Visited the ER yesterday due to very high BP and pulse. I was taken right away. The nurses were so friendly and kind as was the PA that over saw me. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I live in Bolton so it was convenient for me. Will definitely use them again if the need arises, hopefully not.

Went to the ER with abdominal pain and was treated quickly (some of you seem to have outrageous expectations). After not responding to initial treatment Dr. CK did a bedside ultrasound and discovered the real problem. He was able to have me accepted at another location for emergency surgery and I am now feeling good and happy to have identified and corrected the problem. All the staff I interacted with were polite and professional. I m glad we have a great Hospital in town.

I went to Washburn house from December 27-January 7 to their detox program. I was 100 percent going to do their CSS but unfortunately there were not enough beds for women at that time. So I was sent to another CSS. My 12 days at Washburn completely transformed my life. This was my first time ever being in rehab before so I was beyond terrified. When I arrived at Washburn the Staff was amazing to me. They made me as comfortable as possible and let me know I could talk to them whenever I needed to. My caseworker LJ was absolutely amazing. She was so smart, compassionate and just supported me so much. As were all the other case workers. You could tell they really cared about their job and wanted everyone to succeed. The daily meetings at Washburn were great and they were the same as the meetings that I got at the CSS that I transferred to to be honest. And that is saying a lot because detox they know that you are sick and they are just trying to help you get through the day. But I got the best tools and ways to cope at my time at Washburn. The day to day floor staff was also so nice. They always checked in on you and made sure you were ok. When I went to the new CSS not a day went by that I didn t add Washburn to my gratitude list. I honestly believe if I didn t go to Washburn first I wouldn t have gotten the positive and life changing experience that I got. I am 27 days sober and I plan on staying sober for the rest of my life, with a lot of hard work ahead of me. My family and me will forever be grateful to Washburn and If you are ready to do the work then you can get so much out of this program. I mean there are hard to find the words to thank a place that you feel like helped give you your life back!

The Washburne house is hands down the best DETOX/CSS In the State. I ve been to probably all of them and I ve never had a better experience. I went in October 2024 broken, lost my spouse of 20 yrs my business, my truck, and my apartment. I was negative about my future and ready to not even try. When I left I went to the facility I wanted to go, I was positive, and for the first time of many times trying in the past Im really serious and ready to stay sober. I can t say enough or express how much the BHTS CASEWORKER/CLINICIANS MDS/NURSING, and the kitchen and House Kitchen staff have made an impact on my stay. I would and will recommend anyone who wants to get there life together and seriously change the Washburn house is a place that will make you feel welcome and give you all the tools and support to continue and get you where you need to go on your journey to sobriety. On a final note I m going back in 6 months and apply to work part time as a BHT so I can give back the same experience and help to the next person in need also feel the same as the Washburn House made me feel. This is an excellent residential program where you are not locked onto a unit. There is full access to the absolutely stunning campus. The staff is kind and can relate as most are also in recovery. The food is fantastic with home cooking by Matt, Jon & Eric. I received the best treatment through group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy & case management. The nursing staff is top notch & available 24/7. I highly recommend Spring Hill for the best substance abuse recovery experience out there.

Seriously, she has something for every occasion!Our Tuesday routine involves visiting each of the three groups Wachusett, Monadnock, and Rescue for around 20-30 minutes each. I love showing off my tricks and all the cool things I've learned. It's also great hearing about your own furry friends and just getting to snuggle, especially when someone's having a tough time.My mom's face lights up whenever a patient or staff member says they've been waiting all day for our visit! My cousin has struggled with addiction for most of his adult life. He s been to countless rehabs, tried meditation and even hypnosis to get over his issues with substances. It wasn t until he joined Paramount Recovery Centers PHP that he actually began to embrace sobriety as his new norm. You see, what my cousin never had was a sense of community, and that is exactly what Paramount provided. It was clear from the moment I dropped him off with the clinical staff that he was going to be in good hands. Without Paramount my cousin may be in jail or even worse, deceased. I actually found Clearhaven by accident. I had called another center and when faced with insurance issues, they recommended me to Clearhaven. From the very onset I was met with an incredibly welcoming and empathetic team. I have completed the program with a much better outlook on myself, life, and everything around me. I will specifically mention Maya, my clinician who was a vital role in my treatment and recovery. I highly recommend this program to others struggling with addiction. When faced with addiction, there was no better place for me to find than Clearhaven. I was in a lot of denial, and at risk of losing everything. The individuals at Clearhaven were able to work with me and my specific issues to target and treat my condition in a judgment-free environment. I was able to keep my job through their nighttime IOP so I could continue to provide for my family. I will be forever grateful for this center. Came off 170 mgs of methadone without any major problems. I slept, ate, and was overall content. Nursing and tech staff made the stay what it should be. I m not really a taker but sometimes a smile from a random staff would get me out of the funk. They reduced my methadone 10mg a day from 170 until 20mg. I thought I would feel awful at 20 but the only problem I had was high blood pressure and sweating. All symptoms I could deal with. It s detox! You re not going to like everything about it!Atlanta, Mark, Christine, Joe, JAMIE! No techs or nurses ever made me feel like I was a bother. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get off a substance. Especially methadone, in I feel 1000 times better without that crap in my body. I live in NJ, only one place would take my ins. The rest would only detox from methadone of a 30-40mg dose. Sunrise did not rush me and kept their word I wouldn t receive surprise bills. They even didn t bill me for things they should have. Shortly before I went there I was on a ventilator. I am Doing the work but this place helped get me across the line. If you complain here it s your addiction talking. Has your addiction ever been correct with advice? Great place!

I've been at Merrick Street for nearly a year, and my experince has been truly amazing. Spectrum staff members are caring, well-educated and passionate about helping each client on an individual basis. The level of care far exceeds that of other programs. I started my 'journey' at Sisters of Providence in Holyoke, and (apart from my clinician -- who was amazing!), it felt like conveyor-belt-style care. Now, that was a 2-hour round-trip commute every morning, but Information about Spectrum (20 minutes away) was hidden from me (despite my inquiries) for months because it was a separate organization and they likely didn't want to lose me as a paycheck -- I mean patient.Spectrum is the total opposite. It has changed my life. I wasted years fearing a program, and the stigma attached. But I realized-- since I was already dealing with the stigma of having fibromyalgia and chronic pain, it made no difference, and I needed to try -- for me. Since entering, I have met so many incredible people, shared and heard many incredible stories, and in a way, I am proud to be part of something so positive.

Blue Hills has been a great experience for me. The staff has been so great, welcoming, and supportive from the very start. The therapists are wonderful and speak clearly and intellectually making it an easy experience to learn things and grow during the program. The housing is awesome too. Comfy spaces, roomy, and nice. There’s a bonfire pit, basketball court and they give you phone privileges after 3 days, and walking privileges after 7! I highly recommend blue hills

I have had an opiate dependence from the age of 18 after a severe accident i have struggled for 25 years i never have had such a pleasant experience with such a professional helpful staff that didnt judge me first time in 20 years there intake almost brought me ro tears i was so grateful completely different than any other dosing clinic and i have used them from mass to California even Tijuana i highly recommend this place and i am so grateful to have luckily picked this clinic in order to avoid everyone i know so i dont have any screw ups in my recovery nothing has ever worked or felt comfortable im amazed by ther professionalism amazing

First time in methadone treatment clinic and this place has consistently gone above and beyond anything I expected. Was on suboxone at a different clinic then relapsed for past 2 years til I found this place. Everyone has been supportive and none of them cynical, I feel like it's actually possible to get lasting and helpful treatment here. I don't know what others expect or consider important, but they listen and have been clear with me so I can learn what to expect and work toward short and long term goals. Front desk staff has been especially amazing. Learned quickly not to rely on anecdotes and just talk to them directly
