Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! I need to also add how clean this place is!!!!

I was nervous coming here with the reviews, but honestly, the staff was great. My son had stuck something in his ear and we were seen in a timely fashion and there was enough support in the room to take care of the inserted object. Everyone we interacted with was kind and upbeat. I can't thank them enough for taking great care of my kiddo.

I have been having severe sciatica nerve pain for 7 months. I was blown off by doctor's at other hospitals. On Sunday I came into Wilson Health emergency room and the doctors and staff ran a CT scan that showed I was suffering from Cauda Equina and required emergency surgery. They had me rushed by ambulance to another hospital 45 minutes away and I had surgery soon after. If it wasn't for the doctor and staff actually listening to me and running the proper test at best id still be in horrendous pain right now and at worst I'd be paralyzed. So thank you so much Wilson Health emergency department for helping me when no one else would listen!!!

| Eastway Corporation is a behavioral health and addiction treatment center in Dayton, Ohio. They operate about 24 behavioral health facilities across the state and help individuals address challenges like mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. The latter is when you’re simultaneously dealing with addiction and mental health issue | Treatments Programs Payment Options | If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. 😎🤗🤓💜✌️🤙👌💟☮️. I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

the important reason too go to eastway other than the nurse staff and Doctors. If you need help I highly recommend eastway.ps I'm doing very well on my meds and help from my case manager. Remember everything doesn't go your way . But the Doctors know thier job. You just have too do your part also.

AppleGate is a safe friendly environment to begin your treatment process. Some recovery center her in Dayton do not have your best interest in mind, just in the recovery business for the money, but here at AppleGate it s a small family oriented staff who are in the recovery business for the right reasons. Some of the staff have been through recovery themselves and can relate to your situation without prejudice or a feeling of being judged. They are here willing to help you pull through this storm and take back you life that you deserve. Love yourself enough to get help, even if you feel no one else dose. I struggled with addiction all my life. House of Hope showed me a new way of living through 12 step recovery. The house hosts a safe environment for the suffering addict or alcoholic to be able to work on themselves and get down to the core of the disease. Also, upon graduation from the program you have the option to move into recovery housing of which there are none better in the state of Ohio. The rent is beyond reasonable, you are placed on job search until you obtain a job. Then during your stay as a recovery house tenant You participate in outpatient treatment, a minimum of four 12 step meetings weekly, And meet with a financial literacy coach to Better plan your future in recovery. In short, I have struggled with addiction for over 25 years, served two prison Sentences, And was real close to death. The House Of Hope has given me the tools in unity that is necessary For a complete psychic change In order for me to live a fruitful life. For that, I am forever in debt.

I've been going here on and off since 2017. They're amazing here. It is strict, but that's what people need when getting treatment. At first, there was some confusion with the first Provider that did my intake. I am not sure he knew how to treat my addiction since it was not a common substance. Kratom is not widely known or understood as a substance that is highly addictive, especially if you have a history of opiate addiction.I am being seen by a different Provider after that first visit and she is awesome. Medmark is a great option for outpatient treatment in Dayton. There is often little to no wait time to dose, which compared to other clinics in the area, is a superior benefit. The majority of counselors and other staff are a step above. They tend to be more understanding, compassionate, down to earth and helpful than their peers in the field who are employed elsewhere. They go above and beyond for clients, making time for emergencies, questions, and requests. The program overall doesn't require an exceptional amount of the client's life, with just one group or one on one required per month. The location is convenient to get to, but the area tends to be pretty ghetto with a lot of "riff raff" in the parking lot.

Though when it comes to treating and looking at parasitic infections hospitals in America are far under advanced and not thoroughly doing all they can to treat them I know I have a parasite but it remains to be undetected somehow and this is truly disturbing to me.
