She’s a one in a million type of person she helped me in ways no one else has my whole 34 years on this earth. Paige helped me realize that as long as I am striving and working to be a better me that’s all that matters and not to be concerned with others opinions on me. My favorite quote she always said to me was , “A flower doesn’t go around saying it’s a flower.” Austin’s Addiction is where I finally got the strength to get my addictions under control and where I just so happened to meet my significant other. So thanks Austin Family! Highly recommend!!! I wish I could give more stars 5 is certainly not enough.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My journey started there. Many great counselors. A couple of them really should find another career, but nobody is perfect. I still believe they do there best.
I urge anyone who is in need of help to call. I am very grateful to them. Addiction is fatal when untreated. The good news is early recovery is temporary as well as painful.
Thank you

I started crossroads in January and my experience has been great. I was in the IOP program and with 9 different meeting throughout the week I had plenty of flexibility in my weekly schedule. Everyone in the group are always very engaged and are ran by some great people. If you are in need of resources they will track down the information promptly. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a treatment program.

My son told his awful therapist exactly what she wanted to hear and committed suicide. He was so much smarter than she was. Huge disappointment. She had to say a cuss word every other word out of her mouth, she was very unprofessional. He was of age so she couldn't speak to us, as parents but in all honesty she was a mom hater. Dad would pick him up and she would speak to him for an hour.

Everyone I have to deal with from the time I walk in and to the time I walk out is very professional uplifting even when you’re having a bad day they make you smile. The front desk ladies are super super nice, I love my therapist I’ve never been able to open up to anyone until I met Donna! She is a number 10 in my book, I highly recommend her if you suffer from extreme PTSD depression. My psychiatrist is wonderful, they always make you feel at home. I would definitely not want to go anywhere else. Brooklane does have a very strict no call no show or if you call within 24 hours of your appointment but I completely understand. If you were looking for a new place to call home therapy Psychiatrist everything they offer this is definitely the right place.
