This place has the friendliest staff ever!! They welcome just about anyone. The ppl at the front desk, the nurses and doctors are always a pleasure to interact with, they remain professional and respect the clients. It's been a good place over the few months I have been there all except there is a nurse in the window that treated me straight like garbage this morning and left me sitting at the window knowing that I have to ride the bus and have other stuff to do but today I lost my step brother to a overdose and dealing with this nurse this morning could have caused me to relapse but I made it through the day every body else is nice there except the nurse I had to deal with today even caused me to miss my counselor appointment

Love how they are so excited each day and on team day they wear teams clothing and some of them do amazing and dress up nice and supportive of their team.also there is one individual that’s been there a long time and she has to do a lot of work and she is on top of it. Mercy Health is a small hospital and for years never heard much positive. Well I have had 2 weeks of amazing care for my mom who has been there. She is doing rehab in the swing bed unit. Each and every person that has taken care of her, has went out of their way to make moms stay there better. Even when she was a bit difficult to work with. Stubborn you may say. This hospital has not been given the credit they deserve. I just wanted to share my experience and to say thank you to each and every staff member who has helped mom! I was there for blood work, optometry and initial applying for benefits which meant I had contact with approximately 8 different individuals and each one of those 8 individuals were five stars. Crossroads Recovery Services in Grove City with Ms.Rebecca and Von is HIGHLY recommended. From the first phone call I made to make sure they recieved my deposit to the last day everyone was helpful and kind. These are people that want to make a difference. They were very direct with their teachings.
I 100% recommend if you're thinking about doing this to go through them. They have left a GOOD mark in my life and will be a reminder to do better.

I’ve been a patient here for several years, I’ve had three different therapists in this time, and two psychiatrists. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole operation. I’ve experienced more personal growth since starting therapy with Syntero, than I had in 15 years of prior therapy.
I definitely recommend trying these guys, if you’re in need of this type of service.

When I was attending, while it took time to get you set up with a counselor and or medication if it is needed, this place genuinely cares about the mental wellbeing of their customers. They want to help and were very friendly and supportive.
