I have a extreme phobia of the dentist to the point I can't even eat but the lady at the desk is so nice. She talks to me and helps give me courage about my appointments. All of the dentist and other people who work there are so kind with me and give me all the time I need. They even schedule me in the late afternoon hours so there isn't as much people there which makes it alot easier for me. They keep me so calm and explain everything they do to me before even doing it. Best visit to the dentist in a long time, Dr. Mahoney and her staff are amazing. My apt was at 11:30, due my health issues I was super late and not feeling well. This placed saved my sons life! The staff is incredible, professional, caring and loving. They re also tough and demanding. The schedule each day is rigorous and restrictive. My son went in a full blown addict and came out two months later as the normal kid he used to be. I credit the staff 100%. If your child needs help, and wants help, these folks can help. If your child refuses help then there s little that can be done. That may explain the poor ratings left by others. You have to put in the work to get the results you want. Convince your kid that they need the help. Then take them in. Best of luck!

Can t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I ve ever had and I m so thankful for him and everything he s done for me. Cody s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I m so sad that I m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. Wonder facility! Great communication and care of my daughter. The doctor is incredible and so much compassion was taken and they really got to the bottom of things. I definitely recommend Royal Oaks as #1! Only down side, beds are rock hard, pillows are tiny and hard and one or two staff members ignored my daughter as she felt. But overall.... If she needs to go back anywhere,it will be Royal Oaks for sure!

One of the best hospitals around! They actually take the time to help each patient, lots of interactive activities during treatment. My family member was being treated for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. The psychiatrist prescribed them a new medication to help with OCD. I m not sure how long the insurance covers but this is acute so between probably 3-10 days I m guessing or week average, maybe some go a bit longer. Very structured setting with lots of activities and friendly tech nurses. Would recommend to any family seeking short term acute care for a teen in crisis or dealing with other behavioral issues.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! All staff are so nice and helpful and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you, your medications and the wait is not long at all. After a few short moments they generally have your medications ready and are sending you on your way out the door. Very clean and professional environment. The front reception desk team is friendly , attentive and helpful. I have never felt so seen , welcomed and accepted. The NP I saw was so down to earth and understanding. My therapist was genuine and I truly felt heard. After a horrible experience with another facility with Burrell I came here, and I m so glad I did. Courtney , Hannah and Tanner are all amazing team members here. I m very sad to be moving again, and leaving their care. But I won t forget the kindness and generosity I experienced here. I don't have alot of faith in most doctors ,nor did I have huge expectations when I headed to this Clinic. I live in Raymore and was struggling to find anyone that would see a new patient & certainly not one with upper respiratory symptoms ! This has truly been one of the greatest experience of my life. I have struggled with severe depression most of my life. Even though I have had substance abuse in the past, it was not my main focus. My mental heath was my main concern. I have been to mental hospitals in the past but they only treat with medication. I was looking for something where I could get stable on the right medication and learn how to live life again. Synergy offered me exactly what I needed. They completely understood the mental state that I was in. They evaluated my moods and medication until they found what really worked for me. They encouraged me to be present in my own life. At a mental hospital, they will allow you to lay in bed and hide away. At synergy, they offer classes that help you rediscover your true self. They provide activities and help you learn how to reconnect with others. The food that they provide is amazing and very nutritional. The staff in incredibly helpful and they truly care about each individual that walks through the door. Once you are here, you belong. I am so glad that I made the choice to come to Synergy. This has truly been a pivot point in my life.

Amazing place! Wish I could've stayed longer. I met some awesome people there! The cabins are clean and cozy. They're like hotel rooms without a TV. Special shout out to Kelly, Arielle, Jordan, Star, Johnny, Scott, and all the other desk staff, nurses, kitchen staff, ( I gained 10 lbs while I was there from all the good stuff) and housekeeping staff. You guys will always hold a special place in my heart!

I was at Valley Hope for 30 days in January 2023. I desperately needed rehab and because I wasn t covered by insurance had to pay for my treatment. It was, without a doubt, the best money I have ever spent and I would do it again without hesitation. Valley Hope gave me the tools I needed to live a life free from alcohol. The staff are ALL wonderful and caring. I love Valley Hope!!!!

We enjoyed our stay! We had caring helpful staff! The privacy for each patient is takin seriously. I would highly recommend coming here because they allow husband and wife, your phone, and they provide the successful lectures to help u make it out in the real world. Their food is relatively good quality, and the portions are more than u may need. They provide medicated assistance to help you with the withdrawals. The staff are very friendly and truly put your total care at heart. Every patient is accommodating, and welcoming. This does help everyone coming in a lot! Mama cleans her butt off and leaves you feeling cared for and like your her own kid! She puts her all into her hard work and is a very kind, caring soul! Kellie will help u along the way figure out what is bothering you and get to the root of the problem you have, only if you re ready. James does this as well. Two very good counselors who have been through their own situations and use this to help others. Ronda always puts your health above and goes above and beyond to make sure u are taking care of. Shes a wonderful nurse! Allison is very sweet and kind hearted and will do anything it takes to make u feel at peace and have that active listening skill, she is persistent and so is Mel. They both are great at what they do! The lectures are very educational and give u all the tools you may need to out into your tool box to take with you when you leave. I would highly recommend valley hope in booneville.
