Very pleased with Jessica Fedders service. Stress care in general is not the best at the front office as far as communication. Although they are improving and the people that man the phones are very very nice and very personable so please don't take that the wrong way but I have to be honest. Other than that I'm very pleased with the services and I love the fact you have your own app and communication is made readily available. I was seeing a doctor for almost 15 years so it was hard to make a switch but I'm glad I did not only did I save money but it was incredibly easy to transition highly recommend. I'm just adding new information today. I'm very happy with the stress care of that is up today since my last review. Communication reception doctors everybody's on point. Easy, accessible and friendly. I would definitely recommend and I believe you can get everything done in there in one place so I would definitely give him a look-see

RCA is a great facility for anyone looking to start working on getting sober. It helps in setting you up for your journey of Recovery. They lay down the foundation we have to take action and do the work. The facility is spacious, clean, calm and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and the food is great. A place to relax and reflect. The RCA staff is great! Housekeeping Dept, All the Nurses, the Chef and the food service staff, the RSS's like Mike, Stephanie, Dorothy, Jazz, Ben, Bobby, Antonio just to mention a few (All RSS's are helpful & understanding). Marguerite - Senior Alumni Coordinator, Kelly in Finance, Jeff, Ed, and all the case workers All the Therapist especially Bidal and Ben. I recently had a memorable experience at RCA. They helped me to work on me and my sobriety. I recommend RCA. Let's begin to surrender and achieve sobriety one day at a time.

I was surprised and impressed when the Lyons VA reached out to me to see if I needed an appointment. Prior to them reaching out to me I hadn't realized when I connected with the East Orange VA medical center that they have an over abundance of patients. The call was outstanding because no VA hospital has ever done that for me. That's outstanding and squared away and I'm very impressed with the East Orange and Lyons VA medical centers. I have been receiving medical treatment at Lyons and East Orange for over 12 years.. and have interacted with many medical professionals and staff.. in any large hospital setting, you will encounter dedicated people and sometimes, some that are just not smart enough to gargle. I recently had shoulder surgery and I rate it 5 stars 110%. Drs, nurses, staff were outstanding and the scheduling was perfect. God Bless all those who take care of us veterans at both hospitals.

Excellent therapists who seem to really care. From time of intake until you are actually assigned a therapist was quite fast. The therapists are compassionate and experienced.

I belong to the group upstairs called Brooklyn Real Pro's Its a great program love the groups learned a lot again its a great program

Im gonna be flatout honest i came here ungrateful and with a rotten attitude the groups were amazing and i learned a lot from them… people there are kind some of them are a little harder but i look at it as tough love… the only reason im giving them 4 stars was they had no dryer for a month but other than that my complaints are non-existent

Great place for veteran health care... Been coming here since I got discharged. You just have to learn to work with the government standards and requirements; also the appts, may be far out, but then it's pretty awesome health care.

Five star care from beginning to end. My PACU RN, Lindsey P, was phenomenal! She explained everything thoroughly and provided excellent care. Also, Lyndsey my pre-op nurse was terrific as well. Thanks to Dr Dean Cindrario for a great anesthesia experience and of course my surgeon Dr Matthew Kaufman who has always provided me with excellent care and always makes me feel comfortable in his capable hands.

My husband had a vascular procedure and he and I were so impressed with the expert care he received from Dr. Litsky and his wonderful team: Sean and Angela. They each were competent and caring. Angela, especially, was uplifting as she took care of his every need in recovery. We were then escorted to our car by Marcus who had such a pleasant manner. We will return for another procedure soon and are confident that he will be in caring hands once again.

5 Stars isn't enough, they need a 10 Star option. Riverview Medical Center and all of the staff that work there and all of the medical staff that works there are absolutely amazing. Such caring people and they really do a great job on keeping families informed and in a comfortable setting. Myself or my family have never once had any issues at Riverview. One of my family members was recently in ICU and the nurses there are just so kind and friendly and so amazing at keeping you knowing exactly what's going on in addition to always making sure the patient is okay as often as possible. I would truly recommend this Hospital for any and all medical needs because they are top of the line!!

I definitely recommend this place if you're battling addiction. The staff is very welcoming and straight up. The facility was very clean, the food was amazing, did I mention that the staff was amazing, because they were. Please give Soba a chance before you go anywhere else. Love you guys at Soba.

My experience at this facility was genuinely positive and something I will always be grateful for. From the friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff to the clean and comfortable environment, I felt supported throughout my stay. There was a great balance of structure, recovery, and opportunities to enjoy ourselves, including AA and NA speakers who shared their experiences and reminded us that recovery is possible, movie nights, group chats, and trips to the park and gym. One of the biggest things this experience gave me was a sense of stability. It helped me quiet my mind, regain perspective, and, most importantly, restore hope. I left with a healthier outlook and lifestyle, along with an introduction to the AA and NA communities and the importance of building a support system outside of treatment. These are things I honestly don’t believe I would have been able to establish or accomplish on my own. All of the staff were wonderful, and I genuinely appreciate the kindness and care they showed. Mike always found a way to keep the environment light and fun, make us laugh (something I hadn’t done in a long time), make sure our bellies were full, and check that everyone was doing okay. I came in feeling overwhelmed and unsure of myself, and I left with something I hadn’t felt in a long time: hope, perspective, and a renewed commitment to myself, my children, and my future. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life.

The entire staff at this facility especially the director Mike are absolutely incredible. They your best interest in mind and show a genuine love for their job and you.

What time is the last call patients are able to make?

In my humble opinion, this is the best place you can go for help. Whether detox or rehab. The staff is wonderful and kind, the accommodations are good, and the food is great! This is the best place you can go, when you need help. They REALLY! REALLY! REALLY! help. May God bless everyone who needs help, this is the best place to go!

First, I want to give a big shout-out to a few of the PCCs and staff members who truly made a difference. Stacy—thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and kindness. I truly hope you achieve everything you’re working toward. You would make an incredible counselor. The way you treated us with respect, compassion, and genuine care says so much about your work ethic and your character. Ash and Mike S - thank you for your patience and for always treating us with love, kindness, and respect. You made us feel like human beings, and that means more than you know. Stephan, Johnny, Gary, and Antwo—thank you for everything. The list of people I appreciate could honestly go on. Joe—you’re the man! Thank you for helping me even when you didn’t have to. And to my counselor, James—I’m truly grateful that our paths crossed. Thank you for your guidance and support. To anyone considering coming here: if you’re serious about getting help, staying focused on your goals, and working on your sobriety, you can absolutely succeed here. One thing I learned is that treating others with respect goes a long way. This isn’t a resort, so don’t expect a different meal every day or luxury accommodations. Like any program, there are some downsides, but for me, there were far more positives than negatives. I left with valuable lessons, support, and hope. At the end of the day, recovery starts with you and with the mindset you choose to have. Thank you to everyone who helped me during my stay. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I wish you all nothing but the best.

Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

Supportive and non judgement staff at Brentwood location. Very clean and group sessions were great. They truly make you feel like a human being a person. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Aftercare started early. Left with a written plan, local meetings, and a crisis protocol. Still referencing it months later.

Getting there was low-key. Quiet area, easy parking, calm lobby. Didn’t feel intimidating walking in.

Money stuff was handled up front. Insurance check and cost breakdown before I started. No surprise bills later.

I’m so grateful for my experience at High Focus Centers. I spent the past three months there, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so patient, caring, and supportive, and I never felt like I was going through anything alone. They were always there when I needed them and truly made me feel heard and understood. I’m leaving with so much gratitude for everyone who was part of my journey. ❤️

High focus in cranford i can honestly say this place saved my life. I had a mental breakdown and never did outpatient before. I didn't know what to expect, but immediately felt safe here. The Clinicians are a group of the most wonderful caring people. Shout to my Clinician Kaitlyn!!! They take time to get to know everyone and help them individually. Dr. Hall also listened to all my concerns and problems and got me on a medication that works best for me. I can't thank them enough!

High Focus Freehold was the steady rock that gave me back my life. I can’t thank the world class therapists and doctors enough: Ashley, Nathalie, Jade, Kelly, Karen, Brianna, Tim, and staff Damian and Donna, for giving me the strength I needed to grow strong again. Working with Tim C has been an incredibly positive experience. He is kind, knowledgeable, and always made himself available when we needed support. His responsiveness, patience, and genuine compassion gave us confidence during a challenging time. We are very grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and dedicated mental health professional.

My son did the PHP followed by the IOP program. The change in him is night and day, my family couldn’t be happier. His clinician Tim C. was incredible. He was in consistent contact with me on our concerns, listened not only to my son but me as a mom and my other son as a brother and took all of our concerns and feedback into his sessions with my son. He helped my son work through not only the issues he was having but gave him the coping skills to tackle hard things going forward. We will miss him and the staff greatly. I wish high focus offered outpatient services to continue after the intensives end.

I recently had disc replacement surgery with Dr. Lee at this facility, and I’m very grateful for the wonderful experience I had. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and caring. What impressed me the most was the great teamwork among everyone. It was clear that they worked very well together, and I could genuinely feel that I was in good hands. Their kindness and professionalism helped me feel reassured and comfortable before my surgery. I truly appreciate the excellent care and support I received from Dr. Lee and the entire team. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience much easier and more comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

Came in for appendicitis; they had me out in a day and a half. Wait times can be super long and there are a lot of patients so sometimes you get put on hold for a bit. Other than that, good experience. The nurses are super nice and make sure you get the treatment you need. The surgical team was super upfront about what would happen and took special care to get me prepared and ready despite my nerves. Appreciate the care I got here.

I don’t typically write reviews but the experience my mom and I had at RWJ MICU and ED was outstanding. Every nurse, doctor, spiritual leader, volunteer..etc had went to different lengths to offer support to us during a terrible moment in both our lives. I want to especially thank nurse Michael and nurse Joe from the MICU who were extremely supportive, patient, and informative. I am so appreciative of the team my dad had.

Nicole in RDU was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, compassionate, patient, and truly understanding of my father’s needs. She made us feel comfortable, listened carefully, and treated us with genuine care and respect. Her kind heart and professionalism really stood out during a stressful time for our family.
