Help is what I needed I was so against the help that I knew I needed or I was going to die. I surrendered to Asurgent Health on April the 11th distressed and irritated because I allowed my life to become completely out of control from my crack cocaine addiction. My journey through recovery was not easy many days I was irritated and did not want to listen nor did I want to participate but my counselor got to the core bottom of my addiction when I tell you it was traumatic it hurt but is the destination that GOD wanted me to go and that was deep into my soul to get away from my thoughts for 28plus years I gave cocaine and crack cocaine my undivided attention my life all of my money I destroyed my living situation with my mom almost killing her so my thought during my journey was if I could give all that time to getting my drug of choice give this time to become well aware of my problems 114 days I was in treatment through many peaks and valleys but I stayed the coarse many distractions but I stayed the coarse see you have to stay Ella way from the noise I had two choices I either live or die and my choice was to live the staff at Asurgent health has to be done if the most caring people I have ever met in my entire life all of them I owe my life to them they made me feel comfortable see YOU HAVE TO GET COMFORTABLE IN THE UNCOMFORTABLE and boy did I. See I’m gay and to feel the love from all of them no matter what path my life was in made me feel incredibly loved and not judged because their entire focus was to keep me alive Katie has to be one of the most angelic humans I have ever met Jason and Mrs.Rochelle my counselors people listen woo they took me through the valley of the shadow of death and back Tayneisha made me realize that life is full of noise that the majority of that noise needs to be cancelled my case manager Mrs. Shareen looked me straight in my eyes and said baby get your life together so with this being said if you want the most dedicated help come here and please relax and just let them do their jobs they will never let you falter. Thank you Aaron for your unwavering support the staff you have should be saluted and cherished GOD BLESS YOU is all I can say now as I embark to my next level IOP with Asurgent and moving into the IOP house may this next chapter be as challenging as my previous see you guys Monday morning and again Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!

World Class facility Kinshasa Kent is the best recreation therapist at Wade Park she should be promoted ahead of her peers and given a substantial raise The nurses and therapists at Cares Tower are among the best in the VA Healthcare System Dr Agwoo is the best physician in Cares Tower. Dr Pan is a close second. The FES Center is a renowned department led by the fine Dr. Pundik. The two best employees in that department are Jessica McCabe and Lisa Leonhardt Of Course I cannot name one bad employee in that department or entire hospital for that matter

Chad and the micu unit is the best nurse I have ever witnessed in my entire life he was so attentive and did not wait for the medication to run out before ordering new medicine he ordered it ahead 2 hours before it ran out that way it would be ready and anytime that any little thing happened he was actually listening at the nurses station and not just playing on his phone or talking to his coworker as so many often do he was there to do his job and actually cared about my dad receiving the best care possible and my dad did receive the best care possible in his hands I cannot thank that man enough for how wonderful he is and I wish he was up for adoption or for sale LOL because I would take him through the whole journey for my dad to be in the care of somebody that I could actually trust. Thank you so much Chad from every Kincaid. I kind of feel bad cuz I don't remember the woman's name who was his nurse during the day I think it was Carissa or Christina but she also stayed on it this weekend and it was such an emotional time and you too being so so attentive and actually doing the job even though it's so hard and the hours are long you both truly poured your heart and soul into being the care providers that you signed up to be and I've never seen that this whole time and it truly is a blessing you both are truly a blessing thank you

I have no idea what these bad reviews are talking about. I took my husband into the er and he got admitted. From start to finish i had nothing but respectful, kind, and awesome nurses. Hallie on night shift 4B went above and beyond to take such great care of us. Thank you so much. Kelly, dayshift, 4B is so sweet. She went above and beyond. They both treated us so great. Not like we was there job but that we were people they cared about. It's nurses like these that make a difference. I can't praise them enough. I'm so very greatful.

I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I just wanted to express my gratitude to that staff!

Professional Doctors and Therapists. I have not visited Dental or Primary Care.

I was never in there but I had a couple family members who were and Harbor Lights is an extremely place and program for the homeless and recovering!!!!

Please know you literally changed my life several years ago and I wanted to thank you. I moved to this town and had been suffering for 1.5 years because the doc I had refused to change my med that wasn't working. The first visit your docs changed up the med and in 2 weeks I was no longer suffering. So Thank you for caring enough to try something different. I suffered unnecessarily for a year and a half...it's difficult to just find a new doc when you are suffering terrible. Moving to GH town and Charak saved me. When docs don't listen or work to find a solution it's difficult but go somewhere else. Advocate for yourself because 1.5 years of suffering that obviously was not necessary is IMHO criminal. I wish someone would have helped me get a different doc or had told me to keep trying different docs til I found one that cared. Thank you GH office for giving me my life back!

I have TMS with Sara and she is one of the most wonderful, caring people I have ever met. I'm so glad I came there. She made sure all insurance and paperwork was done. I didn't have to do anything! It has changed my life and had helped my depression so much

Excellent doctors and staff

I would personally like to commend Dr kosla that's one of the finest doctors that have ever had the opportunity to say thank you she was always upfront and honest and her opinion and I value all her feedback which has kept me active with good reports

Some difficulty getting in but once I did the staff was great. As for the VA as a whole ..,. Still extremely subpar. Lake county does a good job though

I celebrated 12years sober on 4/8 and it all started at the Y-Haven program. I arrived here broken and lost. This place gave me the tools and time to get myself together before heading back into the world. I will forever be grateful for this program and their staff. I broke a rule when leaving, I kept my key. I keep this key on my key ring as a reminder of my past and to what I've learned. Sorry Y-Haven, your short one key to F-605. 😆 Thank you for all that you do for the community and families.

I'm getting deeper into my recovery here they're very helpful with programs and avenues. I couldn't be happier with their care today I'm grateful to completed my previous programs at landmark and legends. They all serve a purpose and I say today it's about the willingness to obtain a sponsor, home group, multiple phone numbers and multiple sponsorship. Build relationships with others in the program because it is a "WE" PROGRAM. I see so much negativity on here, I realize that most have never read the chapter "working with others" and they have no gratitude. Y-Haven keep doing what your doing. It's minor things wrong with the place, but overall great program and thank you for keeping the doors open for me and others. I have heat, water, food, safe place, meetings around me. For others coming into the program of recovery don't look for the negatives, look for ppl who want their recovery like yourself and stick with those ppl. Thanks for the opportunity
