When my brother first went to Harbor my family was praying that he would get the help he needed. What we got was so much more , he not only received help, he received healing. Harbor wellness is a place of miracles. Miracles happen there. Recovery is the redemption of a broken society and harbor wellness makes it possible. The curriculum Ashley Ryan put together is brilliant and accessible and life changing. Bryce is a role model and a scholar and a gentleman. A place is only as good as its people and the people here are all amazing. They teach you how to rebound better than coach Carter. They saved my life but also my quality of life. My physical therapist, Jim is an excellent therapist. He has helped me with my sciatica problem and my hip replacement both pre-surgically and post surgically, among other things. He has also helped me to keep a positive attitude. The other therapists, Dan, Shukar, Usma and Collin are also excellent therapists as well as positive, friendly people. Even the support staff, Jodell, Christina, Gianna, Preston, Yasmin, Henry and Stephen are friendly, helpful people. Who knew you could love going to physical therapy.

Managing health issues are always a difficult, but I have found the people and facilities at Riverview make every effort to make these moments as easy on you as possible. Valet your car at the front door, register at the front desk, take in the sweeping views of the river, and be seen by doctors, nurses, and the all the other staff members who make you feel like a real-life person they care about helping rather than a cog in the machine of their business. Dr Ciervo and team saved my life in a medical emergency a few years ago and I will never forget how compassionate they were through the entire process. I also highly recommend the Women's Center for annual screenings and follow up procedures as Dr Borofsky and her team - specifically Tiffany, Lisa, Doris and Danielle - were a dream team and provided the kind of top-notch care that all women deserve.

I have attempted several programs in my past that did not work out for me….UNTIL I stepped into Serenity @ Summit. There's no such thing as a 5 star detox, you're not necessarily there to have fun. That being said, if you absolutely have to go to detox, I would recommend Serenity at Summit. Dr. Williams is a great Doctor, and a good man. The nurses are kind and caring, with some expectations. The counselor's do there jobs, some better than others. The tech's all get 5 stars! Really kind, caring, people who are very likeable, and do a great job. The rooms are good, you'll likely get a private room since most people transition after 7 to 10 days. The food was mostly atrocious, but I had zero appetite, so don't go by me. Overall Serenity contributed greatly to the beginning of my journey toward sobriety, so as difficult as my stay was, I'm greatful to have endured it, and I would go back again if I absolutely had to.

By far the best place around. If your serious about your recovery, this is the place. It s not just all about the medication, it s about the staff as well. My counselor, Sharece T saved my life. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and treats people as an individual, not a group, because we re all different. She really took the time to get to know me and get to the root of the problem and checks up regularly to see if everything s going well. I ve been to many places, doctors, meetings and rehabs. No one has ever understood me better, witch is very important in recovery so you can be treated accordingly. I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Great counslers at the children's center. Sometimes, no one answers the main line, or the secretary isn't at the desk. But there are friendly faces and people who care. Each therapist tries to make their office their own space; comfortable and unique, and full of sensory toys, games, and chairs. I'm not a fan of the adult center, it's the corporate of counseling centers. However, you can see in the children's center a lot of young, caring counselors that are actually there for the children.

Overall, I have had a good experience with the Leonard Clinic and their staff. They were friendly and helpful from the start. I really like my counselor. She's professional, and she actually, genuinely cares. I'm am currently homeless, and my insurance is kinda messed up right now, but they didn't turn me away. They still helped me, and are continuing to help me get my life back and under control. I'm glad me and my fiance decided to walk in that one day.I also want to comment on 2 more things.1. Ms. Cookie at the front window where you sign in is awesome! Friendly, fast, knows her s**t. Shes even remembers my number when I'm having a rough morning and draw a blank and can't remember it...lol.2. Ms. Elaughn Davis Lance from the medical department is amazing. She is friendly, efficient, extremely helpful. She's straight forward and honest with you, won't bullsh**t you. If there's a long wait for the doc, she will tell you to get comfortable, it's gonna be awhile. She is always smiling, and welcoming, makes u feel comfortable and at ease. I always look forward to seeing her daily, as she is a very sharp dresser, has great fashion sense!!

When I arrived to GenPsych i was in an awful state and did not see light at the end of the tunnel. I didn t see a tunnel at all. Took me a while, but after 11 or so weeks in the DBT track I am a completely different person. It wouldn t be without all the individuals that make up this incredible facility. This place has alot of great resources to offer. My prescribers Amy and Albert were wonderful. Both listened carefully and came up with a plan to meet my needs in recovery.My therapist Val Karabin was phenomenal. I wish all therapists were like her.Groups inc DBT were very helpful as well. My time here was well spent.

I REALLY appreciate the kindness and compassion that literally greets you at the door... I've only been on the program for a couple of months and I haven't met any staff member or supportive staff member(i.e. nursing, admissions) that have not been respectful and helpful... Ms. Smith is so-oo down to earth and knowledgeable, she makes it easy to identify and address my issues...I'm so glad that I chose Lennard as the foundation for my recovery... I am feeling like I'm gonna be a success... Not sure what s with the bad reviews here about but I ve tried but the telephone & in-person and both are functional. This system is for ex-military & nothing says we are here to get VIP treatment as there are millions fellow comrades (Soldiers Creed) are using the same system. I ve been to other countries abroad and this system is still far exceeds those other systems abroad. Thank you VA and all your staffs!

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

If you or anyone you know is struggling with addiction, please please PLEASE call Princeton Detox! The medical staff and technicians are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt judged or ashamed for the situation I was in. My accommodations were updated, clean and comfortable. If there was anything further I needed whether it be personal or medical the staff was sure to get right on it to make me as comfortable as possible. The 3 full meals a day we're always prepared with thought and balance, and the always open snack/beverage bar were always stocked. Had a family member who went through the program there and liked it. Said a tech named Stacy (unsure of last name) was the best and kept
Him comfortable. He said if it wasn't for the tech he was gonna AMA. Since then he's been sober and in the AA program.

I've been bringing my dad here for the last three years and everyone couldn't be nicer! Audio dept. is great. Front desk, friendly and answered all our questions. Not sure why some negative reviews were given, but I noticed it many were during Covid. Perhaps they were short on staff.

I made it to the clinic and Jasmine and Donna Marie helped me with my situation. Jasmine is a wonderful caring woman and she made me feel right at home... First time meeting her. And Donna Marie... I don't know how this place would run without her She is super professional but has amazing need side manner I am blessed for the kindness of these two woman. And everyone else who works there.
