I am beyond pleased with my experience at Clinton Hospital ER. I went on Thursday 9/17/2025 (writing this Saturday) and have been telling so many people about my experience. I’m sorry that I didn’t get everyone’s names but I arrived at about 1:15pm. I cannot say enough about the nurse at the registration desk. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and put me at ease for being there. She spoke to me respectfully, in a calming tone, and assured me that I was in the right place to be taken care of. I was taken into triage shortly after and the nurse that did my intake was professional, knowledgeable, so very kind, and helped to put me at ease. I was seen by the PA, and again I’m sorry I don’t have a name, however she was absolutely WONDERFUL. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly informative. I left Clinton ER with a smile on my face (I’m not sure how many people can leave the hospital with a smile). I was listened to, truly seen by everyone, and left with answers and the prescription that I needed. I have never had an experience at an ER like this and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Umass Clinton ER to anyone in need of emergency services.

Just got to this place because i had a shortness of breath for a little bit and they realized I got low Potassium levels with blood work. They gave me some two Potassium chloride pills and felt a little better one day! I would rather recommend this mass health! The weight was long, but I don’t care

RCA Westminister has a 30 day program that literally has saved my life.This coming from a guy that went there thinking I would be there for a week. If I could, I would give the company zero stars. The only reason I’m giving five stars is for the incredible staff who work here. They are caring, hardworking, and the only reason this place runs at all. Sadly, the employer itself is terrible, and it’s unfortunate that such amazing employees have to deal with such poor management.

Being a client at Paramount Recovery Centers, makes me feel dignified and like I have hope. The staff here are absolutely amazing and are willing to go to any length to help in any way they can. What a life changing experience! I have too many good things to say to list them all here. The buildings and the grounds are new and well maintained. The staff are all wonderful and go above and beyond for every client. I got to see first hand how hard everyone, frome the cleaning staff on up to the directors how hard they work for us and how much they care. The clinical staff are so knowledgeable and caring. I felt like everyone there was working on all my issues with such a drive and the highest level of competency. The recovery specialists do a food job of fostering a positive and safe group culture. I was especially impressed with Katie, who's commitment to the clients was demonstrated daily by her caring, upbeat, positive nature and willingness to go above and beyond for every client, all day, everyday. A big thank you to Katie and to Rose, Erin, Nikki and all the others who helped me change my life so drastically for the better in such a short 28 days. There are recovery centers out there doing good work and recovery centers doing great work. This place is doing phenomenal work. They help people make lasting changes in their lives. Thank you all!

This is a wonderful detox and treatment center! They will get you sober and give you the tools and resources that you’ll need to stay sober. Kind, caring, knowledgeable people (Case Managers, Recovery Specialists, nurses, food service staff, cleaning staff), nice, clean facilities, good food! Couldn’t ask for more. The folks at NERC truly care about you and your recovery. Special shout-out to Case Managers Sara, Tara, Brittany, Grace and Diana, as well as Recovery Specialists Pam, Gretchen, Danny, Nikki, Nikyrah, Esmeralda, Lauren, and all others whom I haven’t mentioned by name. Rose is an amazing family therapist. There are a lot of great, caring folks working here who truly want to help you! They also offer free, confidential family support through their Magnolia program. I highly recommend New England Recovery Center for detox and Clinical Stabilization Service (CSS).

When it was colum health, it was THE BEST. The doctors and the staff and nurse practitioners truely care and want to make a difference. Now it's changed hands, obviously the same people that still work there are still wonderful but their policies are a little different and it just seems colder.

I just have to say this last year has been a struggle with my sobriety. But since I have completed their detox and rehab I have not had to go through another detox again. I then went through there IOP program which I highly recommend! When I graduated from that, I opted to do two of their 1 hour early recovery groups every week. I also meet with my clinician every 3 weeks. These services have made a huge difference in my recovery! I would highly recommend their programs to anyone struggling with chemical dependency no matter what the substance is. I really believe that they helped save my life this year. They have many services and programs like intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient detoxification, dialectical behavioral therapy, Family Support Services, Parenting Groups, individual groups, family counseling, and dual diagnosis counseling. Just to name a few. Adcare Outpatient substance use treatment allows you to attend rehab programs while still attending to your daily responsibilities. They changed my life. The staff are caring and nonjudgemental. If you're struggling, give Adcare a try.

I came into this program as an older woman, scared and unsure of what to expect. This was my very first time in treatment, and after coming from an inpatient program where I honestly felt like I was treated more like an animal than a person, I didn’t know what I was walking into. From the first day, the staff and clients made me feel welcome and safe. I wasn’t seen as just a diagnosis here, I was seen as a human being. That meant everything to me. The groups were supportive, the staff truly cared, and I felt like my voice mattered. This program gave me hope and reminded me that healing is possible at any age. I’m grateful I came here and would recommend it to anyone who feels nervous about starting treatment.

I attended this IOP for dual diagnosis, and I can’t say enough good things. All the staff were incredible, from the director to the techs. The groups and therapists were supportive and truly helpful. I was there during a time when they were short-staffed, and they never missed a beat always making sure clients’ needs were met. Huge shoutout to Nick and Jodi, who really hold the place together and make it feel safe and welcoming. I’d recommend BHR to any family or friends struggling, this program truly makes a difference

Came off 170 mgs of methadone without any major problems. I slept, ate, and was overall content. Nursing and tech staff made the stay what it should be. I’m not really a taker but sometimes a smile from a random staff would get me out of the funk. They reduced my methadone 10mg a day from 170 until 20mg. I thought I would feel awful at 20 but the only problem I had was high blood pressure and sweating. All symptoms I could deal with. It’s detox! You’re not going to like everything about it!
Atlanta, Mark, Christine, Joe, JAMIE! No techs or nurses ever made me feel like I was a bother. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get off a substance. Especially methadone, in I feel 1000 times better without that crap in my body. I live in NJ, only one place would take my ins. The rest would only detox from methadone of a 30-40mg dose. Sunrise did not rush me and kept their word I wouldn’t receive surprise bills. They even didn’t bill me for things they should have. Shortly before I went there I was on a ventilator. I am Doing the work but this place helped get me across the line. If you complain here it’s your addiction talking. Has your addiction ever been correct with advice? Great place!

I've been at Merrick Street for nearly a year, and my experince has been truly amazing. Spectrum staff members are caring, well-educated and passionate about helping each client on an individual basis. The level of care far exceeds that of other programs. I started my 'journey' at Sisters of Providence in Holyoke, and (apart from my clinician -- who was amazing!), it felt like conveyor-belt-style care. Now, that was a 2-hour round-trip commute every morning, but Information about Spectrum (20 minutes away) was hidden from me (despite my inquiries) for months because it was a separate organization and they likely didn't want to lose me as a paycheck -- I mean patient.
Spectrum is the total opposite. It has changed my life. I wasted years fearing a program, and the stigma attached. But I realized-- since I was already dealing with the stigma of having fibromyalgia and chronic pain, it made no difference, and I needed to try -- for me. Since entering, I have met so many incredible people, shared and heard many incredible stories, and in a way, I am proud to be part of something so positive.

I have been with Elevate Recovery Center for a little while now; and I know I made the right choice when finding an IOP. They are there to support me when times have been difficult, through housing issues and court; but they also celebrate the small victories in recovery, 8 months clean and my birthday :) Stephanie and Natasha are extremely supportive with anything I throw their way, nonjudgemental, and have become my confidants; no matter the hour, no matter the day, they are there for me, no matter what. I have been around the block, so to speak, and Elevate Recovery Center takes the cake, hands down, without a doubt. I honestly don't know where I would be without them; they have become my family.

I have struggled with my addiction for 20 years now and I’ve been on and off this clinic for several years. Linda is a miracle worker and one of the sweetest people I know. Laura is also the best! I’ve always had awesome clinicians Jim M. has been great to work with and has always been on point with helping me in every situation I come barreling in with!!! Spectrum Health Services' PAVE Program, an IPAEP/CBP for domestic violence abusers, is a phenomenal program that helps domestic violence abusers on how to cope and better manage with various techniques on how to deal with anger management issues, violent tendencies and how to have & build better relationships with their partners/victims and all those affected by domestic violence. I highly and fully recommend to all who have been a domestic violence abuser, past or present, to partake in this vital & crucial program.
