I've been bringing my dad here for the last three years and everyone couldn't be nicer! Audio dept. is great. Front desk, friendly and answered all our questions. Not sure why some negative reviews were given, but I noticed it many were during Covid. Perhaps they were short on staff.

i’ve been going to the matawan aberdeen office for many years now, and everyone at this office is always pleasant and kind. the front desk girl erin is always so kind and friendly. always greeting you at the door, making you feel welcome!! thank you to all of the wonderful people here!!!

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

Ashley, is an incredible therapist! She has helped me tremendously in my life in such a short period of time. I have more confidence, healthy boundaries, and healthier relationships. I continue to see her on a weekly basis as I continue to better myself. I highly recommend her and HBH.

I would highly recommend Bassie Falkowitz. She is an incredibly compassionate, empathetic and understanding person. She offers important and helpful perspectives, while also challenging you and holding you accountable. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable and would be a great fit for the client who truly wants to grow!

I cannot speak highly enough of HBH and their therapists. I’ve been working with my therapist, Bethany, for years now and she has changed my life for the better. She is always actively trying to help me improve my way of thinking by means of action and not just talk therapy. She’s always adaptable to my needs depending on where I’m at during my sessions and allows me the space I need to safely navigate my emotions. I’ve never once felt judged during any of my ups or downs. I’ve worked with many therapists growing up, and finding her was such a blessing and nothing short of a miracle. Not to brag (just kidding I’m totally bragging), but I definitely have the best therapist anyone could ever ask for. I’ve also been in a variety of their groups that are run by other therapists in the practice and each counselor has been engaging and passionate about what they do. Their groups are informative, supportive, and respectful. HBH genuinely cares for their patients . I’ve never had a negative experience with them. If you’re looking to change your life for the better, this is the place you’ve been searching for. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help.

A great way to keep on track with your sobriety, the groups are small and it gives you the opportunity to put your feelings out there to get great feedback from others going thru addiction .to help you deal with life on life's terms!!!!!

My father came here to get help with his drinking addiction and he’s been sober for almost a year now.

I just want to say that Bridge Back to Life is an AMAZING center for addiction recovery. I wouldn’t have been able to get clean without them and I mean that more than I could ever possibly express over the internet. They’re incredible. Their process, their staff, everything. They do whatever it takes to help you and that kind of refusal to give up on you can be the difference between life and death for an addict.

Was there March 2023 it was a peaceful beautiful place with good food they did there best

First off, I just want to say I never leave reviews, but felt like I needed to write this. Genesis is an amazing detox! I was there in 2020, ended up relapsing, came back on 10/14/21 and have been going strong since then! Genesis is clean, the food is good, the staff is kind and informative, and in general this is a great detox! I now work in the addiction field and ANY detox referral I have, goes straight to Genesis. For the people complaining about the "food", have clearly never been in the depths of addiction, where they went hungry for days on end. If you're expecting a 10-star resort, then Genesis is not the place for you. Now, if you want a clean and friendly place that will provide the "first step" into recovery and will detox you correctly, Genesis is a great detox. And for the people saying that "they heard everyone's tv's", no you didn't. They provide headphones, so no one hears anyone else's tv's. If no headphones are plugged in, then there is no noise coming from the actual TV. For the people that are complaining about how they run the facility, have clearly never went to a detox where they actually don't give two sh!ts about the patients. At Genesis, the staff is very informative and kind. They will talk to you for hours on end, just to talk to you. I felt like all my needs were met and they went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, comfortable, and safe. The detox itself is very comfortable (for me coming off fentanyl it was super comfortable) and for the most part, I felt pretty okay. Definitely give Genesis a chance! Personally I never had a problem there it is what it is if your there for the right reason. The food could have been better but hey it's not 5 star resort lol.

I had the privilege of completing a clinical rotation at Haven Behavioral Health as a Physician Assistant student, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Haven provides exceptional care to patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and personality disorders. The multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, therapists, and behavioral health technicians work collaboratively to ensure patients receive safe, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment. The staff fostered an environment that was welcoming, professional, and dedicated to patient well-being. I was especially fortunate to have Dr. Seara, the Medical Director, as my preceptor. His expertise, warmth, and approachable teaching style created an outstanding learning environment. Dr. Seara is not only clinically knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in the growth of his students, making the rotation both educational and inspiring. Especially in conditions not commonly seen and leave lasting impressions on students (especially astasia abasia which I will never forget.) Training at Haven Behavioral Health was an invaluable opportunity that has left a lasting impact on my professional development. I would highly recommend this facility and Dr. Seara as a preceptor to any student pursuing a career in mental health.

I've been to other Facilities in Brooklyn however there's No other Facility better than the Chateau great staff great social service team ,Great Physical therapy department and also the food was great thanks to Gasper and Jason who gived me inspiration and always check in on me daily I would Recomend this Great place

My grandmothers stay at the facility was nothing short of exceptional. The rehabilitation services were amazing, and the quality of care far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, making my entire stay comfortable, supportive, and truly memorable. A special shout-out to Gasper, Jason, Beth, Tristian, Kareem Miss Young, and the entire first-floor team and a big shoutout to Yaron and his team!!! Diane and her rec team your dedication, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference. I also want to recognize Jack, Wendy and her entire team for consistently going above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Great service as well great teamwork

This is a safe sanctuary where I did not want to go. I went in and felt cautious, but was welcomed with open arms. I was treated with respect even when I felt I did not deserve it. My counselor Lora believed in me and saved me when I was at the lowest point of my life. She showed me a sort of compassion and understanding that I never knew possible and believed in me when no one else did. It saved my life and pushed me to be a better man. I will be grateful for all eternity.

There aren't suspicious deaths, The treatment is therapeutic, also they have Criminals at the facility. Deaths will occur due to drugs, not because of the care.

They are so wonderful here and I truly feel that treatment was so therapeutic. They have wonderful groups and DBT and make sure your needs are met and accounted for. They were super flexible to grant me time to celebrate my mom's birthday! Shout out to all especially to Melissa, Rena, and Romesa for their help. Dr. Darly along with Dr. Mehta and Dr Preethi were so amazing. Charge nurse Gitu is amazing and make sure we take our meds to get well. Shout out to Allison, Alyssa, Cris and the most amzazing Mojadas.We can't forget the maintenance crew, along with kitchen staff and mojadas. They deserve a raise. I am a former Marine, transitioning from a military life to civilian life was not easy by any means. Neither was my struggle with addiction which I battled over a decade and the fight does not end. Silver Lake has not only fought by my side, but was the safe haven, support, and help I desperately needed. Some of these counselors are very special people and every single one of them are not just professional but make it so comfortable to talk as if you are talking to a good friend. I don’t know where I would be today if not for Silver Lake. Anthony Perrone the program supervisor is truly an amazing person, NP Sledge is also and I have met a lot of people on my path. I’m am still in the fight thanks to him and the staff at Silver Lake. Not just with substance abuse but general therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, anger management program, couples therapy which I am about to undergo excited to do so, and most importantly just the day to day support of the counselors. The day to day support and genuine care that this facility provides is hard to come by. My counselor is always adamant about the fact that he is always available to reach out to, and has proven that time and time again. I am beyond grateful for this place and people. I have the choice of going to the VA as a disabled veteran and Silver Lake, I personally choose Silver Lake any day.
