Drug Rehab Centers in Neptune City, New Jersey

My Dad was admitted to the hospital with an infection and ended up never leaving hospice until he passed last week. With that being said, I want to praise and thank the Floor 3 East hospice nurses and staff for the best & most attentive care. Our experience was wonderful while my dad was here for just over a month. Specifically, best nurses we had were Patrick, Kelly and Jen to name a few. They were so good with my dad and very accommodating to myself, my brother and step-mother while we took turns sleeping over at night. They constantly checked on my dad to make sure his comfort level was ok. I am saddened by my father's loss but this hospital/wing did a great job making us feel at home and treating Dad with respect. Thank you 3 East.

Sadly, this is my second surgery in the past seven months, but thankfully, I chose Riverview to have both of them done… From the valet Parker’s to the people that work at the desk to the people that literally hold your life in their hands I can honestly say that as much as you hate going to the doctors or the hospitals, my experience there have been Unbelievable. Cant thank them enough for the way they treat and care for you. Thank you!

I'm writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for Chris Vallecillo, a clinician who truly made a difference in my treatment at Relevance. I worked with Chris for a significant period, and his approach to therapy was incredibly effective for me. Chris has a unique ability to connect with you on a personal level while maintaining a professional and insightful demeanor. He created a comfortable and trusting environment where I felt safe to openly discuss my challenges. His guidance was always practical and actionable, helping me develop coping mechanisms and strategies that genuinely improved my well-being. I particularly valued his ability to listen intently and offer perspectives that I hadn't considered, which was crucial for my progress. I was genuinely disappointed to learn that Chris is no longer working at Relevance. His departure is a significant loss for the facility, as his expertise and compassionate approach are truly exceptional. For anyone seeking a clinician who is not only highly skilled but also deeply committed to their patients' success, Chris Vallecillo is, in my experience, outstanding. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors and hope that others will have the opportunity to benefit from his incredible support as I did.

I learned a lot of valuable skills at Relevance. Gracie was a phenomenal counselor who was empathetic with great boundaries. Latifah helped me so much with guidance, med management and life skills. Chelsea was incredible at teaching and explaining DBT. The only pressing issue I had during treatment was difficulty receiving case management needs. Other than that, I have made immense progress, and it was with the helping hands of relevance. Thank you Relevance team for your patience, dual diagnosis care, and laughter. Empowering experience for sure.

I went to Dr. Sandra Connolly a few months ago for my first time. I needed an annual check up and bloodwork drawn, she also does Gynecology procedures. She was absolutely amazing. She talked me through everything that she was doing , great bedside manner!! When I had my follow up she explained my bloodwork results to me very precisely so I understood what everything meant. When I had made my appointments I didn’t have to wait months like other places. Her MA. Yelena Marnova did my blood work and I didn’t feel a thing. She is very sweet and has a great personality. I think they had been out of a person to handle the front office but she multitasked with the front and back of the office. I don’t usually do reviews but I had to because they were excellent. I went here for a masectomy with Dr. Suzanna Nazarian. The nurses were extremely friendly and everyone was very competent. Jamie's (the nurse) bedside manner was so good that I didn't feel nervous at all. I'm so glad that I chose to go to this hospital, even though it's a bit far from my house!

I sense the lack of urgency which is funny considering being in an emergency facility. I don’t feel the staff at fault but the extraordinary time for testing and results seems excessive. Here at 2PM ,severe abdominal and cat scan ordered”. Waiting in queue for approximately 3 1/2 hours and then waiting another hour and a half for results (still waiting )seems excessive. Don’t know how serious my wife’s condition was at the time. still don’t, but not waiting much longer.

I have attempted several programs in my past that did not work out for me….UNTIL I stepped into Serenity @ Summit. From the moment I walked in I felt noticed, understood, love when I was unable to love myself and given the proper tools to take control of the disease that had taken over every ounce of my being. My counselor Ashley was amazing and full of such positive energy and empathy towards my situation. If you are ready to make a change in your life/future, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!! I felt truly listened and understood. The Nursing Staff is amazing and they are there to not just keep you on track with your health needs, but they absolutely are on YOUR SIDE each and everyday. So, if you or a loved one is suffering from any type of addiction…THIS IS THE PLACE to land and start a new journey. Thank you all for GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK!! Mary S

There's no such thing as a 5 star detox, you're not necessarily there to have fun. That being said, if you absolutely have to go to detox, I would recommend Serenity at Summit. Dr. Williams is a great Doctor, and a good man. The nurses are kind and caring, with some expectations. The counselor's do there jobs, some better than others. The tech's all get 5 stars! Really kind, caring, people who are very likeable, and do a great job. The rooms are good, you'll likely get a private room since most people transition after 7 to 10 days. The food was mostly atrocious, but I had zero appetite, so don't go by me. Overall Serenity contributed greatly to the beginning of my journey toward sobriety, so as difficult as my stay was, I'm greatful to have endured it, and I would go back again if I absolutely had to.

I really enjoyed my time here staff was great I went in there with nothing and left with a place to live and hope never give up 🫶🏽
