I went to RCA three years ago, and I can honestly say they saved my life. When I arrived, I was completely consumed by my addictions and had no idea how to climb out. This place gave me the tools, structure, and support I needed to rebuild myself from the inside out. The staff truly cares. They don’t just treat you, they teach you. I learned coping skills, accountability, and how to face life without numbing everything. They helped me understand my patterns, break them, and replace them with healthier habits. Even now, years later, I still use what I learned there. I walked in broken and walked out with hope, clarity, and a future. If you’re struggling and you’re ready for real change, this is the place that can give you your life back. I’m forever grateful.

The great outweigh the frustrations. The staff in the building are capable, competent, compassionate, patient, and truly wonderful! They helped me unlock so much in my recovery, and I left my 30 day treatment feeling like a truly new man. I feel like Im a version of myself that I didn’t know existed. I have such supreme admiration for the boots on the ground: Marguerite, Kelly, Sheets, and Jeff, to the case managers (shoutout Maggie), to the group leaders like Betty, Scott, Nick, Donald, Kevin, Rob, Ben, to the nursing and RSS staff, the cleaning staff, and kitchen staff. They all contributed in saving my life. The frustrations stem from the negligence at the top levels of this company. There were several situations, and altercations that put the patients hygeine, safety, and ultimately, sobriety in jeopardy due to extreme budget cuts. The “interim ceo” peacocks around the hallways, and when directly adressed by patients with issues about patients concerns, he smugly passes the buck and ignores said issues. If it werent for these frustrations, this place could be the gold standard for recovery. For these reasons, I give the staff a 9 out of 5, and the pencil pushers a resounding 0 out of 5.

Tonight I was with a family member in the emergency room and would like to express my thanks to the staff who were not only professional, but were compassionate and kind. I believe the nurse who was there first was Alicia, whose shift was ending at 7p.m. and there was also Joann. Both of these women are a true blessing to any patient that needs emergency treatment.

My father was brought into the ER with a heart issue. The staff were amazing! Everyone worked diligently to stabilize his condition and make him comfortable. His stay was extended a few days and stents were needed. The nursing staff in the step down unit were absolutely incredible. Many thanks to Erin, Nicole, Haley, Jen, Dion, Jess, Amy and Jolyn!

Wonderful place they treat you with respect, really nice beds with a TV in each room. Great meals served too!!!

Serenity at Summit provided my son with exceptional care from the moment we made the first call. I was relieved that my insurance was accepted, but even more relieved when my son was assigned to his counselor, Sean. From the very beginning, I felt confident that my son was in the right place and working with the right person. Sean kept me informed of every major development, whether positive or challenging. He communicated clearly, consistently, and with genuine concern for my son’s well being. When my son wanted to give up, which happened more than once, it was Sean’s dedication, patience, and steady guidance that kept him grounded. He supported my son through some very difficult moments and helped him stay committed to the program when he felt like walking away. What impressed me most was that Sean never pushed my son to make decisions for anyone else not for me, not for him, not for the program. Instead, he helped my son understand that recovery only works when you choose it for yourself. That shift in mindset was transformative, and it happened because Sean knew how to reach him, speak to him, and guide him without judgment. It is rare to find someone with this level of compassion and dedication for people they do not know personally. Sean’s own experience and journey make him a powerful example of what is possible. You cannot teach that kind of empathy. It comes from lived experience, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others out of the same darkness he fought his way through. In my opinion, Sean is nothing short of a blessing for individuals and families facing the challenges of addiction. My son stayed, listened, and moved forward because of the support he received, and for that I am deeply grateful. Serenity at Summit is fortunate to have him, and so were we.

I am forever grateful to Serenity and Sean. He went beyond to help my loved one. He is a man that cares. A man with compassion. Sean gave me hope for my loved one. Brianna is also great. I would give this place a million stars if I could. Serenity made my difficult journey a little easier.

my experience at relevance was great and thoroughly helped me in my mental health journey. the community of people that is built here helps you grow so much as a person and the clinicians/staff are incredible. All of the clinicians are so knowledgeable and helpful in managing anything you’re going through and it’s a beautiful environment to learn new skills to regulate your emotions and thoughts. I would highly recommend.

I can to Relevance feeling discouraged and hopeless. Throughout my time here I’ve learned a lot about my self and my ability to overcome. I am so grateful for Relevance! I am actually in a good place in my life. When I first got here I did not think I could be happy but I am. The staff is great. They truly care about me and my success. I would definitely recommend this program to someone struggling with mental health or addiction.

The new owners, Patrick and Michael, are some of the most genuine, caring people I’ve met. They have both been part of the recovery community and understand the needs of patients to provide the best care possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone who is in need of a professional recovery center.

I have been coming to Stress Care for several years now and at first it was a little rocky but about six months ago I was assigned to Christina. I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. She is an incredibly compassionate, skilled, and insightful therapist who creates a safe and supportive space for real growth and healing. From the very first session, I felt truly heard and understood. Christina has a unique ability to ask the right questions, offer meaningful perspectives, and guide me toward clarity in ways that feel empowering rather than overwhelming. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in every interaction. I’ve noticed so many positive changes in my life thanks to her guidance, and I feel more confident, grounded, and hopeful than I have in years. If you are looking for a therapist who is both deeply empathetic and highly effective, Christina is truly exceptional. I leave every session feeling a million times better. She truly tells me what I need to hear instead of what I want to hear, which is something I have never been able to receive through many therapists in the past. I have since loved going to Stress Care and look forward to going to my sessions, instead of feeling like it was a chore.
