They have been amazing after I moved in they helped me find a new job, when I found out that it would be remote they set me up for success in the house. Their structure has help keep me sober.

The ppl at the front desk, the nurses and doctors are always a pleasure to interact with, they remain professional and respect the clients. It's been a good place over the few months I have been there all except there is a nurse in the window that treated me straight like garbage this morning and left me sitting at the window knowing that I have to ride the bus and have other stuff to do but today I lost my step brother to a overdose and dealing with this nurse this morning could have caused me to relapse but I made it through the day every body else is nice there except the nurse I had to deal with today even caused me to miss my counselor appointment

At first, there was some confusion with the first Provider that did my intake. I am not sure he knew how to treat my addiction since it was not a common substance. Kratom is not widely known or understood as a substance that is highly addictive, especially if you have a history of opiate addiction.
I am being seen by a different Provider after that first visit and she is awesome. She (Joey) seems well educated and has been amazing with my treatment plan.
There is no shame in admitting you have a problem and it takes a strong person to ask for help. Don't let the disease get the best of you - YOU ARE WORTH IT!

I get ECT therapy here and the team is absolutely fantastic. Everyone is so warm and caring, even the front desk staff, and especially Dr. C. The therapy has helped a lot too. Biggest complaint I have is I got blood on my shirt once because I ripped my IV out while coming out of anesthesia and they couldn’t get to me quickly enough!😂 If that’s the worst thing that happens, it’s not even a problem. Definitely recommend coming here for ECT, it will change your life!

Not sure why so many bad reviews, I stayed for 5 days and all of the staff were great, front desk, nurses, therapists and doctors were all extremely accommodating and caring. They give you tablets every evening to order your own meals and can even stream hulu/netflix and play games as well as access mychart and educational videos. Group therapy was fun and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is struggling with mental health issues. They got me on the right medication and made sure I was set up for success with outpatient programs!

Really appreciated the treatment I received and all the The resources. The day nursing team and PCA’s were wonderful. The kitchen staff was very friendly. I felt like the team that I worked with genuinely cared about me.
The only frustrating thing was some of the staff on nights were very unfriendly, especially the PCA. I understand people have bad days at work, but there’s no excuse to treat people like their children, especially when they’re being cooperative. Once you’re there, you don’t have a choice to be there and it would help if those folks who were unfriendly would understand that they can choose not to come into work but, I can’t choose when I leave. That sort of treatment doesn’t help when you’re in there for depression and anxiety.
Besides that, I only have good things to say. That being said, I would like to thank everyone who helped take care of me while I was in the Willows pod. Deb, and Alicia you two are wonderful. Y’all helped me believe in humanity again by the way, you all treated me.
The PHP program is wonderful and Travis really cares about the people who he’s helping in the group.
You can get better. Don’t give up, never give up.

Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! Initially found the Reeb Center when doing a google search, and was hesitant to actually go in person until Monday of this week. When I got there, I was in amazement at how nice this place is! Everyone was very helpful and kind! No judgement, (as there is sometimes stigma attached to the low income members of our community and this cities homeless population) The food at their little cafe downstairs was awesome! Delicious and healthy, and the employees kept the line moving smoothly, so every client could get in and out quickly.
I never needed any type of service like this before, (and to be honest, I was embarrassed to ask for it) but having recently fell on hard times, I knew I needed to find something. I am so very grateful to these folks. Without them, I wouldn't have ate this week.
The Reeb Center is truly an asset to the Southside of our city. The kindness and warmth they showed me will be remembered for a very very long time.
I was blown away by the quality of the meals they prepare! Yes people, It was delicious and appealing to the eye as well! Each client has a choice of what they would like to eat for lunch and comes with a beverage as well.
When you get the time you need to come down here and check this place out! I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed! They offer other services as well. Including daycare and classes to become a STNA. A little bit of everythnng here!!

Crossroads Recovery Services in Grove City with Ms.Rebecca and Von is HIGHLY recommended. From the first phone call I made to make sure they recieved my deposit to the last day everyone was helpful and kind. These are people that want to make a difference. They were very direct with their teachings.
I 100% recommend if you're thinking about doing this to go through them. They have left a GOOD mark in my life and will be a reminder to do better.

I’ve been a patient here for several years, I’ve had three different therapists in this time, and two psychiatrists. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole operation. I’ve experienced more personal growth since starting therapy with Syntero, than I had in 15 years of prior therapy.
I definitely recommend trying these guys, if you’re in need of this type of service.
