i don’t normally like the VA, but best VA service i’ve ever had. first blood work appointment and they allowed me to be seen for something that came up on the fly. asked for a benefits book, and was given someone’s personal pamphlet. was taken aback.

I currently work here and have to say that the staff here is amazing. We all go above and beyond for our patients, in any way that we can. Our program director stole my heart from day one. I can truly say that the work we do is essential and important, and that I am lucky to be a part of the team! ❤️

My husband has been able to heal through the worst childhood possible with the help of Morgan and emdr therapy. The receptionists make you feel so welcome and it's the most comforting and relaxing setting there. Absolutely recommend trying them. He got further here in a year than he did at cedar ridge in a year or mvhc in 5 years. Please give them a chance!!!!

They are great with children, we have had very positive results when working with them.

These people are truly changing one life at a time. Addiction and Recovery now has a good connotation thanks to places like this. They give people a fresh start at life in life after addiction, truly a beautiful thing. Thank you for giving my husband place to start his new journey

I have been suffering with depression since 1975, I have been on all kind of medications for treatment. I have not responded to any of them. I heard about TMS on Dr. OZ show, I immediately looked it up on my computer, looked up my area and found a provider near me. Immediately I made an appt with Dr. Ali Melhem. I just finished my last treatment today. I am feeling wonderful. Right now I am deopression free and very optimistic about the future!

I’ve only had one appointment so far, but I found the receptionist and the nurse practitioner extremely friendly and helpful! The nurse practitioner took a lot of time to really get to know me, and had some very good advice about my medications. Very little wait time also.

They helped my girlfriend out of the ICU, that’s all I can ask for. She’s my everything and they can save her, I would recommend this hospital out of all others.

I went to the ER after experiencing one week of constant abdominal pain. I was placed into a room with in minutes, saw a doctor and two residents shortly after that, blood work and imaging were ordered and completed within an hour, results, which we're explained to me in language I could understand, took less than an hour. I spent maybe a total of two hours in the ER department, before I was taken to surgery to have my gallbladder removed, THAT SAME NIGHT!! After the surgery, I was place on an inpatient floor for observation. The staff were all so caring! So nice!!! I can't say enough good things about EVERYBODY I came in contact with! ER, surgical staff, inpatient care... Not one unpleasant person in the lot. My stay in the hospital from registration in the ER to discharge from hospital was about 11 hours. My pain was managed so well, that I had absolutely NO discomfort during my stay! After returning home, I will admit I was uncomfortable for the first three days, but my follow up with the surgeon was four days after surgery. He was very concerned about my pain and took the time to give me a numbing injection to dull the nerve pain from the one incision site. After this, I was better than new, it was like I was a whole other person!!! I would and have recommended this facility to friends and family and strangers! ANYONE! Not only was the care fast and great, everyone I encountered seemed to truely care for not only my comfort, but for ME!

Lots of sex being had and I got kicked out 3 days later because I reported it and all of a sudden they kicked me out because they said I made sexual remarks to a worker 4 days prior it seems awful funny that this happen I was in room 214 and if camera footage would b pulled up I can prove to you all what goes on in there . Ask them y they are not allowed to where there hoody’s up

This place saved my life I'm now coming up on 7 years clean from Alcohol the staff I don't know if there are there anymore was great .

NPVA is an out patient clinic. The staff is friendly from the time you arrive until the time you leave. I have received excellent medical care from any doctor I have seen.

It's the best VA we have ever visited

Was visiting my sick friend and went into bathroom. And there a man standing there with his pants down. Bare genitals. Heard lots of screams of agony from one of the rooms. Caring Staff. Very clean. Overall great experience!

My therapist is great, but calling is apparently an issue. I’ve called 9 times within two days and not a single answer.

It’s very amazing since this year 2021 Abby as 1 of the nicest counselors has gave me the information to this company and Ashley Spahn as the nicest counselor has been helping me during a lot of struggling pressure day’s with nightmares and she gives me great skills to help me during the times i have and she’s the nicest counselor that i talk to during how i feel and she helps me.

30+ years ago, this place gave me a life!

I went to turning point in 2017 and I knew nothing about how to live a "normal" life. I had no idea how to do anything clean. Turning point taught me so much I still use today. The staff was amazing and helped me through early recovery and learning life skills I didn't know. I was so broken when I got to turning point but they uplifted me when I didn't want to continue. I'm still clean today and I have no doubt that turning point has a lot to do with that. I would recommend turning point to anyone

I attended the Woman with children program at turning point in 2015, I have since been able to stay clean coming up on 6 years and have since had my child full time. This place changed my life for the better. They slowly integrated me back into the community, teaching me life skills and how to be a woman! The rules may be a little strict, but if you truly want to better yourself, these rules are in place for that. Behavior modification, learning how to cook and clean, and counseling for my addiction. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for this program.

This is the best clinic to have available, if you're serious about getting help. They care, they understand because they've been open minded and providing services for opiate addiction for over 25yrs. The staff is great and they do not treat you as an addict.

I'm currently there for pain maintainence and to not take any more pills prescribed to me that screw up life alot more than methadone.. This place is an excellent facility..lil dated but the ppl and the mission there is to help! PERIOD. If u end up with a problem there it's bc your not taking yourself seriously as they are and that's a shame..the name PROGRESSIVE says it all..do what u need and work the program and progression is possible..I've had privileges for years with not one issue! Great place for treatment if u want to take it serious, bc they will..enough said
