Wow! What a journey. Please take this seriously for those in addition or wanting to recover! I went here during covid season 2020 when I got my DUI. I was regretting it, didn't take it seriously, etc. I did my month time stay there. Went home continued with addiction cause I still didn't care. After mother's day weekend on 05.09.22 was my first day of sobriety. I'm still sober to this day. Let me tell you what, I've had the most fantastic experiences and time of my life sober! Looking back, wish I'd took things seriously. I even got off probation this year in June. I wasn't supposed to get off until November next year 2024. I mean God's work is honestly a blessing and you definitely feel him working thru you. I remember starting out here at this place, they said "higher power" and I'm like naw, I don't got that. Not even my kids. Oh yeah, God is my highest power! This place is amazing! Trust me! Great staff, food, location, etc! Just please get help! It's not worth your life ending on bad terms! I will never go back to that life style. Sobriety is just the coolest Lord the energy you have, stability, motivation, passion to keep striving and going in life! Yes!! No more laziness! Current resident here at Auschwitz... Ooopes I meant serenity manor haha pretty easy to confuse the two. Anyway not really a good place to go unless your chill with just existing instead of living life to its fullest. There is no treatment programing or group of any kind so calling it an alcohol treatment is laughable. House full of slobs and thief's who don't really care to clean up after themselves, or just cleaning themselves for that matter. Staffs lazy as all hell with one exception whos just power tripping and condescending like no other. She just runs around being rude and constantly looking for something you've done wrong or haven't done and will unjustly punish with the almighty hand of Zeus. Place is dirty and theres a little hallway to go outside and sure enough there's a stray turd just laying there right in the middle of the floor, and me on my phone unexpectedly steps on it and fell right on top of it, very traumatic experience. All in all I think Auschwitz would be a vacation compared to this poor excuse of a scam business. Ciao

I had my first visit yesterday. The doctor was extremely thorough with the exam, asking questions about things I have long forgotten. He and the rest of the staff were very polite and patient. They even had a bit of a sense of humor. I've had some unpleasant experiences at other VA clinics/hospitals in the past so I was very pleased with them.

Not a fan of hospitals, I made a visit to a cousin of mine who just had surgery. I walked into her room and the first thing that hit me was the clean smell. Her bedding was so clean and crisp and inviting I decided any future surgeries for me will be a FV Lakes. Not a dust bunny in site and I had no fear of using the restroom. When her food arrived that looked and smelled nummy too. Keep up the good work.

I had some issues with my appointment/mychart, but the staff there went above and beyond for me to make what they could happen given the circumstances, and they absolutely did not have to. Their service completely nullified the "bumps in the road" we had for me from my perspective.My doctor also went above and beyond! He was completely realistic with me, answered any and all of my questions and also seemed to be a very relatable guy.Not once during my visit did I feel that he or any of the staff weren't taking my experiences seriously and that's awesome.

I've been going to this location a lot because of where I live. The front desk people are friendly. I am thankful that they are able to see me regardless of an appointment or urgent care. The nurses actually make it better for their patients because it can be stressful. They are enthusiastic. As a professional scare actor, I always get sick in the fall and I can depend on them to get me the care I need.Even though Urgent Care can be busy and you might wait a long time, they still see as many patients as they can. Will never deliver my babies anywhere else!!! 2y ago I came in for emergency C section from a nearby birthing center after no progression. I am not a doctor/hospital person and wanted as close to a natural birth experience as possible. Every single nurse and doctor that saw me deeply respected my wishes and were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. 2 years later I have chosen to drive the 45 minutes to deliver here again with baby #2 in a few weeks even though there are 3 hospitals within 20min of my house. The OB staff are 11/10 amazing and they truly care about you. I am writing this review from the labor and delivery floor with double pneumonia and sepsis due to RSV at 30w pregnant. They are taking fantastic care of me and I feel very safe here. Every staff member you ask will tell you they love working here and are treated well, and it shows in their work. Thank you to my care team. Thank you M Health Fairview. You have saved my life more than once, and made it the best possible experience while doing so.

I got exceptional care at their Emergency room for my bacterial pink eye and having an allergic reaction to eye drops I was prescribed. I was given the proper eye drops for my bacterial pink eye.
