Alina Lodge is genuinely a place that saves lives. I don't have the words to adequately express my feelings for this place. From personal experience I can attest that every member of the staff here treats their students with compassion and care. They also instill a sense of personal responsibility and self respect that many of us had lost somewhere along the way. I wish there was a 6th star I could add to my review

I don t usually write reviews but I was at Alina Lodge for five and a half months. I did the extended guest program and I can honestly say that every part of this program is the reason I will have 10 months of sobriety in a few days. Alina accepted me when I was very resistant to treatment, trying to lock myself in my room for days and refusing to engage in treatment. The staff held such patience and love for me, and when I finally became willing and listened, the message provided to me helped me begin my journey through recovery. | Moving Mountains Recovery in Randolph, New Jersey is an alcohol and drug rehab center. The facility was founded by three individuals who’ve personally dealt with the challenges of addiction. The levels of care offered include detox, outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial care. Clients can be admitted for treatment through a phone call or | Programs Payment Options | If it wasn’t for Jesus Christ I would not be sober today. He receives all the credit for my rest, peace, restoration, rehabilitation, recovery and sobriety. I credit MM with convincing me to enter recovery. When I second guessed attending MM, from director down to intake coordinators they shared the benefits and advantages of the programs. I especially thank Irma for her encouraging personality and experience in the real world. The intake staff played a big role in getting me out of Michigan; where I felt unsafe and incapable of defeating the disease of alcohol and addiction. They called me 2-4 times a day, 7 days a week, for 1 month. They didn’t know me, but it felt as if they did. I finally had a friend or somewhat like a loved one that actually care about me living.
Two therapist stood out to me; Meagan and Jesse! They were amazing. They obviously put not only their minds to their clinical groups, but they pour their energy and hearts into their therapy. I truly wish that one of them was my personal therapist while I was in the program. Jesse mastered bring clients/patients together. Meagan was unbelievable, her therapy and meditation tactics enhanced my relationship with Christ. It allowed me to focus in on my praying, conversational skills, praise and listening skills with Christ personally. In 2022, my father died and under the influence of my disease, I decided to not complete my MA in CMHC although I was only four classes away. Meagan’s expertise and compassion has changed my mind. I’m going to finish my Masters!!!!
She was amazing!
I also enjoyed specific staff members whom compassion and care was beyond genuine. Those staff members were two different Dans, Olivia, Victoria, Bill, Nick and Maryam.
The highlight of my experience at MM were MY PEOPLE! Those who were just like me. Race didn’t matter, gender was no factor, and we all were blinded to anyone’s lifestyle preferences. We loved each other, taught each other, hugged each other, shared together, and encouraged one another. We all shared the same desire to be free. Not just free of addiction, but free in life alone. I encouraged everyone in my path to hate! Yes, I said it, “Hate”! I encouraged to hate drugs and alcohol. And I also loudly and proudly shared the name of my Higher Power. I will once again, if your searching for a Higher Power, I like to recommend mine. His name is Jesus! He has freed me in life.
If you are ready for a new journey of sobriety, I strongly recommend MM of Randolph, NJ. This facility may require you to detox first, and two hours away I had an even greater experience at Enlightened Recovery located in Atlantic City, NJ.

They provided excellent treatment and the counselors were very personable; gave great suggestions and advice. On the residence side of things it was really smooth, food was provided, good room and housemates. The staff were very helpful and also great to talk to as well. Felt like I was treated as family here as soon as I walked in. Rehab is what you make of it, and some are looking to do the deal while others are not, it s important to stick close with the people who are really trying to get this thing. Only thing I will say is aftercare treatment is basically nonexistent here, no contacts from alumni since I left, if you have mail at the PHP house they won t tell you, they just throw it out. Basically if you don t go to their sober living you feel like ties are cut. Everything here was great just wish they did more for people who leave and decide to go somewhere else.

| Water Gap Wellness has substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment facilities in several states, including their facility in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. The programs they offer are accredited by The Joint Commission, and they accept most major insurance carriers. Currently, the facility offers partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient | Treatments Programs Payment Options | This place changed my life. I have spent the last 10 years rotating different treatment centers and nothing had a more profound and permanent impact on my recovery than water gap.
From every aspect their treatment and experience is the best in class. A lot of the staff / psychiatrists have experienced addiction or mental health challenges in some capacity and to be supported in my recovery process by others who have REAL, lived experience and aren't just college educated / textbook informed academics trying to cure people of problems and challenges they can't relate to or understand from within is just one component of what makes Watergap so unique and so effective. The staff are not only extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but they have a perspective on recovery and healing that you can share and relate to with them, I think this also contributes to how caring the staff are, they really all take such a personal and deep interest in your recovery vs this just being a way to pay the bills and put their degree to use (which I have seen at many places).
Beyond the staff and recovery approach being incredible and also unique, the grounds are absolutely stunning with world class amenities. The natural beauty surrounding the facility allows your mind and soul to really connect with nature in the healing process and there are also such a wide range of amenities it feels like being at a luxury resort. From a massage/spa room, hiking in the beautiful Poconos mountains, group yoga and meditation, themed dinner nights, a glass sun room for yoga sessions, a beautiful golf course, daily hikes, a swimming pool - there are endless ways at Watergate to stay constantly entertained, distracted, challenged and inspired.
I am so thankful for Watergate for changing my life and can't say enough good things about my experience and the treatment I received there.

I cannot say enough good about Blake Recovery Center at Carrier.I was there for alcohol and opiate addiction. When I checked in I was scared, and sick, and angry, and underweight and technically malnourished. I don't know why so many of these reviews are knocking the food. In my experience not only was the food good, but they went out of their way to make sure I was eating properly at every meal. In addition to that there was fruit and snacks available at all times.Everyone on staff was kind and knowledgeable. Some rehabs treat the patients as people who have done wrong and need to be punished. Carrier treats patients as people who need help. There are AA and NA meetings; but Carrier doesn't push the 12 step program down your throat. They teach. I learned a lot there from classes they have throughout the day - how and why addiction works in the brain, how to navigate being sober, how to identify behaviors that will lead to getting re-addicted. They also foster an environment for patients to lean on and help each other while building healthy boundaries. I don't have a good way to explain it; but it was excellent.I felt safe there. That was exceptionally important to me. I put a lot my trust into Carrier to take care of me and they 100% did. That may be the best thing overall. I was not afraid. It's a really good place. If you or a loved one are considering rehab I highly recommend Carrier Clinic, and Blake, especially.

I had a severe Vertigo (BPPV) condition about a month ago. After release from hospital I went to RWJ outpatient Physical Therapy in Bridgewater for Vestibular Therapy. Having experienced severe attacks, I was very scared & anxious when I started Therapy. My Therapist was Venus Rivera. She proved to be a life saver for me. She was very empathetic to my situation, very attentive, compassionate & a thorough professional. She expertly helped me with my condition by clearing the canals through Therapy (although the Therapy itself recreates the severe vertigo till the canals are cleared) & build back my confidence in getting back to my normal life.I highly recommend RWJ Physical Therapy & especially Venus Rivera. All the support staff from front office to the techs were also great.Thank you.
