I was able to get into the program with no effort. Covered by my health insurance company, it was effortless to be accepted.
Honestly, everything is still a blur as my brain has to reprogram. I went through the procedures in February 2025 and have been free of my vices since then.
As I wrote, I dont remember much but an feeling of safety and the kindness offered by the entire staff. The nursing staff was always there to ensure that the procedure was painless. There was no pressure, just peace.
The food service was impeccable and I did not want for anything. Food was delivered by the food service staff promptly and efficiently.
This was the best thing that I could have done.

New vision has been the most caring and attentive for my Suboxone withdrawal and recovery. They are also helping with aftercare (in and out of treatment) along with housing/food services once discharged.
Matt & Taylor have gone above and beyond for me and all other staff have been amazing.
Thank you to everyone at this facility for a comfortable and low stress experience. I can never thank you all enough for your kindness and willingness to listen.
I would recommend this facility to anyone going through any kind of detox. You will not be disappointed.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to write on my experience at Jefferson Hospital and their New Vision Withdrawal department. I had called New Vision and spoke with Matt. Matt went above & beyond to get me in here the same day I called. I thought I wasn't going to get in because of no beds available, but Matt got me in!
When I first came in, I was a mess, crying hysterically and felt loss. Matt, had done the intake with me and I went outside to have my last cigarette before admission with Matt. Matt told me his story and how he made it, I felt hopeless at the time but when Matt got me situated in the room, I was feeling a little more comfortable.
The nurses, technicians and doctors are great! They helped me with my time as I was withdrawing. They are very friendly, kind and are amazing. I went through hell with my withdrawal, and they were there every step of the way to make me comfortable and to help me detox. Although I had support from family, I felt supported in here. Words can't express how this facility comforted me and encouraged me to stop doing what I was doing.
My doctor (Dr. Rancier) was awesome with me, and showed the care I wanted and needed. I felt like he understood me and worked with me.
But going back to Matt, who was there for me the entire time and would come up to check in with me. He felt like a friend and someone who cared. He had gone above & beyond for me, making sure I was taken care of and that I would receive my aftercare after leaving the facility. If Matt ever sees this review, thank you for saving my life and taking me in. Without you, I would still be on the same road of destruction.
Other than my express about these amazing people, the hospital is very clean, sanitized and well kept. The food is good and had some good TV channels.
If you are looking to withdrawal and get clean, please, PLEASE come to New Vision at Jefferson Hospital in Stratford, NJ. As you will be treated amazingly and you won't feel like you're going through it alone. They will take care of you and help you detox with ease.

My experience has enlightened me and inspired my path of what they call treatment and recovery which I renamed Training staff is impeccable and caring. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Melissa with open arms and a huge smile that made me want to stay instead of run away like most. Most Techs are great even knowing they are 1/2 my age. The ones that stand out most as super stars are Jeff N, Terrance. Darrell and Matt. Therapist super stars are Jamie. Alexis and Matt. I am extremely happy with my choice and am sober and loving life. I have been integrated into Legacys treatment for A DAY and the staff, community, as well as the setting is nothing like any other experience; They provide lunch and other food for anytime, the staff call out our flunks, therapy is provided at the highest quality once or twice a week, an inhouse doctor prescribes and stays up to date on your medication journey. Awesome place if you want to get sober and are serious about it. Haley who works at the front desk is the most sweetest, helpful, caring staff member I've ever had the pleasure of working with in regards to my sobriety and staff at a facility. She is always open and honest l. She's never guided me in the wrong direction. Honestly she works so hard in taking care of us clients and what we need that sometimes it feels like I'm not doing enough for my own recovery. If you're nervous about taking the next step in your recovery as I was never have been to a PHP before. She makes sure that it's a smooth transition. Honestly the only way you could think Haley or the rest of the staff isn't doing enough for you is if you're so lazy and aren't really serious about your recovery that you just expect everyone to do everything for you. I. That case you may need a higher level of care. Because I've never been so excited and felt like I had the help I need in my recovery as I do in sober solutions and working with Haley. I have all good things to say about this program. I was not planning on continuing treatment in New Jersey, but the director of the program came and talked to me in detox and explained the benefits and calmed my anxiety about the whole process. He told me about the women's house manager, Val, and he said there is no one else he would recommend to take care of his clients. He said that if he could send everyone to live under Val, he would. I am happy to say that even that was an understatement for Val. Big personality, big passion for recovery and so much love for her girls. From the day I stepped onto Val's doorstep, I felt welcomed, valued and truly cared for. From the beginning she displayed confidence in me and a real desire for me to be there. Val is the reason that house is a home, and for a woman like me, who literally lost everything this year, that made a world of difference. The unity and sisterhood I experienced at sobriety solutions sober living reminded me that connection is the antidote to addiction. Thank you Val, and Mike, and all of sobriety solutions staff! You carried me through a very difficult time, away from my family and in a delicate emotional state. You continue to text and check on me, celebrating my wins and helping me through triggers and tough moments. I am proud to be an alumni of this program and would highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting sober and finding a new way to live.

Her dedication, patience, and compassion never went unnoticed. She didn’t just do her job—she genuinely cared, and you could feel it in everything she did. I signed up for outpatient treatment and the staff was very friendly very helpful and my therapistMr. Derek) a good dude, very understanding never looked down on me because of my alcohol and powdered cocaine addiction. Unfortunately, my addictions got the best of me and I relapsed and didn't return.I was so ashamed of myself I didn't want to show my face and went back to boozing and now thankfully I'm finally getting help that I need. I was admitted to Jefferson Hospital suffering from severe alcohol withdrawal syndrome, borderline experiencing auditory hallucinations. I was also suffering from gait abnormality and balance and coordination issues so they transferred me to Wyndmoor Hills for Physical therapy and once I'm discharged well before I'm discharged, I'll pick a rehab facility for inpatient treatment.Wish me luck.

I loved Malvern. Their counselors, their techs, and the groups especially helped me a lot. I am 7 months sober since July 13th, and I can say Malvern helped a lot in that. Thank you so much!!!!!!! I've been coming here since 2013 and it's great. Kim and John are the best. This place helps with drug addiction, homelessness, runs groups including AA and NA groups, has summer barbecues on the holidays, goes on trips, has Halloween and Thanksgiving parties for those who have no place to go during the holidays, goes on trips, runs self help groups, has a food pantry and a clothing drive, does arts and crafts, has a free printer and fax machine, has free Wawa food on Thurs and Fri. And much more. The staff is very friendly and the building is very clean. I luv this place. I definitely recommend it to ppl who are struggling.

This was my first time in treatment, there was alot of miscommunication among staff and clients. I can truly say Harmony Healing Center gave me the tools to start living a clean life. Katie was always available, Bri the case manager was available as well. The techs was welcoming upon arrival. There was some ups and downs. Jasmin made sure i was good every day. This place would be great if it had structure.

I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to come here. Bri did everything she could to help with FMLA and short term disability. Katie was always available, and made me feel comfortable to share with her the things I need to work on.I was very surprised to receive this amount of individual attention. I was never brushed off or made to feel like anyone was “too busy”. Housing was well maintained and comfortable. Anytime something was needed within the house either a tech, or even Bri and Katie would give us a ride to a nearby store. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a PHP. Thank you Harmony! Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m still sober. 4 months and 2 weeks. But I was amazed how a therapist and case manager took us to get food for housing when needed. I worked in this business. That is not in their job description. Above and beyond.

Harmony was such a blessing to me. The clinical staff, especially one person in particular, Katie, the group facilitater was phenomenal. She was very transparent and relatable. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have completed the program. Thanks to her educating me and continued support, I can proudly say today I have 5 and a half months clean. My son and I thank you for saving my life!

My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! I would highly recommend Key Recovery and Kyle!

I went to the emergency room the other day and I must say it was the best experience. Everyone from the security guards at the entrance to the front desk to the nurses and techs and doctors were so incredibly nice. I suffer from anxiety and I never been the the hospital for anything too serious like this past time and when the doctor saw me crying he talked to me about every little thing and talked me down from an almost panic attack. Everyone was so gentle and kind and explained everything thoroughly. It was a great experience when I wasn't feeling all that great.

Okay so basically I was there in October of 2025 and I had a really good experience personally, the staff was very kind to me and very funny and the people there were all supportive and nice to me and they helped me a lot with my mental health, the beds where comfy and the food was really good. The ONLY thing I didn’t like was the 10 minute phone calls and that they would open our rooms up at night but other the that it was a good experience for me, and whoever says that their are bed bugs are lying because the rooms where cleans.

My son entered the EIP program through Genesis in Collingwood. Mrs.Latonya is BEST COUNSELOR WITH THE KIDS. MY SON LOVED IT. In the beginning it's was crowded and my son was nervous, but she made him feel comfortable and he started opening up. He interacted with other children in the group. Just left Maryville Pemberton today after a short term stay. The experience was good all in all. Just like any place there could be some adjustments made here and there but it's a pretty good rehab. Chris and his CIT staff (including Michelle) were very helpful throughout my stay. Some things could be better but it is a good place to get treatment.
