Doctors and nurses here are so so nice. Even the janitors and meal delivery persons asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything. The room is also very well kept, clean and organized. She was so rude when I asked for a simple blanket and all I heard was her big mouth gossiping at the desk. Never forgot it because she was so horrible and mean. The nurse Sydney is absolutely the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I went there over a year ago and and she remembered me and made sure my stay there was comfortable. Unfortunately I've stayed at quite a few other facilities and NEVER was treated with such respect and kindness that she treated me with. She deserves a raise lol! On the other hand..I made a very good friend in my time staying there..we kept in touch and we were both struggling. I was trying to be a good girlfriend and put my own health aside waiting waiting for him. I now know know that I need further assistance than just detox . He's not even. Being a decent human being/and/or being nice about it. I tried called the Sterling location 5 times where my friend is. She told me there is in IN FACT beds available but the person on the phone wasnt so friendly..almost demeaning. He said "just because there's beds available doesn't mean there's beds available". I was very confused...almost like he didn't want to help me save my life. And he was just annoyed to be answering the phone. He told me over and over in an annoyed and stern voice as I was in tears to call back at 9am. I had a mid fossa craniotomy to patch a hole over my superior canal where bone did not develop. The results, even though this is day 2, are amazing. I no longer feel like dying is a better option. My vertigo is not as bad as it was. It was done by Dr. Bigelow and Dr. Moshel. The bad reviews seem to come from the ER and pedes. Just a reminder, the ER is meant to only triage bad symptoms. At odd times, sometimes there is understaffing. All the staff I've interacted with have been kind, professional, and personable, from the nurse that wiped my ass to the nurse that removed my catheter lol. There's a great selection of food.
