Today I brought my son, 1st impressions are so important, Daymark in Albemarle has THE BEST customer service, professionalism, hospitality that I have seen in a very long time. We are new to NC and the Staff here made us feel VERY comfortable, offered water, snacks, made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Before coming to RFH, I felt worthless and empty. I lost everything and had no one. Being at the Alpha House facilitye gave me a way to cope with my feelings of worthlessness. In the past I would have drowned myself in drugs. I'm only 19 and lost everyone and everything of importance in my life. My son will turn 2 years on March 31st, I haven't seen him since he was 13 weeks. My heart is filled with hate, pain and regret. I lost him due to failed drug tests and he was placed with my grandmother that raised me. I though he would be protected so I continued to use and got myself into a lot of trouble. My son was physically abused by my father’s girlfriend due to my bad choices, my using progressed until it was more painful to use. I'm learning how to stay clean, to do the next right thing for the next right reason. I have a chance at life today. I've learned how to be responsible, dependable and respectful. I'm employed, saving money and I'm considerate to others. I'm grateful today.

I'm so incredibly thankful for the time, effort, and support these people pour out into these children learning to become respectful men. It's not easy to work through mental and emotional trauma. These people are licensed and trained to handle all aspects with dignity and respect. Yes, I was hesitant at first. I researched it in depth and talked with multiple people before we did paper work. I cannot express my gratefulness enough! Mr. Miller is very patient, and all the camp leader I have met. The cook is a super sweet lady and cares for these boys in a way that takes a special heart.

I spoke with many different places in regard to trying to find an inpatient 30-day drug rehab to attend and I have no value OPP deductible that I don't have the ability to pay, out of the roughly 10 places I contacted and 15 different people I spoke with there was only one person that obviously was doing everything they could do trying to figure out a way to help me figure out a way to get into a program all I know is the man's name is Woodson from Southeastern Recovery Center and even though by no fault of his own I could not come up with the funds needed, without question he was trying to do everything he could do to help me, even said that he would speak with my employer after knowing that I had no way to come up with the money to explain my situation to my employer! Whoever this person is has good karma coming their way because I can tell he genuinely cares about trying to help me and definitely went above and beyond in every aspect of the phrase he's a good man whoever he is

I can't thank Peggy Lombardo (Alumni Coordinator) enough for saving a family member's life. She befriended "Will" long before he was willing to seek help. He was never alone in life because she checked on him regularly and gently coaxed him into getting the help that he desperately needed.
Approximately 7 months after reaching out, Will made the decision to better his life by accepting Peggy's offer of help. Once his decision was made, Peggy instantly started moving mountains to get him the help he needed. She was in daily contact with his family offering her advice, supplying helpful contact information, and even talking him through his fears when they became too great and he wanted to run.
As a result of Peggy's unrelenting quest to help Will, he has received a Certificate of Completion from the Midwood Addiction Program where he received counseling, housing, a sense of community, independence, and gradually took control of his life again.
A little over a month after graduating, Will has found employment and is ready to start this new healthy chapter in his life. When asked if he ever talks to Peggy anymore, the answer is "yes! she's full of valuable resources.".
How do you thank someone who has saved the life of someone you thought was lost forever? There is no repayment plan that could ever be enough for this angel on earth. Peggy will always be our angel. She truly has an amazing gift and we are forever in her debt.

Great place! Coming into this I was a little skeptical about being treated well. The staff and therapist took their time with me, to tend to my needs as a new patient. I had some bumps along the way until I met Evie Dillard. She was so helpful to me by giving me extra resources to get ready to exit treatment. Lemme tell you about the housing situation 1st.
I read the good reviews and the horrible and the bad kinda concerned me.
I can tell you the bad was not only exaggerated but most just someone salty and spreading total BS.
There are no rodents and I've never been to a house that had zero bugs not even a fly before I got here, not even my father's house. Ok so these 2 floor some with a upper smoking/ lounge deck are nice nice! 4 bedroom 3 full double sink bathrooms , two with walk-in shower , I bath / shower and a half bath by living room. It's fully stocked with any pans coffee pot anything you need.
The staff are some of the nicest ppl and you absolutely get to know them.
You are treated pretty much how you treat them. Just be kind!
Midwood center was the one I went to and the staff there are always awesome. If you need something just speak up, I've seen ppl come through and expect everyone to be mind readers.
I would list everyone I love at Harmony but I'm horrible with names but there are standouts.

She is absolutely a gift from God and deserves to be the highest paid at Harmony!

Caring services has been a blessing to me in so many ways. They provide food, counseling. They not only provide shelter and IOP classes, they also get me to medical appointments that I've neglected to go to for years. I truly was saved by this service and am forever thankful for their care.
After 2 successful months, I got into a verbal argument with my housemate and we were both discharged so if you go, be careful and follow every rule to the T.
Despite the disappointing ending, I still highly recommend caring services!

I have been going to several different m.a.t. treatment places over the past ten years or so and had alot of different counselors at these clinics, but never have I had a counselor like the one at Greensboro New Season's, in the past they were all the same paper work pushers having you sign stuff quickly and go on your way. They gotta go through alot red tape, to make this happen. They are not really counselors at these places, but at this particular new season's I met a counselor named Mrs. Lisa. I can't think of her last name cause that's how everyone refers to her but mrs.lisa was a real counselor she asks questions then has questions about those questions she really cares she remembers you and what your talking about at first I didn't know how to take it like this lady sure is nosy, but she began to counsel me and help me with my marriage my kids my job and my family as a whole.She is a really caring person and changed the whole dynamics of my household she really doesn't know how much she has helped. I may have to relocate soon to another clinic and I am gonna miss this place. Hands down best clinic I have ever been to and I been to quite a few. If you need help give getting off opiods give methadone a try it changed my life for the better most definitely. GO- check out Greensboro New Season's they got alot of good people up there. Where do I even begin… A little over a year ago I decided I couldn’t go on anymore, and needed to change. My life sucked, my relationships were destroyed, always broke, and I was heavily addicted to fentanyl.
Walking through those doors felt impossible, but it wasn’t, and I did it! Now I’m sober, healthy, rebuilding and eternally grateful to everyone that dedicates their life to helping others. It because of God and the people at New Seasons that I’m able to write this review today. THANK YOU!

I got into a wreck, came back to the US barely under my own power, and after the civilian ER wanted me to see a Neuro, long story short the ED here took wonderful care of me. This place is amazing. All of the staff is so sweet and helpful, the nurses are fast and efficient, and you don't just feel like an addict here. They treat you like a person and they really want to help you succeed, never judging you for your past mistakes. I've been to most all clinics in Charlotte, this is by far the best one.

Mr. Ringer is the man and this entire community is lucky to have him. Not only is he plethora of great information and experiences, even more importantly he genuinely cares from the bottom of his heart about people and their overall success. If you enter with an open mind and heart you will find a place where you will feel at home and have an opportunity to reach your goals. After reading some of the negative reviews, they blow my mind and I feel that those troubled souls had other issues going on that did not allow them to see Dr. Ringer’s true intentions and spirit. Keep in mind he is in a very tough business, opening his doors to some very troubled individuals. I’m very grateful for having the opportunity to learn from him and have a seat inside his four walls. Until the day you decide to call it quits everyone that walks through your doors will be better off when they walk out. With gratitude and respect I leave this review.

Life-Changing Experience at Harmony Recovery Center
Harmony Recovery Center has been nothing short of life-changing for me. It provided a safe haven during one of the most difficult times in my life. The care, support, and genuine compassion from the staff here are unmatched.
I want to personally thank Ms. Peggy Lombardo, she is truly an angel, and I feel like I owe her a mansion for everything she’s done for me. Her support alone made such a huge difference in my recovery. Also, shout-out to Evie, Richie, Leo and Stephanie (the Director)each one of them went above and beyond to make sure I was supported and understood.
A heartfelt thank you to my therapist Roxanne and to Jerrod, my former therapist and now facilitator. Their guidance and understanding helped me find myself again. I’m also grateful for Dennissha, the Behavioral Technician who was always available and willing to help in any way she could, day or night.

I unfortunately was in the ED at FirstHealth’s Pinehurst campus with my Mom last night. From the security guard at the entrance, the triage nurses, and the nurses in the back, all gave my mother excellent compassionate care. Her nurse, Vanessa, took the time to gently wash blood out of my mother’s hair. I worked at FirstHealth for over 40 years and was a nurse educator for over 20 years. This young lady was the epitome of what we taught nursing students, providing compassionate and safe care. The concierge was wonderful and our discharge nurse, Pete, was wonderful with my Mom.
I experienced a staff that ‘cares for people’. Many thanks for everything these nurse’s do!
