No one ever said that it would be a picnic, or luxurious. The staff helps you to be as comfortable as you possibly can, while going through such a change. The staff knows what they're doing and they do it with empathy and respect. I never felt judged by the staff. I give 5 stars and a big THANK YOU Stella Maris.

I was recently released from incarceration and I was without a prescription for not only my methadone, but for my anti depressants. All of the staff was so beyond kind and nurturing when i was feeling my worst. Every staff member i ve interacted with has introduced themselves and told me if i ever need anything to get on my feet, or need help before my next appointment to always call and they ll make time for me. They are so much more than addiction treatment. The doctor gave me a temporary prescription for my antidepressants while i find a doctor so i wouldn t be without (that helped me not be suicidal for the next month) and they also helped me to get my insurance set up. These people care. Even the patients i ve met here have been so kind. And if you re a woman or lgbtqia+ you ll love Faith the receptionist. Her style and she checked on me to make sure i felt safe when an older man was chatting with me :) (I was fine, he was awesome actually!) Above all, judgment doesn t seem to exist here. They ve helped me get on my feet and make me feel like i have a 2nd home in a matter of 3 appointments. Couldn t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Bright View in Akron are caring people. Visits are fast and efficient. The one in Canton also have a caring staff but the visits are too long for most appointments.I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement on any job.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

I really love this place I learned great coping skills how not to use any defense mechanisms or any bae judgement towards anything or anyone. I definitely would recommend landmark to anyone or loved one that needs help with Addiction

I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

This is the absolute best place ever! It completely changed my life!!! Words really cannot describe how grateful I am to the whole team here they are so supportive I love them all Mica, Allison,Tony, Brian and Precious!! Tony is an absolute wonderful doctor he s very friendly and makes you feel like an actual person not just a number. He s very caring. Allison is honestly the greatest therapist I ve had in a while and out of all of the therapists that I ve had she s been the one that I feel like I can truly connect with she s so down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you sit down with her you can tell that she truly cares for her patience, and I love that about her she s truly one of a kind!! Mica is extremely friendly time flies when you re with her She s very caring and kind. When I m with her I almost feel like I m with one of my friends she makes me feel very comfortable. She always make sure that you re OK and she ll go to any length to make sure that you have what you need and you re taking care of. Brian is very nice n chill he s always working his butt off he also is a wonderful person! N Precious is always there to greet you sign you in She s very personable and also friendly. I love talking to her. I know I ve said it about every single person, but it s true. She also makes you feel Comfortable just like every single person here This team of people works so well together For you to start your journey, and I am so beyond grateful for every single one of them because I don t know where I d be if I hadn t made that first call it really did save my life and I feel like I owe my new life to them and this place i ll be 7 months sober in 2 weeks and I couldn t have done it without them! I was so scared to make that first call but so glad I did!! If you re thinking about getting help call them they truly care and treat you wonderful!!!

I have been with applegate 3 years (almost) i just cant express the love and compassion Brian and Tony have. Genuinely they care. I just recently went through a full healthy pregnancy while on MAT. Delivered a happy healthy baby boy. The way my life has changed for nothing but the best because of sobriety and I couldn't have done it without a place that is understanding and makes me feel safe and welcome!

I have been a patient at Charak Center for years.I have always been helped by Sue. She is amazing. She has taken the time to talk to me when I have had rough times and has helped me so much!Her work ethic is amazing!! She has always filled in anywhere when needed!Charak Center Stow should be so proud they have an employee like Sue. She is definitely one in a million.

I do groups at Edna House and absolutely luv it there! I have told the women several times I m moving in just not as a client (yet, right?) these women support one another and are somehow able to put differences aside, plus it always floors me that everytime I walk in that kitchen is spotless!

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. They offer all of this without requiring money or having health insurance to get into the program. This house saves lives!!!

My fianc went through Edna 4 1/2 yrs. ago and she is doing amazing! We just bought a horse together. We periodically drop food and drinks off to the girls. Keep up the great work ladies!

I truly want to say that from the bottom of my heart ,this place has changed my life and impacted the community around it in so many ways. Coming here has saved my life and gave me the tools in order to grow and proceed thru life with a better outlook. The staff truly does care about all their patients and they want the best for every single person that walks in thru those doors. Darci and Mandy have grown to become family to me and I wouldn't change that for the world. I love you guys and sincerely I just wanted to take the time and thank yall personally for everything yall have done for us .

Great staff & hospital as per usual at the Cleveland Clinic! I'm glad they have maps and helpful people throughout the building because it's so big you can get lost!

I just want to give the staff a massive thank you for taking care of my grandmother during what was indeed a scare for us. My grandmother has diabetes, AFIB, lupus and arthritis so it is difficult for us to be there for her 100% of the time as we live about 40 miles away. She came down with gram negative bacilli and they treated it with such devotion and care that I can say that five stars is not anywhere near enough to support the great doctors and nurses who work so hard to care for those in need. I had an excellent experience at Portage Path North, especially with my provider Julie Ashkar. She was extraordinary and helped me immensely. She was very professional and efficient. She was extremely knowledgeable and stayed on top of the latest treatment approaches. I felt comfortable asking her about medication changes and was always confident that she genuinely wanted to help find the best option for me, as an individual. She got to know me and listened attentively. When I was struggling with depression she was able to help me get back to a healthier mindset by providing thoughtful, insightful and useful feedback. She even understood my quirky sense of humor and got me laughing quite often! (That truly is good medicine.) I made so much progress under her care that I was able to overcome fears and barriers that had been holding me back for decades. Julie Ashkar is one of the treasured medical professionals who is organized and skilled at following procedures yet still able to create meaningful connections with her patients. From a patient's point of view this is much needed in the mental health field and I greatly appreciate her help.
