Id love to give these guys a 5 but recently I was dropped due to insurance. ( I have medicaid. Which makes me less fortunate then others who pay for there insurance) so after about a year and a half. Outside of that the groups are excellent the facilitators truely care, and the people who are the ones that really make the groups they are great. I thibk due to the telahealth aspect people are more willing to dig into there traumas and passed. I can only hope they 1 day accept medicaid again not only for me but all the other addicts and alcoholics who cant afford insurance to 1 day be able to receive treatment in the same manor I did.

Choice point was such an amazing place to focus on my recovery they helped me so much to focus on my recovery helped me stay clean and also helped me become a better person I will definitely miss this place ❤️thank u to my counselor melisssa Darrien and my peers in group and all the counselors and staff at choice point for helping me be me again ❤️best rehab I ever been too ❤️thank u so much

The best place to start your recovery journey

This is by far the best place I've ever been to. They actually care about you and your recovery. Touching base and keeping you healthy physically and mentally. Not only do the staff care about you they always have smiles on their faces and make you laugh and feel welcome. I completed this program after my 12 weeks and still show up when i can to do the recovery based workout and yoga/meditation. That is one of the many perks of this program. When you complete your part of the soarfit family for life as long as you keep doing what your supposed to do. Highly recommend!!!

Guardian Recovery New Pathways in Pine Brook is a great IOP program. It is very unique in that instead of a 3 hrs group which would bore me to tears it is broken up int0 1 hrs of crossfire type exercise, 1 hrs of meditation and yoga, and 1 hrs of group with 1 day of a one on one session with a councilor. They treat you body, mind, and soul. They hold you accountable and I couldn't keep sober on my own and it's fun.and gets you in shape.

I coined out of IOP last week. When I first started in mid July, I was a wreck. I was on leave from my jobs, I couldn’t do simple daily functions such as, shower, cook, hold a conversation with someone, or even organize my thoughts enough to write a to do list. I kept crying, on and off every day. My anxiety was crippling. I was starting to become paranoid and even hallucinate because I was so unwell. But there were three things I kept telling myself, “trust the process”, “stay consistent”, “be engaged in each group you attend.” I did all three of those things and I got my life back. Started my jobs this week, can complete all daily tasks, I’m calm, I’m confident and I’m positive now. It truly feels surreal the positive impacts everyone has had on me at Absolute Awakenings.Staff & peers. And even more surreal to have learned the positive impacts | left on so many peers & even staff. This program saved me. From myself. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Take that step and get the help you need! It will all be okay.

I had a very good experience at Absolute Awakenings, I came in from detox for alcoholism and completed the PHP program at Absolute Awakenings. The staff was attentive, professional and encouraging. Nicole who was my clinician was great, she really helped me in our one on one sessions and in my relapse prevention plan. I can’t say enough about the professional staff, Matt, Amy, Dina,Courtney, Kayla, Brian, Jamie and Nicole, Thank you for the foundation to begin my recovery journey and the courage to admit I’m an alcoholic and not care what people think. I’m proud I admitted to needing help to stop my drinking and made that phone call for help.

Moving Mountains is one of a kind as far as treatment centers go. It’s beautiful and they keep your loved ones engaged. I had a loved one seeking treatment and a friend recommended to speak with Jessica. From the first call to Jessica she held my families hand. She also follows up with families to keep them informed and supported, building a strong, collaborative network. After a stressful experience elsewhere with an enlarged thyroid that was affecting my voice and swallowing, I came to Phelps Hospital and Northwell Health for a second opinion. The care I received from start to finish was extraordinary. Every physician I worked with—Dr. Hellerman (Endocrinology), Dr. Newman (Surgery), and Dr. Indich (Primary Care)—took the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and treat me like a person rather than a chart number. The team at Yorktown Imaging was equally wonderful, keeping my spirits high and putting me at ease during my pre-op MRI. On surgery day, everything ran like clockwork. Admissions was private and efficient. A patient care concierge explained the tracker system to my husband so he could follow my progress, and my prep nurse was attentive, communicative, and made sure he could sit with me before surgery. Dr. Newman took extra care to place the incision where scarring would be minimal, and the anesthesiology team kept me completely informed. Recovery staff managed my post-anesthesia nausea immediately, and Dr. Newman checked on me before I was discharged to rest at home. Post-op follow-up has been fantastic—calls were returned promptly, and one week out I have minimal pain, zero complications, and feel better every day. Thank you to the entire Phelps team for your skill, warmth, and genuine patient-first culture!

Had a colonoscopy today. Fantastic staff, the RNs were super sweet and attentive! The procedure went perfect. Thank you to everyone who helped me today (especially since I’m morbidly obese). Also great cafe selection!

Christian Health brought my dad back to life! After a a terrible two months in the hospital, my dad had weakened his swallow muscles and couldn’t eat or drink. He had a stomach feeding tube when he entered the rehab facility. He wasn’t walking independently but Amanda Burkart, the speech pathologist at Christian health brought so much energy, positivity and consistency in her care that my dad started eating and drinking and passed his swallow test. The nurse and care staff: Jetta, Nancy, Akina and Marwa were all so attentive and caring. I also appreciated Trisha who helped me manage all the follow up appointments for my dad. I can’t say enough positive things about Christian Healths Rehab staff. All the PT and OT staff were amazing too! Thank you for bringing my dad back to life! We are all so grateful!

I visited Holy Name Hospital on September 21, 2026, for a Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA). Overall, I had a very positive experience and was impressed by the hospital’s excellent service, cleanliness, and professionalism.I checked in at approximately 10:10 a.m., and Pat, who registered me, was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. She made the registration process comfortable and easy.During my visit, I underwent a Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA), which uses computed tomography to take detailed images of the heart and coronary arteries. During the examination, Lorna, the CT scan technician, administered medication to help slow my heart rate so the images could be taken properly. Lorna was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She did an excellent job explaining and handling the procedure. She is originally from the Philippines.The X-ray technician was also very nice, professional, and helpful.The hospital floors and facilities were very clean, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. The only concern was that it took some time to get my appointment. Hopefully, in the future, appointments can be scheduled a little earlier.Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Holy Name Hospital and truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent care provided by the staff.

Just had a surgical procedure in the Same Day Center, and I am so impressed. I guess when you are competing against giants like Valley and Hackensack you have to be better! Their center ran like clockwork, no waiting endlessly for Registration, CNA, RN, MDs, PT…even transport came in a couple of minutes. Clear directions, every staff member is happy and welcoming and knowledgeable.

During one of the most difficult times of my life, this place and its staff truly made a difference. My therapist Kayla was incredible — compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in my healing. She created a safe space where I felt heard and understood every step of the way. Amy's hypnosis sessions were nothing short of life-changing. I was skeptical at first, but what she does is remarkable. Her work helped me process pain I didn't even know how to put into words and gave me tools I carry with me every single day. If you're going through a hard time and need real support, I can't recommend Absolute Awakening enough. This team truly cares, and it shows. I'm so grateful I found them.

It was great learning all about mental health and how to cope with it in a variety of ways. The council here are well-versed in many types of therapy and engage each person on an individual level. The group therapy sessions are the best part as we learn from each other and encouraged one another on our journeys. This was a really great experience for me.

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy performed on Aug 5th. It was by far a much more pleasant experience than I expected. Every single person I interacted with was exceptionally kind. At the last minute as I was getting ready to go back, a medical need that I had failed to mention came up. The nurse made sure it was clearly communicated to everyone involved and Dr. Ruffini made accommodations to ensure everything would go smoothly. I can’t recommend this place enough.

My son underwent knee surgery at the clinic on September 22nd. From start to finish, we felt welcome and well cared for; we were kept informed at every stage and, in the end, fully briefed on the outcome and what to expect next. High Focus Centers of Parsippany is an absolutely amazing place. I can’t say enough wonderful things about High Focus. When I first came here I didn’t know what to expect or really didn’t think it would help me but I was wrong. High Focus has helped me in more ways than I could ever expect. Every single staff member that works there was so helpful, supportive, and understanding throughout my time there. Throughout my time here, I have learned so much knowledge, coping skills, and life skills that I will use in my life. One thing I especially appreciated and loved about High Focus was how the program was structured as during the PHP portion in the morning, everyone would come together in the large room and then during the IOP portion in the afternoon, patients ages 18-30 would go in the smaller room for the first two groups while adults ages 30 and up would be in the larger room. For the final group of the day, Mental Health and Substance Use patients were separated into two different rooms as Mental Health would be in the larger room as Substance Use would be in the smaller room. I really appreciated that because it allowed people to be around others who were experiencing similar struggles and could also relate to what they were going through. For the first time in a long time I truly have a positive mindset and feel like I have the skills and tools I can use when I am having a bad day or a bad time in my life. I am so grateful that I found High Focus and that I did this program. I highly recommend going to High Focus in Parsippany because it will truly help you. Trust me you will not regret it!!!!!
