SHOUT OUT to the staff here..I have been to many many rehabs, and there is something different about these people, and this place..they are in my opinion, Earth Angels. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after..
I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo

Rolling Hills was exactly as advertised.. A healthy and safe environment for recovery. All of the therapists held engaging and fun groups. Caroline was extremely professional and attentive to all of our needs, greeting us every morning! Bobby was intent on providing assistance during and after my time at Rolling Hills. Kerri, Bryan, and Marisa provided relatable outlooks on addiction, as well as the mental aspects pertaining to the recovery process. This made each session that much more engaging/interesting. Cammie, Dorine and Moira were very helpful in teaching the science behind why our brains behave the way they do in addiction. Mike and all of the other staff was really understanding when it came to my insurance issues and for that I am so grateful. I owe my sobriety to this place, forever and always.

Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol!
On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

My Mom was brought there with an aneurysm at the end of October, and even though she didn't make it, I would like to say thank you to every person there. From Doctor to Nurse to orderly or any other employee walking in the hallway that was polite, helpful, informative, you really helped our transition be a little less painful. I had such a wonderful experience during my labor and delivery stay at Morristown Medical. From the moment I arrived at the admission desk to the incredible care I received from every nurse, pediatric doctor, OBGYN, tech, nursery staff member, and even housekeeping—everyone was exceptionally kind, accommodating, and supportive across both day and night shifts. We delivered our baby on a very busy night, yet our entire stay was absolutely perfect. Was brought in via EMS, admitted for 2 nights and 3 days in the adolescent unit. The hospital staff are incredible, caring and always smiling at all hours. The night neuro team came in while I was having an episode, instead of just making sure I was medically stable they held my hand and reassured me that they were right next to me and I'd be ok- all at 3 in the morning! Shout out to Nurses Kim, Sam, Heather; all the rest of the nurses in Adolescents; Doctor Sarah Yavelberg and the Peds team; and Art Therapist Christiana and Child Life Specialist Jasdeep 🩷🩷! I definitely felt safe, taken care of, listened to, validated and understood during my hospitalization.
Additionally, the place is very clean, aesthetically appealing, and well-designed. There was a bed with a separate curtain, light and tv for parent to stay overnight. Meals can be ordered from an extensive menu and are delivered to rooms. They changed sheets as often as requested, even multiple times a day.
People ask why I insist on traveling the hour distance to New Brunswick for emergencies, and this is why! If there was an option to give more than five stars, RWJ New Brunswick would definitely get it!

This program changed my life for the better. I found myself in the position of needing a higher level of care but didn’t know where to turn. Luckily, I had help and support in finding High Focus Parsippany. The program is structured very well. I can honestly say that between the individual sessions and the group sessions, I learned so many new coping skills and so much more about how to better myself. All the employees are so caring and genuinely want to see you get better. I learned a lot from other participants in the program as well. Andrew is the absolute best. He validated, yet challenged me, better than any therapist ever has. He helped me in ways that will continue to have a positive impact on me, for the rest of my life. Excellent program! The connections I made with all the clinicians/interns in only a few months was amazing, and helped me progress to where I am today (Special shout out to my clinician, Andrew, for making sure I'm okay always and helping me through some tough times!) The new building is beautiful, lots of light and windows as opposed to the old center. Thank you, Sylvia, for making me laugh at the times I wanted to cry, humor is much needed. Our tween recently completed the PHP program at High Focus Centers in Parsippany, and we felt compelled to share what truly sets this program apart. While the clinical care was strong for our son, the hidden gem of this program is the weekly Family Group counseling sessions for parents!
Facilitated by John, who cares deeply about the well-being of the parents as much as the teens, these virtual sessions have been an invaluable lifeline. They create a safe, supportive space where families can share, listen, and learn from each other. We found ourselves looking forward to these meetings—not only to gain insight and guidance, but also to support others at different points in their own journeys.

I have received wonderful therapeutical from my anxiety and stress. I first started coming here probably a year and a half ago and I saw a young lady name Pam, she was lovely, but went to another office, during that time I was starting to see of Andrea, who was a pivotal, life-changing therapist for me, I have been always in this self development, try to treat stress on my own type of person however, Andrea and I have come up with many coping skills and she’s told me through the most critical and most stressful times of My adult life. I give her so much credit. Not only is she empathetic and compassionate. She makes me feel like I’m not less than for feeling certain ways that I feel. I feel like that she’s help me to reframe certain thoughts that I’ve had that have cut me in a stressful crisis cycle . The front desk staff is fantastic, most importantly, this wonderful, lovely, professional, kind and beyond caring to every patient that she comes in contact with is Erin . She is irreplaceable, absolutely fantastic, and dealing with many situation at once, her and I actually took quite a bit because I have to fit my therapy into my schedule and she is accessible , and wonderfully accommodating. Her compassion for the patients that are there and what they’re going through is bar none!!! I am absolutely blessed, and I am becoming a better version of myself and have spread the word to dear friends and family to attend, as well . To be able to say that I am actually getting help from this wonderful community of trained professionals, who know exactly how to deal with people with all different needs of all different levels is really life-changing for me. I also attended a group that was spectacular, it made me feel less alone, and was supportive and not awkward and exactly what I needed.

Integrity House was very challenging and very rewarding. I was forced to face a lot of childish behavior I had been holding on to and actually work to change it. My sense of intitalment, my selfishness and to many more to list honestly. The staff there is great, always professional and compassionate. I'd really like to give a special shout out to my counselor Andres Ortega. He helped me replace so many bad traits through the application of spiritual principles. My gratitude, patience, forgiveness and understanding are at levels I never thought they could be and Andres was a huge part of that transformation. I've accepted that life isn't all roses, and that's ok. It's helped me focus on what's good and be in control of my feelings. Andres really challenged me to take a look at the role I played and play in my family and my relationship with my daughter and mother has been so much better as a result. I worked @Intergrity House (Bate Program) for 10 years and moved on to work in different programs throughout the years, I have to say this was one of the best places I worked in, they are there for their clients, understanding, their files are kept tight and bonus were the best. So, I will always be grateful to this program. Also the best, best thing i got from here is that I met my wonderful hubby there which he recently passed. I pass by 2x a week just to remember my experience there. The rose garden was one of my favorite places which was name after one of the most caring counselors from the end of the 80’s,

Grateful for the opportunity to go to Integrity house Newark. The staff were great my time there and they actually take clients to the dentist and doctor. We had events going to movies and the beach and always did something for a holiday. They allow visits and your family can bring you things you need. Again appreciative for the chance to work on myself in Integrity.

I looked at some of the negative reviews, however, I had quite the positive experience. First of all, having been in different locations so far this hospital has far been the best compared to others. I know that hospitals like their psych units often get a bad rep, hence the many negative reviews. I gotta praise the cleanliness of this place. The custodians take effort in cleaning at least once a day, such as the rooms and hallways. The staff were nice and caring such as nurses, social workers, doctors, OTs and behavioral health workers. They actually treat patients as actual human beings. My stay was pretty short, but it was the first time I got out stable and content after this stay despite my minimal time here. Thanks

I just want to say that Bridge Back to Life is an AMAZING center for addiction recovery. I wouldn’t have been able to get clean without them and I mean that more than I could ever possibly express over the internet. They’re incredible. Their process, their staff, everything. They do whatever it takes to help you and that kind of refusal to give up on you can be the difference between life and death for an addict.

I had a great experience at Staten Island University Hospital. I underwent an elective surgery (hip replacement), so my experience might be different than with other areas of the hospital. But everything was seamless for me. The pre-op testing was great, and the gentleman who took care of my vitals, blood, ekg was great, as was the radiologist who Xrayed my hip! I received all the information I needed for my procedure, watched the videos to make sure I was prepped for the surgery. On the day of the procedure, they got me in right away. I didn't even have to wait on an IV. Everything moved along quickly and smoothly. I always felt like I was in good hands. Of course my surgeon, Dr. Korshunov, is absolutely amazing (brilliant & a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a surgeon). And the entire OR team working with him was fantastic. They put me at ease! After the procedure, the recovery experience was great as well. People helped me and gave me lots of attention. I didn't have to flag down a nurse for water or crackers or anything. They constantly asked how I was doing and if I needed something. The food also was amazingly good, which is nice when you need energy to heal and get going. Also, the PT and the OT people were on time and very good. I wanted to be released same day, and they respected that and made it happen without any stress-was released earlier than I gad even hoped, which makes journey home so much less painful! (I had my other hip done years ago at another hospital, and was always waiting on things-like PT-so was stressed that wouldn't be released same day). Thank you, Staten Island University Hospital, for making my surgery a better experience than I anticipated.
