Prosperity Haven (Now Wellbrook Recovery) saved the life of one of my loved ones and I (as well as my family) will forever be grateful for it!!! We were able to visit every week and the staff and other men staying at the house were always so kind and welcoming to us. The house and property are so nice and well taken care of. The counseling and therapy as well as the friendships that my family member was able to find through this program was so unique and special, I truly believe it saved his life and allowed him to live a life he's really never been able to live before. He is now an alumni and still continues to participate in AA meetings and alumni events. Every week he is excited to reconnect with the men he met at the house and at alumni events since then. His experience at Prosperity Haven has allowed him to fully understand his substance abuse behaviors and how to find the right tools to handle his urges and temptations. It has saved his marriage and relationships with friends and family. I switched clinics in July. So I've been going here to New Season in Mentor for about 5 months now. I'm used to a much bigger clinic in Youngstown. I had gone to the clinic in Youngstown for almost 7 years. It was great until the main doctor left and then the medical team lost their ability to communicate effectively as a whole. So now I'm at New Season and even though the drive from Ashtabula County sucks in the winter, I don't have to go that often. They easily transitioned me from my last clinic and continued me on my same dose and same take home status. I'm happy to say that this clinic may be very tiny in comparison, it's a comfortable and welcoming place. I assure you that you will not ever feel judged while coming to this clinic. Be open and honest with them about whatever meds you're on and they'll work with you. It's a safe place. I do hope to see it grow maybe a little more. But they seem to be fully staffed and equipped for the amount of patients they have for now. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Oh and because they are a smaller clinic they do nice things like a patient appreciation event and a Halloween party. Very awesome!

Lisa in the Physician and Medical Staff Credentialing Department went above and beyond to help with a very serious problem with one of the staff hospitalists. Jessica W. the nursing supervisor also went above and beyond trying to find this doctor to get resolve as did Sarah B the day before. Those three ladies took ownership trying to solve a problem and be helpful and kind - in this day and age that is very rare at such a large hospital. The Chief of Staff got involved as well. I’ve unfortunately had very many experiences with them and without getting into detail they are by far the best hands down the best hospital in my area besides Cleveland clinic. Cleveland clinic will always be #1. However, this hospital right here will always be a very close second. Geauga medical center is the very reason my grandmother is still alive today and is also the reason I’m still alive today. They will always be my first choice if possible. Most of the staff was very friendly. Despite 2 power outages from a storm that went through a couple days ago the staff still worked very quickly. They make sure you're well-informed and answer your questions ❓. I understand that I was the final patient and it was Friday but they could have a little bit more patience for
concerned relatives. The property around the hospital is very well kept up and made to look non hospital 🏥 like , it looks more like you expect a hotel or park entrance to be.

I don’t write too many reviews, but I used to go to the signature health pharmacy in Willoughby and switched over to the Painesville pharmacy probably about a year ago maybe a little more and I have to say the customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. They have helped me through so many issues and just recently When a prior authorization hadn’t gone through not only were they kind and understanding but also super attentive to the situation! The man, I wish I knew his name, went out of his way to call me and let me know that everything was taken care of. A stressful situation made so much better by the employees! I see Tanya Fox as a psych NP at Ravenwood, and she is a complete godsend. She spent so much time and effort with me to reach a diagnosis, when I first showed up a year ago feeling upset and uncertain about everything. She is very patient, sympathetic, and reassuring. She’s great at listening to you and adapting to your concerns. She does a wonderful job at answering your questions and making sure you feel good about your treatment plan. She’s very welcoming, approachable, and available. She clearly is very knowledgeable and has well-thought-out Plan A’s, Plan B’s, (etc. as needed) so you can always stay hopeful. I just cannot say enough nice things about her. I’m so glad I found her.

I talked to an Emergency Services counselor named Caitlynn today. She was very kind, caring,and thorough. She worked VERY hard to try to help me. By her spending so much time with me,she got me to the point where I was able to calm down a little more, and avoid having to go to the hospital,because I "Hate" hospitals.And, now, later in the day, I've been able to calm down even more to where I dont feel like I'm "Crisis" mode now,&it feels easier now to wait to see my provider on 12/6/2023. Caitlynn definately should be Commended for the great job she did with me today.

Sue in Stow is amazing!!!! She has always taken great care of me. I have been coming to the Charak Center for years and I look forward to seeing her bright and helpful face. She has talked me down several times when I was in bad shape. She still helps me when I am not feeling well. Sometimes I would end up end up in the hospital without her talking to me.
She amazes me with how she is always doing what seems like everyone else’s job. I always see her doing everything and again am amazed.

Frankly, I didn't expect so much kindness. I thought it was just another clinic, but from the moment I was received until my departure, I felt like a true human being. The entire staff was magnificent! I felt very comfortable; the staff was very professional. I sincerely appreciate the work of each of them, which is very valuable. Their immensely beneficial contribution to the community is undoubtedly, I believe, the most important, especially in an environment that can sometimes be chaotic. For the first time in my life, I was able to speak with an extremely understanding psychiatrist. Dr. Robert Brauer was able to listen to me patiently and ask me the right questions for my diagnosis. His long career as a psychiatrist undoubtedly made it possible for me to clearly understand my mental situation. The Crossroad Crisis Hotline has helped immensely over the years. The group of people who are in the crisis hotline group are so supportive, patient & caring. They listen to you & help in anyway they can. They have helped my family & I even on weekends! I don’t know what I would have done over the last couple years without their support & guidance. I would refer anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or if you have a family member experiencing one to utilize that support option. I could never thank this team enough!

Caring and helpful staff that actually listens to the patient individually, developing a treatment plan specific to their individual needs. I went there back in 1979. I was a rebellious teenager with a suspended sentence to OYC. I can't say anything bad about it. I really enjoyed working in the machine shop.
I got kicked out for of all things standing outside the dorm on the hill and getting high before church. It was a good experience for me. Really my first interaction with Jesus people. I remember the man who ran the machine shop asking me to help clean a building they threw all the garbage bags in before we took them to the dump. As we worked he told what Jesus did for him and it was really impressive. Keep up the good work. Even those of us who didn't make it there were able to go on to find the Lord. Keep planting seeds.

Got to the E. D. around 6:45. We were promptly checked in and only waited 15 min before being sent to triage. Immediately put into a bed and the nurse came in less than 5 min later to start an IV and draw blood. Dr. Nicholson was very prompt to examine my husband. Immediately after that chest X-ray, ECG were performed. Meds loaded and breathing treatment given all before 8:20. The E. D. was very busy and they were short staffed with nurses but you would never know by how smoothly everything went. We couldn't be more pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness of our visit!

Went in for a broken wrist. Staff and nurses were good to me. XRAY personnel were very quick getting pictures. Wrapped me in a temporary split, all they could do and referral to a surgeon was given.

Just go. Takes time to get use to. Never had a problem going there and there is health care twice a week, at least when I went. A+. From me. Free transportation. Sliding scale payments until you have Medicaid or other insurance. Doesn’t deserve a 2.7 review. You can also get job assistance. Lake county has a great program.

Beacon health is the best place the counselors are very passionate it has helped me so much. I see alot of bad reviews and one I have to say. Beacon is a tool to help you with struggling issues. But you have to know how to use that tool. Thank you beacon/crossroads.
