My husband and I have been patients here for the last 3 years. The staff truly does care and makes an effort to help you and support you. Miss Timmi, Morgan, and Sydney especially go the extra mile to help clients. The classes, couseling, an other resources are available to everyone and are what you choose to make out of them and use to your benefit. Dr. Pearson is a doctor we have been seeing the past 2 years there, and we like and respect hum very much. This clinic is very helpful in recovery. Its also very helpful in your physical and mental help as well. They offer a lot of support.

The only reason I’m giving this place a five star rating is because of Nancy, Becky! These nurses are amazing and go above and beyond. They are so overworked and at times very unappreciated by some of the clients. High five to Mark and Jeff as well these two councilors are handling very heavy caseloads but still manage to show that they love their job and want what’s best for their clients. They also know how to handle the hot headed ones 😂🙋🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ the reasons I could have given it a one star:
Their drug lab sucks!! 50 percent of the time their results are wrong. You could be 100 percent clean and the test could come back positive. They know the lab sucks but says there is nothing they can do about it… when they send it back to be retested then most of the time the true results will come back. But now they have this new rule where you have to pay 35 dollars for your test to be retested!! It’s a money making scam!! They tell you the lab sucks and most of the time will get your results wrong but now wanna charge you 35 to have it sent back!??!? They know they’ll make hella money! What pisses me off is for the one such as myself who are on probation, this could potentially get me in huge trouble! Thank god I get hair follicles from the state! For the love of God New Seasons… GET A NEW LAB!!

Went for my first visit today saw Alexandra Lucas I have the best experience from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out had the best visit they were super sweet to my granddaughter 😁 she definitely looks at you and pays attention to what you're saying to her and try to figure out the best solution I did walk out in pain still but it was a very good decision to go there today I really appreciate them 😁🙂

I am a recovering IV heroin addict, I have struggled with maintaining sobriety and managing bipolar and anxiety. I have been going here for a few years now and I have been able to stay clean with MAT and consistently manage my mental health. I have seen a few different providers in my time there but they have all been amazing! I feel heard and safe and every there has your best interest in mind. I look forward to my appointment every month. Everyone from the receptionists to the pharmacy and providers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I cannot say a single negative thing about a single person I've met at this clinic! I've been a patient at the MAT clinic for almost a year and everyone I've encountered has been not only supportive but an exceptional example of humanity. Keep an open mind when reading reviews. There are hundreds of people that come to this clinic. There has to be rules in place and some are not going to be understanding or appreciative. Especially in today's society where everything is supposed to be gift wrapped with a smile. This facility treats the most difficult conditions society faces and they do an excellent job of it. Queen of Peace gave me the tools to save myself from alcohol addiction. Overall, I found the staff to be dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate.
It’s scary admitting you need help with an addiction, especially when you realize you need inpatient treatment. I had a tough time adjusting at first (ended up with 8! roommates in 2 months) but the counselors, peer support staff, and BHTs were always understanding, and supportive. Having access to the beautiful chapel was a blessing as well.
The outpatient program is just as helpful as inpatient. It’s the perfect way to transition back to your “new” normal life.

I love this place, because it helps me love myself. get to know myself. it's really a growing spot people can really grow here( spiritually , mentally and physically) when you're on drugs you know you stuck! now you lie to yourself and you don't even know it. you know they help me recognize my lies in me. the way you think backwards sometimes you know; I used to think they were good and I like them in the matter is that are not good for me and they never had been. it' s taken relationship my friends my kids . I AM VIETNAM COMBAT VETERAN. THE VA HAD NO ROOMS SO I HAD TO CHOOSE FROM 4 HOSPITALS. SO HAD PREVIOUSLY TAKEN MY WIFE WHO HAS MS TO ST. JOSEPH'S AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY SHE CARED FOR. SO I CHOSE TO GO TO ST. JOSEPH'S I HAD SERIOUS LEG INFECTION THAT DID NOT ALLOW ME TO WALK. THEY OPERATED ON ME QUIKLY AND I WAS WALKING IN A WEEK. THIS HOSPITAL IS AWESOME 👌

Great specialty hospital with great CNA’s like Vita Williams!. The Case Manager’s could show more empathy and not have you make last minute decisions without being prepared. But overall the hospital staff seem overworked

This location has come along way compared to the way it was before. I’ve been coming here since 2022 and have had better progress and experience than I’ve had with any other facility in my part of Illinois/St. Louis. Although the psychiatric program is horrible and the therapy program would be excellent if you weren’t spending more time getting to know a new therapist every 6 months instead of working on your issues. (so when another job position opens up and pays more these therapist up and leave). For the most part I don’t have anything bad to say about this place my doctor is Kevin Garner and he’s the best primary care Provider that I’ve ever had. He cares and if he can help me with anything he does are points me into the direction I’m supposed to go. I recommend this place for anything from drug addiction to the flu are just getting your meds filled. Just go find a therapist or a psychiatrist somewhere else!!!

I took my sobriety serious and the tools chestnut provided . I appreciate them I am now 5years going on 6 sober. I am also going to college for substance abuse counseling. They are good at what they do. You must be ready to change for them to be able to help you! Nothing but love for this facility!!!

I used to be depressed and suicidal, but now I'm only a little depressed and not suicidal at all. Tysm ilysm. And I hope you still have that picture of you. I'm crying rn if you actually respond. 🥰🥰🥰 I really want to go back even though I'm all better. If you have any suicidal thoughts go see a counselor, or go to mercy/ hospital but only if you don't feel safe at home. Don't make suicide into a joke. It's a serious thing.
