Prosperity Haven (Now Wellbrook Recovery) saved the life of one of my loved ones and I (as well as my family) will forever be grateful for it!!! We were able to visit every week and the staff and other men staying at the house were always so kind and welcoming to us. The house and property are so nice and well taken care of. The counseling and therapy as well as the friendships that my family member was able to find through this program was so unique and special, I truly believe it saved his life and allowed him to live a life he's really never been able to live before. He is now an alumni and still continues to participate in AA meetings and alumni events. Every week he is excited to reconnect with the men he met at the house and at alumni events since then. His experience at Prosperity Haven has allowed him to fully understand his substance abuse behaviors and how to find the right tools to handle his urges and temptations. It has saved his marriage and relationships with friends and family. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is seeking a place that focuses on both mental health and addiction in a supportive, welcoming environment!!

Lisa in the Physician and Medical Staff Credentialing Department went above and beyond to help with a very serious problem with one of the staff hospitalists. Jessica W. the nursing supervisor also went above and beyond trying to find this doctor to get resolve as did Sarah B the day before. Those three ladies took ownership trying to solve a problem and be helpful and kind - in this day and age that is very rare at such a large hospital. The Chief of Staff got involved as well. So hopefully we will get something accomplished now that 4 employees of UH had to beg one doctor to do their job. With thanks and admiration - Mike C

I’ve unfortunately had very many experiences with them and without getting into detail they are by far the best hands down the best hospital in my area besides Cleveland clinic. Cleveland clinic will always be #1. However, this hospital right here will always be a very close second. Geauga medical center is the very reason my grandmother is still alive today and is also the reason I’m still alive today. They will always be my first choice if possible. When medically possible that is. Thank you Geauga Medical Center. ❤️🙏🏻🥺🥹

Most of the staff was very friendly. Despite 2 power outages from a storm that went through a couple days ago the staff still worked very quickly. They make sure you're well-informed and answer your questions ❓. I understand that I was the final patient and it was Friday but they could have a little bit more patience for
concerned relatives. The property around the hospital is very well kept up and made to look non hospital 🏥 like , it looks more like you expect a hotel or park entrance to be.
I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

I talked to an Emergency Services counselor named Caitlynn today. She was very kind, caring,and thorough. She worked VERY hard to try to help me. By her spending so much time with me,she got me to the point where I was able to calm down a little more, and avoid having to go to the hospital,because I "Hate" hospitals.And, now, later in the day, I've been able to calm down even more to where I dont feel like I'm "Crisis" mode now,&it feels easier now to wait to see my provider on 12/6/2023. Caitlynn definately should be Commended for the great job she did with me today.

I switched clinics in July. So I've been going here to New Season in Mentor for about 5 months now. I'm used to a much bigger clinic in Youngstown. I had gone to the clinic in Youngstown for almost 7 years. It was great until the main doctor left and then the medical team lost their ability to communicate effectively as a whole. So now I'm at New Season and even though the drive from Ashtabula County sucks in the winter, I don't have to go that often. They easily transitioned me from my last clinic and continued me on my same dose and same take home status. I'm happy to say that this clinic may be very tiny in comparison, it's a comfortable and welcoming place. I assure you that you will not ever feel judged while coming to this clinic. Be open and honest with them about whatever meds you're on and they'll work with you. It's a safe place. I do hope to see it grow maybe a little more. But they seem to be fully staffed and equipped for the amount of patients they have for now. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Oh and because they are a smaller clinic they do nice things like a patient appreciation event and a Halloween party. Very awesome!

Great people that treated me great when i was at my lowest. They gave me the sobriety and tools to keep it when I could barely function. I can’t say enough good things-amazing staff, great treatment plan. I hope everyone has the amazing experience and success I got.
Dr. Zoe Walters in the ENT department is a rockstar! I had tubes put in my ears today and it was painless. She is by far the best ENT surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Also I had a cervical injection procedure done by Dr. Joshua Goldner. Him and his team are Rockstars!! First time I haven't had arm numbness while sleeping in over a year.

I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I just wanted to express my gratitude to that staff!

This is way overdue~ I've had different services through SHI for many years. Case management being the most current and longest standing. This facility helped save my life. They continues to provide assistance in practical life skill education and support.
I was never in there but I had a couple family members who were and Harbor Lights is an extremely place and program for the homeless and recovering!!!!
I see Dr.Pronty, she is EXCELLENT and thorough. She went above all beyond for my health. Her nurse is so kind and compassionate.. I am forever grateful.

My name is Stephanie and when I was at my worst signature health saved my life. They helped me to help myself and using harm reduction and peer support leaders I got off all of the hard drugs that I was killing myself with. I have been clean off of methamphetamine and fentanyl/heroin for 8 years now. Thank you to the staff at signature health. If you guys didn't have a past with substance abuse yourself I wouldn't have ever trusted you. But your guidance and help saved me. I love you guys. I've used signature health for almost 10 years and have only had 1 bad experience when it came to my psychiatric care, and that was remedied as soon as I spoke with my case manager Dee. I also liked their primary care doctors as well and continued to do so I told I moved out of the area. I still use signature for my psych care, and in my 10 years at Signature health I will say that the beginning was a bit bumpy with case manager turnover but the last 8 years have been AMAZING. I had been working with Doc Wilhelm until his retirement and his replacement Katie is also amazing (I was a bit apprehensive at first but she made me feel at ease) I will say after Doc retired I also opted for a therapist as well and have been pretty consistent this time and I look forward to my weekly appointments with Kearney as well. Please keep up the amazing work!

Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!

I have TMS with Sara and she is one of the most wonderful, caring people I have ever met. I'm so glad I came there. She made sure all insurance and paperwork was done. I didn't have to do anything! It has changed my life and had helped my depression so much

Sue in Stow is amazing!!!! She has always taken great care of me. I have been coming to the Charak Center for years and I look forward to seeing her bright and helpful face. She has talked me down several times when I was in bad shape. She still helps me when I am not feeling well. Sometimes I would end up end up in the hospital without her talking to me.
She amazes me with how she is always doing what seems like everyone else’s job. I always see her doing everything and again am amazed.

Frankly, I didn't expect so much kindness. I thought it was just another clinic, but from the moment I was received until my departure, I felt like a true human being. The entire staff was magnificent! I felt very comfortable; the staff was very professional. I sincerely appreciate the work of each of them, which is very valuable. Their immensely beneficial contribution to the community is undoubtedly, I believe, the most important, especially in an environment that can sometimes be chaotic. For the first time in my life, I was able to speak with an extremely understanding psychiatrist. Dr. Robert Brauer was able to listen to me patiently and ask me the right questions for my diagnosis. His long career as a psychiatrist undoubtedly made it possible for me to clearly understand my mental situation. I also want to mention the staff who made my unique experience possible: Kesha-Lab, Becca-Nurse, Melissa-STNA, and Nicole-Office Manager. Thank you all for making my day wonderful.

I celebrated 12years sober on 4/8 and it all started at the Y-Haven program. I arrived here broken and lost. This place gave me the tools and time to get myself together before heading back into the world. I will forever be grateful for this program and their staff. I broke a rule when leaving, I kept my key. I keep this key on my key ring as a reminder of my past and to what I've learned. I'm getting deeper into my recovery here they're very helpful with programs and avenues. I couldn't be happier with their care today I'm grateful to completed my previous programs at landmark and legends. They all serve a purpose and I say today it's about the willingness to obtain a sponsor, home group, multiple phone numbers and multiple sponsorship. Build relationships with others in the program because it is a "WE" PROGRAM. I see so much negativity on here, I realize that most have never read the chapter "working with others" and they have no gratitude. Y-Haven keep doing what your doing. It's minor things wrong with the place, but overall great program and thank you for keeping the doors open for me and others. I have heat, water, food, safe place, meetings around me. For others coming into the program of recovery don't look for the negatives, look for ppl who want their recovery like yourself and stick with those ppl. Thanks for the opportunity

The Crossroad Crisis Hotline has helped immensely over the years. The group of people who are in the crisis hotline group are so supportive, patient & caring. They listen to you & help in anyway they can. They have helped my family & I even on weekends! I don’t know what I would have done over the last couple years without their support & guidance. I would refer anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or if you have a family member experiencing one to utilize that support option. I could never thank this team enough!
