Was here many years ago this place was amazing compared to other mommy and me places. Yes some staff not so good but overall this place looking back was the safest I ever felt. The facility more home like than other facilities. At the end of the day wherever you go you take yourself with you. It's up to you what you do with the assistance and help you are provided with. Some woman are not fortunate enough to get into a place like this.

Rolling Hills is by far one of best places I ever attended. With their holistic approach, combined with DBT, & CBT, anyone who wants sustainable Sobriety you will find it here. Im in a different mind-set and I know I will accomplish great things, once again in life.... I was just in their PHP program w/housing. A great experience. Through my recovery journey I have been to a number of treatment programs and facilities both php/iop-residential and have done well at most of them, but Footprints stands out as one of my favorites, by far, and the one I have made the most growth and progress at. I came in with a positive mindset, open to any and everything they had to offer and was able to really take advantage of it all. One thing I am most grateful for is the environment and community that grew my positive energy. Everyone from my APN, Dee, my therapist, Michael who I have learned so much from. Jose, my case manager who has always went above and beyond to facilitate any other needs I had. And for Melvin who always was a leader and ready with a smile and positivity. I always felt comfortable and connected. It was always easy for everyone and myself yo be able to engage in group settings and that is a credit to the vibe and energy of each one of the therapists who ran each session. If this is your first time coming to treatment, Footprints gets an A++ from me. Its always tough to take that first step, but they do an amazing job of walking with you the rest of the way. I have been receiving medical treatment at Lyons and East Orange for over 12 years.. and have interacted with many medical professionals and staff.. in any large hospital setting, you will encounter dedicated people and sometimes, some that are just not smart enough to gargle. I recently had shoulder surgery and I rate it 5 stars 110%. Drs, nurses, staff were outstanding and the scheduling was perfect. God Bless all those who take care of us veterans at both hospitals.

Today was Blood Work and EKG. Charles and the parking crew were all set up for my arrival at 6:50 AM. A Treat. Alyson and Sandy were waiting, after I passed through Security which was fully staffed. Checking in was smooth and efficient. Documents reviewed, processed and on your way. The Quest staff were pleasant and prompt with blood work. Off to Cardiology, Peggy registered me while Nancy was waiting and processed my test within a minute. Charles returned my car and I was on my way. A great morning with the Riverview staff.

I was a patient at serenity at summit from July 16th to August 13, 2025. I didn't know what to expect I flew from Fayetteville , north carolina and was picked up from the airport by one of the exceptional techs KAMAR Someone I never met before, but you wouldn't know it from our conversation. I told him I was hungry because they wouldn't let the plane land right away he Informed me not to worry that they had food for me as soon as we get to the facility. After I ate, I went to get a quick check-up.And I was soon meet by another tech and was taken to detox on the 3rd floor , he showed me my room , rm 6 and then took me out for a fresh air break , and then it was time for bed. The next morning, I was moved to the 2nd floor for rehab where I met some of the other staff members Amira, Tom ,Lori, who became my case manager, Regina, Dawn and Heber, to name a few, these people made my stay really pleasant I could go to them for anythig and as for the exceptional tecs Al Danett Destiny CHARLIE and little bit. I can't remember her real name. But that's what I called her a special shout out to Akeem for getting me safely to my next destination. I love you guys and we'll never forget you. ❤️ ♥️ 💓

Sunrise cherry hill was a godsend. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. Im just lucky im not someone who is WAY more fragile and sensitive amd nothing terrible happened 🥺

Absolutely the best facility and most caring people I’ve ever come across. Shout out to everyone at the nurses station for holding it down for me when I was at my lowest. I came to SOBA without a lot of hope, honestly. What I found was a program with real depth, the kind that only comes from a facility that has been doing this seriously for over ten years. The clinicians are trained at a high level, the care felt genuinely individualized, and the day-to-day had enough structure to keep things moving without feeling suffocating. The facility itself helps. Clean, comfortable, with spaces that don't feel like a hospital. I left with a different understanding of what I was capable of. This place is the real thing.

My son did the PHP followed by the IOP program. The change in him is night and day, my family couldn’t be happier. His clinician Tim C. was incredible. He was in consistent contact with me on our concerns, listened not only to my son but me as a mom and my other son as a brother and took all of our concerns and feedback into his sessions with my son. He helped my son work through not only the issues he was having but gave him the coping skills to tackle hard things going forward. We will miss him and the staff greatly. I wish high focus offered outpatient services to continue after the intensives end.

The first time I came to Morristown medical center I had a pancreatitis attack (I have a well documented history of chronic pancreatitis with countless hospitalizations) For those who know, it’s up there with the worst pain in the world. I could hardly walk, speak, move. I’m in the Atlantic health system so it’s very documented, even though my prior hospitalizations weren’t in Morristown. I was placed in a hallway and my phone was taken (I wasn’t on it, just texting…is this legal?) and was treated like a drug seeking criminal. I had to AMA myself and swiftly got pulled over by Morristown PD pulling out, which was fun. I followed up with the hospital and they said they “don’t take patients phones” but that was a flat out lie. I ended up driving to Valley in Paramus the next morning. Fast forward a few months later I had an awful attack and also had pneumonia. I was in the icu for three weeks, luckily my mom brought me in (I’m 38) so for some reason I was taken seriously this time. I had two other pancreatitis attacks since then, both resulting in 2-5 day stays and the nurses and staff were caring and wonderful. I take these reviews like any “business” with a grain of salt because you don’t know who you are getting that day. I had an awful experience and the next two were decent. Maybe it was the doctor in the ER that night with a bias because many pancreatic problems are linked to alcohol? I have no idea. Wonderful nurses though.

I came here the other night because i had really bad abdominal pain, and i can say that from the minute i walked into the emergency room i was treated so kindly. i personally hate hospitals because of the long wait time and the way ive been treated in the past by other doctors, feeling brushed off. but everybody genuinely cared and were trying to figure out what was wrong. I got an mri done, bloodwork, and ultrasound and was out of there in under 3 hours. Usually in the past thats how long i stay in the waiting room lol

High focus in cranford i can honestly say this place saved my life. I had a mental breakdown and never did outpatient before. I didn't know what to expect, but immediately felt safe here. The Clinicians are a group of the most wonderful caring people. Shout to my Clinician Kaitlyn!!! They take time to get to know everyone and help them individually. Dr. Hall also listened to all my concerns and problems and got me on a medication that works best for me. I can't thank them enough!

I can’t say enough good things about this facility/program. I did my IOP here and from day one, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Courtney and Mika are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate—they don’t just go through the motions; they truly invest in your growth and wellbeing. The groups were meaningful, engaging, and actually useful in real life, not just “textbook recovery.” I learned tools that helped me rebuild structure, confidence, and balance in my life. The environment felt safe, nonjudgmental, and motivating, and I always walked out feeling better than when I walked in... they even have recliner "lay down and share" chairs oh and the Coffee is top notch This facility played a huge role in my progress, and I’m grateful for every counselor, staff member, and peer who helped me along the way. Phenomenal ER Experience at Overlook Medical Center I recently had an experience at the ER at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ, and I truly want to recognize the wonderful staff who took care of me. Brian, my nurse, was absolutely phenomenal. He was incredibly caring, patient, and gentle. He listened to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable, safe, and completely at ease during what could have been a very stressful experience. He also did my IV perfectly—I barely felt the needle! He is truly a professional and a wonderful nurse. Before leaving, Brian introduced me to Edmond, another RN who was also extremely caring and had an excellent bedside manner. I felt very well cared for by both of them. The doctor was also wonderful. They took the time to listen to my concerns and my needs, and I felt that I was treated with compassion and respect throughout my visit. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn’t much room in the ER, and I did have to wait in the hallway. However, even with that, the staff continued to treat me exceptionally well and made sure I was comfortable and cared for. Overall, my experience was phenomenal. I am extremely grateful to Brian, Edmond, the doctor, and the entire ER team for their kindness, professionalism, and compassion. ❤️ I would definitely recommend Overlook Medical Center. The ER staff was wonderful, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me!

My wife and I used to teach at Good News Home. I have nothing but good to say about this organization. They show the love of God. Yes there are strict rules but the patients that go there must learn boundaries, what they can do and can't do. By doing good, you will learn to receive the Love of God and the Word.

I must start the review with giving honor to God, for God ordered my steps here to Good News Home for Woman, here I found a reconnect with God. In the program you find out a lot about yourself and the traumas that caused you to make some horrible choices. You also find out ways to deal with real life issues. The entire staff has helped me to save my life I will forever be grateful to all involved. I truly believe in the sister hood I don't know if I can give a special thanks to anyone So once again thank you so very much Good News Home for Women I will find a way to pay it forward

SHOUT OUT to the staff here..I have been to many many rehabs, and there is something different about these people, and this place..they are in my opinion, Earth Angels. No judgement, they really just want to help and are good humans! Also, the way they go about treatment, I felt really cared about , from the 1st day. I need a higher level of treatment but I will be going to Outpatient there after.. I can't recommend this place enough. They have no hard chairs that your ass goes numb from sitting in for hours, they have leather, lazy boy chairs, in the entire place, they have a quite room where you can rest if you are detoxing or dont feel good, they feed you great food, they have snacks and sodas and I was literally told "think of this place as your home away from home" and from the clinical staff, the nursing staff, the Dr., they're all special people. xoxoxoxo
