I had a mental health question and the doctor took time out to answer more than one question for me and I am not even a patient.So if I needed mental health I would not hesitate to go here.

HRS is where all my recovery seeds were planted more than 18 years ago. I went to Bassett House willing at 15. The staff at HRS and Bassett were AMAZING! The nurse from Bassett is still in my contacts to this day! Has it been easy? No. Has it been worth ot. Yes! I would highly reccomend! The aftercare will be just as crutial!

Every one that works here is AMAZING! They have helped me through the toughest battles in my life and I’m still going strong! Thankful for everyone there:)

I have to say, LeAnn there saved my life. She deserves six stars for her personality and listening qualities. On top of many other she has. On another note I had a bad experience with the dentist there. I can only pray for him, that he finds peace and understanding.

If you need help with any mental condition then go see these people! And if you sont have insurance they do offer a sliding scale option!

It’s rare you find a good Doctor and the entire staff is amazing as well! There have been some changes of doctors but every single one that has been through there are just so kind and caring, which is what you want in your doctor! I look forward to my therapy sessions as well!

I’ve been going to Prestera for 3 years. Even when I moved to Parkersburg I continued my treatment at Prestera in point pleasant because of the quality of treatment I receive there. My counselor Bethany is absolutely amazing, the person that did my intake was so informative and my psychiatrist Jaime that prescribes my meds is the best psychiatrist I have ever had in the 12 years of treatment that I have had from several different places. She evaluated by asking key questions and engaged with explaining things to me in a way I could understand. She interacted with back and forth conversation and really put a lot of thought into selecting medication that would help me. She took the time to listen to all the meds I had tried in the past that failed and I am so grateful for the effort and level of care she provided to me. The building is old but they are doing renovations on it. But seriously it’s not the building that matters it’s the staff and the quality of care to really help individuals with a workable plan of treatment. They are on the ball and fakers beware. You won’t fool these professionals they know their stuff. Best care I have ever gotten. I’m sad to be moving out of state and I hope I can find a mental health team as dedicated as this one but if it wasn’t for them helping me lay the groundwork for my life I wouldn’t be moving ahead into a functional future. I’m getting married. When I started with Prestera 3 years ago I would have never imagined I could grow this much or move forward in life to this extent to have such a bright future ahead. Thank you to the Prestera team for helping me heal.

I was going through a very difficult time in my life, the help I needed was Phenomenal The people were very friendly caring and listened to me rattle on and on. That does take patients.

Prestera has changed so much since I was last seen there. My therapist Kristen is the best and she actually cares about my mental health. She has helped me overcome so much and is keeping me focused on my goals. On top of that, her office is warm and inviting. Prestera is stepping up and I highly recommend Kristen, she's awesome.

Had a cardiac cath done and the entire staff was amazing from the moment I walked in until discharge.

I was in for outpatient total hysterectomy. Dr Brumfield, was doing my surgery. The staff that he had during surgery was absolutely wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. While I was in recovery, all their nurses & staff were wonderful, as well. For some reason, I was scared. I kept telling them I was scared & they tried to comfort me. Finally, after seeing my husband, I was a lot more comfortable and able to relax to come From being under the anesthesia. I would suggest this medical care center, to anyone. The staff was top-notch, friendly, caring, understanding, willing, and patient!!! I had a great experience. Thank you, St Marys Medical Center. Thank you, Dr Brumfield. Thank you, staff!

My visits are always very positive. Staff members were hard workers and pleasant. All the active/inactive fighting veterans can come here to get healing

Amazing service. Great staff. Just yesterday I had an appointment at this clinic. Afterwards I went to Rural king and dropped a salt lick block on my toe. Worried that it might be broken, I returned to the clinic. As a walk in, I asked the clerk if they do X-rays and explained my situation. She said take a sit, they'll be right with you. Not 10 minutes later, I had my X-ray taken and I was out the door heading home. I am very blessed to have access to this clinic. They do great work and I would recommend this clinic to any veteran in the area.

These guys are absolutely tremendous and provide an incredible service. Cannot say enough good about them. I’ve been working through my things with them for going on three years, more for personal maintenance than peer/crisis support. They’re always there. Always consistent. I could mention names on the 24 hour crisis line, but they know who they are that do wonders for for me. Only love for Pathways of Ashland, Kentucky.

I started going here a few months ago and I really like the place, Mended Reeds has great councilors and staff. I feel like here I can really restore myself. However, I think they should be a little bit more patient with some people because change process is different for everybody.

Great program... Ran by addicts (mostly)for addicts. They offer a great team that offers mental health also. They offer genetic testing to see what meds are best for the individual. After 30 days you can work and there is a lot of freedoms that other rehabs don't have. Safe environment that drug test almost everyday. High success rates from what I've seen. I've been here 7 weeks and look forward to the next 5 weeks.

, Mended Reeds is a fantastic place to go. They truly gave my daughter her life back. My daughter was there for 90 days for alcohol addiction and is doing absolutely amazing.

I respect all staff and patients for what they are doing here: battling addiction one day at a time. This program is no joke, so your commitment to it must be strong. This is not a hotel that provides comfy beds and clean towels, it is a facility that goes with you through the hard walk of recovery.

The complaints about the program from family could potentially be from their master manipulator residents who are looking for a way to justify leaving. I know, I was one accept everyone was done listening by the time i went. The complaints from Alumni,,, Everything changes and at 2:30 a.m., they are asleep, leave them alone. The building isn't supposed to be comfortable. It's not the Hampton. It's a starting point for Recovery. It's a place if personal discovery, acceptance and overcoming our self-induced crises with like minded people, staffed by those who did it already. It's not for everyone, but it could be, if you want it. There will never be a perfect rehab. It's addiction treatment. The help is there, again, if you want it and will get up everyday and get it.

I may have not went through this program but I am friends with everyone that is going through right now. This is where my AA home group is "STW" every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 6 pm. These meetings have helped me grow in my recovery and has helped me find a lot of good friends.

I was frustrated with the place but I've realized it's full of good people!

I’ve been going here for a little over 2 years I’m pretty sure I’ve been seeing McDaniels for 4. In the beginning of us going here my husband struggled with sobriety. I always felt comfortable talking to Becky about any of my concerns when it came to him. She knew I just wanted him to be sober with me. They never gave up on him & now he’s going on 2 years sober. We both love our therapists and feel like they genuinely care about us. If you are looking for a place to help you get and stay sober please consider this one. I promise you won’t regret it and you will make some sober friends & feel like you have a community of people behind you.

This place has wonderful doctors and nurses. Highly recommend!!
