Managing health issues are always a difficult, but I have found the people and facilities at Riverview make every effort to make these moments as easy on you as possible. Valet your car at the front door, register at the front desk, take in the sweeping views of the river, and be seen by doctors, nurses, and the all the other staff members who make you feel like a real-life person they care about helping rather than a cog in the machine of their business. Dr Ciervo and team saved my life in a medical emergency a few years ago and I will never forget how compassionate they were through the entire process. I also highly recommend the Women's Center for annual screenings and follow up procedures as Dr Borofsky and her team - specifically Tiffany, Lisa, Doris and Danielle - were a dream team and provided the kind of top-notch care that all women deserve.

Great counslers at the children's center. Sometimes, no one answers the main line, or the secretary isn't at the desk. But there are friendly faces and people who care. Each therapist tries to make their office their own space; comfortable and unique, and full of sensory toys, games, and chairs. I'm not a fan of the adult center, it's the corporate of counseling centers. However, you can see in the children's center a lot of young, caring counselors that are actually there for the children.

Not sure what s with the bad reviews here about but I ve tried but the telephone & in-person and both are functional. This system is for ex-military & nothing says we are here to get VIP treatment as there are millions fellow comrades (Soldiers Creed) are using the same system. I ve been to other countries abroad and this system is still far exceeds those other systems abroad. Thank you VA and all your staffs!

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

DYC is truly an amazing place.Our son has thrived here, and has grown and learned a great deal. I totally and whole heartedly recommend DYC. My son was in and out of high profile treatment centers for substance abuse dependency. They did not work for him. In fact no facility cures 100% of the SUD s that come thru the door. But DYC saves their fair share. They do it giving responsibilities, rewarding efforts and creating a family environment and a life of sober friendships.My sons road has been rocky, he s been sober 1 year now and making his way with the camaraderie and support of program, sober friends and family

They are so wonderful here and I truly feel that treatment was so therapeutic. They have wonderful groups and DBT and make sure your needs are met and accounted for. They were super flexible to grant me time to celebrate my mom's birthday! Shout out to all especially to Melissa, Rena, and Romesa for their help. I was here for 8 months (4 months inpatient, 4 months transitional Living residence,) and the units are well kept, the majority of the staff are friendly and love to help (you're always going to have a straggler or 2,) and the food wasn't half bad. I, like anyone else, wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, but once I accepted that they were actually trying to help me, and I stopped being cynical, my experience was much easier. I recommend this place for sure! 5 stars!

This place is amazing probably the best clinic around the nurses and staff are amazing. Edit: i went back out of desperation and anxiety. Lawrence is the best, he took me in and took care of me through whole process. That day was appointment only but he still helped so i am gratefulI went to the office and another nearby and both offices did not offer testing. This is very disappointing. I would recommend calling before walking in. I am truly upset considering my circumstances mental health wise. I should mention they said to come tommorow put that's is not the point. I would like this place to live up to its vision and mission.
