I've had about 4 sessions with Matt S. and he is just awesome! I wish he was like my cousin or something so I could hang out with him. He puts of amazing energy and is a straight shooter!

Jamy Stammel is very intelligent and a great counselor. Specializes in trauma based therapy and has been heaven sent. I have court ordered ptsd from the kidnapping and extortion process that occurs in the EERIE COUNTY ANTI family courts. She's a blessing privilege and honor to work with. The glue that holds this place together. The rest of the staff is sometimes difficult to deal with. With The amount of confusion and delays that have occurred in my healing process I could see why do many negative reviews but even above all of that I still give this place a 5 star review on account of JAMY. Thank you for all you do and have done. I know I'm highly intelligent and my defensive traumatized experiences only adds to more difficulty dealing with my trauma but you truly are a blessing. Thank you

I really enjoy the office in west Seneca ny, The office people are always so sweet and very helpful, I did attend the springville office and I wasn t comfortable with the counselor I finally got assigned, I was switched 4 times at that office I never truly knew who my counselor was, after I switched offices the west Seneca counselors are all very sweet understanding and no one at all in the office judges you by any means they all understand that everyone is going there for a reason and honestly When I m there talking to anyone really they make you feel as if your talking to a family member or a close friendI have had the same doctor up until two months ago and she again was absolutely wonderful and now seeing a nurse practitioner and he is great understand and you can tell he truly is there to helpSo in my opinion if anyone is unsettled at there out patient facility I highly recommend the west Seneca spectrum office on orchard park Road

I really do like this place all of you haters are overreacting and what so wrong with a consular disagreeing with you on some things and having more then one consular helps you with your different mental health stuff

I have visited this facility a few times. The desk folks are extremely nice, and there with the intent to help others. I have enjoyed speaking with them when I've stopped by. I wish them all the warm wishes to keep up their hard work!

If your here to get sober this this the place to go! The staff make you feel like your family. The councilors are fantastic! Shout out to Beverly! She was my counselor, and made me feel so comfortable, confident about my recovery! This was like a home to me! Also a big thank you to Lorie for being there every time I needed to talk! I ll keep this place very close to my heart, but it was easy getting in, but hard to go on with my recovery. Thank you all for being there when I needed help!

I've been at Horizon for a year and half since I got out of rehab and it has helped not only stay clean and sober but learn about "me"! It's a wonderful out patient program!

Hey, Kristen Wolff.Did it ever occur to you that an addict needs to WANT to stop using for any program to work? You sit here blaming everyone for not doing anything but the main person was the one not engaged. Is it Horizon's fault if your boyfriend uses? Do they take him out and get him loaded?If either of you knew he was that far gone, why wasn't he in in-patient services?Any treatment program is as strong as the person who enters it, be it in/out patient or a 12-step group. If your boyfriend continued to use, that's on him and no one else. You're playing the blame game. Rehabilitation programs don't "fix" people when they step inside the facility. It's hard work for the addict, Horizon is there to support people not wipe their backsides for them.Sounds more like your boyfriend hasn't figured out what he wants in this life. That's hardly to blame on Horizon, its program, or its people.And yes, I've been in their out-patient program. Why does it help? Because I've decided to help myself. Maybe one day your boyfriend will decide to do the same.

Great service and caring staff and management..

In my opinion, CAO DART is by far the best MAT program in Western New York. The doctors are genuinely caring, and the main intake nurses are some of the most wonderful people with beautiful souls. Over the past five years, I've had two counselors, and they just so happen to be the best two I've had in my 17-year battle with addiction. The staff, in general, is incredibly kind and respectful they don't treat you like a "junkie." Instead, they approach each patient on a case-by-case basis, which is a refreshing contrast to programs that enforce rigid, one-size-fits-all rules. I highly recommend CAO DART to anyone fighting addiction. Their compassionate care has truly made a difference in my life.

I recently transferred from another methadone maintenance program staff more friendly helpful and caring staff. Iam not a client but go daily with my spouse i would recommend to someone who is looking for a methadone maintenance treatment program

it's really nice, I'm able to eat healthy an use the gym. We had a softball ball game the 1st week I was here so that's cool.

This is by far the most fantastic spot to go if you plan on getting it together! The staff and the environment has nothing but positive vibes from the moment you arrive. I'm so glad I've had the opportunity to be here with people that care and they're willing to put their time and effort in and to see you and the next man get on their feet. I ve been coming here for over a year. I see my psychologist and therapist in the same building and everyone is so respectful and understanding here.

From the very first phone call to schedule an appointment, they were courteous. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting. My therapist and I have been working on several coping mechanisms for my PTSD, and her strategies have been extremely effective. This place is truly a blessing.

It had been just me and my dad for the longest time, and losing him was something I couldn t take. I decided to see a therapist since my depression affected my work, eating habits, and sleep. My therapist s empathy and insightful approach have helped me work through my depression. The therapy sessions are always on time, and I appreciate the text reminders for appointments. The workshops and support groups helped me a lot, too. This place truly cares about its patients.

I love being able to have an establishment that helps those most in need, when life is compromised by something as dangerous as fentanyl.

I've been on Methadone maintenance for 6 years. I also have metal rods and pins along with an infusion from my spine to my neck. So the Methadone is also being used as pain control. If you do what you're supposed to within the first 3 months you end up getting two weeks of take homes if you work this program the right way it will work out in your benefit and you will see the difference but that's if you really want it I have had the same counselor Jorge Acevedo since I've been there and he is amazing always in my corner and I'm always looking for my best interest and I've grown a relationship with him that is a safe place and I trust him. So if you're really looking for maintenance and you don't not you can make it no you don't want to be on that long-term you just want to get off the s*** just tell them what you want or what you want here what is that called yeah recovery process to be and they will work with you to get it done. Do it you have nothing to lose but your life

Spectrum is honestly the first counseling place I have ever gone to where I actually enjoyed my experience. They were quick to get me a counselor and were also pretty fast to get me a psych doctor. The people there are so nice and non judgmental and its the only service I honestly havent just stopped going to after the first couple sessions o.o

Saved my husband's life he's been sober for 16 years now in the beginning I thought it was impossible he was so bad but the first week he started being treated for his addiction he was doing a lot better and before we realized it's been 16 years this November I know it doesn't work for everyone and I certainly do pray for them but It worked for him and I'm so grateful to CHS/Dr.Updike/Staff for being so dedicated to the cause of helping us recover... You gotta do the work everyday you have to be willing to do the work Neither of us take sobriety and recovery for granted I hear people say it's a crutch ...well if you break your leg/foot you need a crutch until you recover from your injury So I don't care about that " We" are doing so much better than we were 20 years ago and we owe that to GOD AND PATHWAYS....THANK YOU!!!!
