I love this clinic the. my counselor the nurses and Especially the Dr.

I had a few different counselors but once I got Jackie I've had her ever since and she is awesome very informative easy to talk to and open up too .,I also feel she truly does care about getting u clean and on the right path.

I have been coming to this clinic for a little over 2 years and I have had a great experience. Courtney, the security guard, does such an amazing job and makes me feel safe and makes me feel like I m allowed to have boundaries. Which is so good for my mental health plus the small talk that I have with her has gotten me through depressed days that she might not even know of. Somebody just being nice to you for a second helps a lot I feel the same way about the nurses and the girls at the front Tanisha and I m so sorry, but I forget the other girls name but they are amazing as well. McKenzie my counselor is also a great counselor and I m so happy that I was matched with her because I feel like me and her are great match and we have an amazing connection and every time I leave her office I feel better not worse. so I only have good things to say about the methadone clinic here in Somerdale. The only thing is the driving company connected is not good and they lied about something I did so that s my only complaint, but I still give this five stars.

I have been to several treatment facilities and this one is by far the best one i have been to. Not only is the facility clean and well kept, the faculty that works there have amazing hearts. This is the only treatment facility that i have been to where the staff actually genuinely care for you and your recovery/well being. They have a unique treatment plan that works. Unlike many places I have been to instead of boring you to death, they actually make recovery fun, which in my experience has a lot to do with being able to succeed in recovery. I have recommended multiple friends and family members to go here when they are struggling with addiction and will continue to recommend Steps to Recovery to anyone who asks how i got clean and remained clean. I owe my life and my recovery to these people and they will always have a special place in my heart.Just a little update, celebrating 10 years clean in a few months

I recently graduated from STR. I was in programming between May to September, originally PHP and then in the IOP mental health program. While in PHP I was in housing as well. There are family sessions offered too, but I did not utilize that service while at STR.While the house I was at was not perfect, administration tried their best to accommodate every concern clients had with the house. It was overall a clean and safe environment to live in. If there are any concerns advocate for yourself and ask a tech to call a house meeting if it is an interpersonal issue within the house. If you have a different issue communicate that to the director and it will most likely be handled promptly.The PHP (partial hospitalization program) for mental health is six days a week, 9am-1:30 Monday-Friday and 9am-12pm Saturdays. The program changes as needs change. When I first began there process groups were three hours long, but when I left they were two hours long with an additional hour of psych ed. While the day may seem long, everyone gets a break between noon and 12:30. Afternoon there are different types of therapy everyday like art therapy, DBT, CBT.IOP (intensive outpatient program) is only 9am-12pm three days a week, usually Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The director is accommodating though so if for any reason you need to not go on a Monday, you could always go on a Saturday if you advocate for yourself.You ll have one individual session a week with one of the clinicians. I had Ashley and she is phenomenal. While the staff really do care about the clients, Ashley definitely cares about clients and it shows in her work.You ll also have a session with either Dr. Newman or Monique once a week to go over medications they are both amazing!STR is shaped not just by the staff, but clientele too. I have reinforced and grew my support system while being at STR. And while I was in the mental health program, I have substance use disorder as well, I d recommend Steps to recovery struggling with their mental health or substance use. It may take a couple of weeks to really settle into the program, but continue to do the work since you are worth it and advocate for yourself if something isn t working for you.STR is also a great facility if you re part of the LGBTQ+ community. The staff here are not just accepting, but affirming. There is an optional LGBTQ+ group once a week with Christian, which was my favorite part of the week.

The staff were all very nice for the most part. I had some great moments. STR helped me out while I was in a rough position and for that I am grateful. I appreciate that they go out of there way to help people with extenuating circumstances. There are a lot of personalities and that can frustrating. However, I would recommend this place to a friend in need. Overall, it s a good place.

The staff is great and on the getting things done. They made it as a very good experience for me.

Legacy is an amazing program and very structured. All of the staff really does care about their clients and it shows in everything they do. Between the group facilitators, techs, clinical staff, everyone that works here you can tell wants to be here and help people get better. I couldn t have asked for a better experience, and I m truly blessed to have had the opportunity to go through this program. To have people that genuinely care and want to help is rare to find. Definitely a gem of a program! Shoutout to my therapist also because she s been amazing as well. I ve learned and grown so much. I definitely recommend to anyone who is serious about their recovery to give this program a try, you won t regret it. Thanks Legacy for a wonderful experience.

My overall experience with Legacy was life changing. The way the facilitators ran groups, and really interacted with us made me feel comfortable asking all the questions I have been dreading to ask since I started my recovery journey. I loved Legacies programs so much that I decided to stay and do IOP as well and continue my recovery journey! I am truly blessed to have been put in a place that genuinely care about their clients as well as their recovery, from the tech staff, to my therapist (whom I love so much), as well as the facilitators! I would 100% recommend coming to Legacy if you are thinking about starting your recovery journey, it is a decision you will never regret and come to be thankful for in the future!

Victory bay is by far the best long term sober living. I have been here for about a year now. It s like having a second family who supports you unconditionally. I have enjoyed my stay here and have learned so much more about my addiction. I feel confident in continuing my journey because of everything victory bay has given me. Justin, Johnny and Nicole are super helpful and do everything in their power to support all the clients in victory bay. If you re looking for help this is your number one best bet. Staff including Erica T, Haylee, Ms. Karen, Kiersten, Nadya, Tom, Justin, and Mark just to name a few there were truly amazing people who gave me tools of success to recover from my drug addiction and to go back into this world a changed man. This is a great place if you wanna recover from you addiction. I ll never forget the wonderful experience I had here and knowing that even I can recover!

Just got here two days ago. Very warm, welcoming and friendly staff. Relevant and very helpful recovery education. House for women is beautiful. Very clean and pleasant house members. Everyone really is working hard on their recovery here and it shows. Wonderful and caring house manager. In just two days, I feel like I am at home and I feel very safe and comfortable. The director personally took his time to meet with me and the other new girls. He is a very nice man. Thank you sobriety solutions. I would recommend this rehab to anyone!!Especially coming from someone who is not a first time winner and has been to many other centers. Very appreciative and grateful for this place!!!

I was a patient at sobriety solutions and a resident at their sober living house for three months. It was an important and rewarding part of my early recovery. I was able to take part in the daily group sessions and got an amazing counselor that helped me transition back into every day life. I met some great people there, that I still talk to today - almost a year later. They went above and beyond to help me get my feet back under me and I m truly grateful I made the decision to go there.

Counselor Danielle is extremely competent and is the personification of integrity. Banyan's counselors are progressive, humane, and highly skilled. The psychiatric nurse ("Judy in the sky"), is exceptional. Kudos all the way around and "hats off" to BANYAN management for such superb personnel selections!No one comes close to knowing all there is to know in the realms of the human heart, mind, and/or collective soul. However, it is easy for this (once) PHRP Certified Researcher to realize that our counselors' attempts to help us are being made with compassion and care. Malvern was a cool facility I would recommend someone there looking for rehab cool staff & clean for the most part hearty meals

I am a CRS that s sends clients to Malvern . I have read the bad reviews and to all the people that say Malvern is chaotic, dirty saddening can t sleep.As an alcoholic addict with over 35 years of use. And now Living sober, I say, so is our addiction , chaotic sad ,dirty, and unfriendly.Yes you can t sleep you been getting wasted for year s your mind is racing.Go to rehab and slow it down.Thank you to Malvern For doing what you re doing and giving everyone an addiction a chance to recover.

Maureen is the best person I've ever met in my life, she's truly a god send and I mean that with all my heart. Everyone from the tech's to the counselor's truly care.

Not a bad place if u want to get clean

This is hands down the best place I've ever been to. The counselors and employees are great. Also the food is so good better than any other rehab I have gone to.The Chef prepares the best tasting food. A special thanks to Jazzy jazz- absolutely amazing - she really treated me well..She motivated me to start writing poems again as well as Ms Sherry. my couseor Ashley was very helpful and she really cares. I am now in the outpatient program which was set up by Maryville and I am happy and that peace. There's ANGELS surrounding this place

I have been in and out of this treatment center numerous times, but they always welcomed me back with open arms. Now I m able pay it forward and take someone so precious to me here to start their journey. I had to do a drop off and a man Kirby helped me and was just so kind. It s little things. Kirby & the rest of the Maryville family thank you so much for never giving up on me and taking care to my loved one! I can t express my gratitude enough.

Colleen is one of the best counselors at Solstice. She always makes everyone in group feel super comfortable and always finds a way to make it fun and interesting.

Everybody is great

If you need to be in recovery, it s the place you should pick. Rachel in the front always makes me comfortable when I m in the most awkward positions. Colleen has become a rock for me. I came in not wanting to really talk to anyone but her personality has made me want to talk about things going on in my life. She makes me feel comfortable and also makes me feel happier during a dark time in my life. Her laugh and light are infectious.

The staff are helpful and pleasant to the clients.

My son talks to a therapist here. Its online due to covid but his therapist is great. Im now about to call and get my daughter services. Covid has mentally strained our kids

Great staff and programs

I've been coming here since 2013 and it's great. Kim and John are the best. This place helps with drug addiction, homelessness, runs groups including AA and NA groups, has summer barbecues on the holidays, goes on trips, has Halloween and Thanksgiving parties for those who have no place to go during the holidays, goes on trips, runs self help groups, has a food pantry and a clothing drive, does arts and crafts, has a free printer and fax machine, has free Wawa food on Thurs and Fri. And much more. The staff is very friendly and the building is very clean. I luv this place. I definitely recommend it to ppl who are struggling.

Wonderful caring program

This establishment helped a family member in many ways over and over again. They never stop caring or finding ways to advocate and help your loved ones suffering with addiction. I highly recommend this facility. They truly do go above and beyond! Entirely grateful.
